Crowded places with lots of happenings. Only cons is roads which are not maintained properly. Rest everything is fine. Best part is you can buy anything from the market.

U block.. Its really a place where you can find everything and if talk about food there is large variety of food available in this place with affordable price. Its quite convenient since we have rapid metro as a best source of transport and also have quite busy life with people all over running for their jobs, shifts and much more. Quite interesting place just you will get sloppy roads which is basically the work pending by the government.

U can get everything here. Its amazing. U will love it. Its 24×7 hours operational n even at 3 am mid night u can see thousands of people on road coming from job or going to job.

Its full of companies. You will have several pg to stay. Bridge like phase 2 or 3 and cyber city are the eye catching places. Malls, Street food & other restaurants are also available to have fun. only the thing I didnt like that is pollution and dirty road. Else everything is great. People are extremely Frank in the sence of having late night party & drink (its too much common).

Best place to stay. Ive had been there for approx 4 plus years(2015-2019). One of the best place to stay.

This place is mainly for working persons. Because the locality and place is not good to stay with family.The roads are not even proper here and just with rain of an hour these roads get completely messed with water and it makes so difficult to reach till your apartment but from the scenario single working person its far pretty place to live because it us very close to Dlf phase-3 metro station and so many F&B outlets (Restaurants, kiosks etc).

This place is in two parts one is corporate offices and other is residential area. Corporate areas are are quite structured , neat and clean. But residential area it exactly opposite dusting,and roads are having lots of path holes, during rain roads are completely covered with mud and filled with water, too much water logging issue. And worst part is everything here is too much costly

U block is specially good for working person mostly near to Cyber City Gurgaon.This place has all the amenities. Fully furnished 1RK is available in 10k-15k around. You can order food or basic kitchen item and get a free home delivery.

Rooms here are good but the roads and the locals suck. They are rude. They think that if you can afford 12-14 k as rent you can afford to get anything at higher price than it deserves. Everything is expensive comparitively.

Mostly Heaven for real estate business. Guys coming from outside to look a place to stay should see that apartments are studio apartment type here. not for family having more than 4 members. Electricity/Water is still a major problem in summers. Phase 3 is your nearest metro station. Many restaurants and street food shops.

Very good place for living to those people who are working near U block itself, but it is very cozy in summer and in rainy season, every day electricity problem in summers and when it’s raining roads are block , you can see in photographs but overall place is good.

It is highly congested place to stay for bachelors. However compared to rest of the gurgaon, its extremely safe. You can girls roam around within phase 3 u block at 3 in the morning without fear. The gates closes at 11 pm and opens at 5 am. Within thoes gates, there is absolutely no fear and incidence as of now. Cheaper eating places are in vicinity. Phase 3 rapid metro station is easily reachable, cyber hub is right across road at walking distance.

Amazing place to stay but little costly but everything is available at doorsteps.You can also reach Cyber hub on weekends for party. There are many club and youll find a awesome croud in cyber hub, local markets are also good and reasonable. Transportation facilities are available like Rapid mentro, and other cab services. Food options are available at reasonable price.

Purely a place for working bachelors. Lot of food joints 24*7. Good connectivity to metro station. No owner interference in accommodation.

Busy as always, this place is the must go to area for bachelors seeking a room for rent in gurgaon. There are lot of galis and road numbers separating one from each other. Services like Rapido, Uber etc. are available here. The nearest metro station is DLF Phase-3 rapid metro station.

God knows what this government wanted to do with this place. The kind of investment they made to build those bridges just to cross the road from phase 3 to cyber hub to give it a look of singapore , I think they could have utilized the money to at lease develop roads where its needed the most. somewhere you have - rikshaw, auto, metro all available to reach a destination within DLF and the other side theres still roads are being developed. Theres not even a single tree youll find around and the place is so polluted that anyone coming from a different place will get scared to stay around.Cost of living is too high for the kind of facilities you get. You need to search a lot before settling in a pg or flat as people are way too smart to fool you.

Best place for bachelor accommodation near to cyber city gurgaon

Just a ok place for people who work in near by location just because you do not have to arrange any stuff for living and you get furnished room sets quite easily.Very dusty and air polluted place, power & water supply issue especially in summers.

Just average place to stay with lots of problem. Roads are worst in entire Delhi ncr according to me. Dust all around mainly during summer. No greenery just buildings building which makes summer days a lot hot and even unbearable for some people. Food water electricity problem will never let you stay in peace.

U Block is very near to Phase 3 Rapid metro. Many food shops are available nearby. Its also very close to Cyber Green, Building 14 and American Express Building. The one drawback is that the area is quite congested and water gets blocked during monsoon.

The dirtiest place to live. Electricy problem, cleanliness issues, water logging and many more. Remts are very high for an inch of a place. Owners charge too much for electricity. People are living there just because they have their companies nearby. I lived for 6 months and those were very struggling days of mine ever.

Utterly crowded! Has awesome food joints but very crowded! Specially near the phase 3 station, while in car use extra caution to not let peoples feet under tyres.

Its a very congested area with so much dust. Maximum people live here are working people and migrated. In the meantime Native of here build tiny houses with so many floors for the greed of money. Its a over crowded place with polluted with lots of underconstcted buildings.crowd is good as it is the hub for young working professionals.there are great varieties of street food, but over all its expensive as a single furnished room can cost u around 9-12 k+ electricity unit which is damn expensive which costs around 10 per unit. Overall this place is worth living of u r a bachelor or if this place is close to your office and you hate travelling.

Roads are dirty and there is no proper drainage system on the roads. The area floods and gets muddy during rains. The PGs and 1RK residences are under-ventilated.

U block is next to phase 3 metro location very near by to cyber city. This area is full of one room set fully furnished with ac , geyser , tv , wifi may be lift in some cases . Price may go from 10k to 15 k . Electricity is excluded. You can find double sharing pg in 7.5 k easily . Lots of eatable shops, salons , gym , laundry service are available in this area. You can opt for going big bazzar in ambience mall which is very near by from here. Drawbacks electricity outrage in the summer and roads turn into drain in monsoon , this area have worst road of the gurgaon city.
