I have been trying to get the my original documents from borivali mumbai branch since last one month but no update yet. i have been told that i need to pay extra money if asking for the documents prior loan closure which was agreed by me. I have closed my loan account on 12th May 2021 but still not received my documents as per the bank courier services are not working in Gurgaon due to lockdown. I dont understand why the courier services are closed as the banking services comes under essential services.very pathetic service by CANFIN homes team. really disappointed .

Average service. Due to covid 19 RBI offered 6 month of moratorium period. But these guys deducted amount in the middle and provided only for 4 months. Staff behaviour and service is ok but one lady I dont know exact name of her but she is horrible and treats each visitor badly. She might be thinking bank uske bap ka hai.

I had loan with CanFin, there are few points i would to share, those may be helpful for someone. Firstly its pvt organization, hence loan interest rates are higher, they charge decent amount if interest rates go down when ur loan is floating, if its goes up they update it even without charging it and very immidiately. Secondly their online customer portal is not working most of the time in my case i am able to access it only once in around 3yrs of period. They are not very active to responding to email, so you have to visit them personally or call them to make any request or so on. They might offer you very good initially but their is possiblity that they will cover that up in later period of time. So guys read carefully your offer letter of loan before going forward with CanFin.
