Never buy any flat in Krish group. Im living in Krish Aura Bhiwadi maintenance staff and security staff misbehave to me while I was requesting to security guard and Maintenance staff to allow inside courier boy to deliver my parcel. They misbehave me as well they did not allow to receive my parcel .This place is worst place to live. If you are local person and criminal background then only you can live here peacefully.

Don’t ever think of buying a property from this builder. It is one of the worst maintained and build flats. I committed this blunder and don’t want anyone else to do it. One of the worst mistakes of my life.

I invested with Krish group by core gut feeling and visited their site arranged by them only. I liked the location and invested, though it went a little slow and on a halt of almost 2yrs after i paid 20% but then the construction shooted up and the one project already delivered and other will be soon. Cant comment on material as I am yet to use the premises to know and see full completion. But my experience with them was not bad and they are not defaulters like many other builders.

I am living in Krish Aura Bhiwadi . Its a very rude maintenance staff and security staff. I suggest everyone not buy flat in Krish group Society.

They are a fraud group or is in no position to complete the project. We lost 5L :(

Hi.i have recently purchased a flat in Krish aura Bhiwadi.we are living here from two months.parking is not alloted yet.infastructure is too bad.flush in bathroom is not working properly from day one.and the most serious concern is that tiles are broken itself in the bathroom beacause of moisture.itcan be very harmful and rishki for anyone. Very much shocked from this

Krish Group is a company which serves low costing best quality real estate apartments, Villas and Plots in Bhiwadi. I was visited their Location that is not so good nor bad as per price range. But the quality of construction is very great. You could make Krish Vatika as an option.

I am living in Krish Aura Bhiwadi from last one year and experiencing the pathetic services/response as listed below:-1.Security Gates/CCTV camera in lift and corridors are not established2.Housekeeping/cleanliness is very poor3.No Club House/Community Hall4.Not parking allotment till now maintaince team reply work under process from last 8th months5. Poor quality of construction6. Nine numbers of Bee-hives in society it is very danger for our family but maitaince team not taking action because he is safe.
