Worst ever experience.. Dont pay or book the policy through them. Deal directly with the insurer companies. They are using our money since 2 months and no updates received from them even calling them daily. There team doesnt have any information or followup system from the insurers. Also they dont have any system to track if anything bis pending since long. Pathetic services.

Horrible system.For an annuity of Rs. 1239 per year LIC expect someone to submit life certificate every year physically at their office for which I had to visit them 3 times spending 250 in auto fare, since 2 offices said they cant issue receipt.The annuity amount is much less than the bank interest of money invested in single payment scheme.It was a blunder going for LIC schemes on push sale by an agent friend.
