According to me patriarchy is the least noticed but the most significant structure of social inequality. A bosker example of which is the staff,especially the manager at Om Sweets. First of all they served the dosa within less than 2 minutes after we placed the order. And when it arrived it was totally cold and did not look as if it was made freshly. It seemed as if it had been prepared a while ago and given to us. The female members of our family had ordered it and as soon as they received it,they found that it was not warm and hence called the manager to discuss it. He came and as we informed him about the dosa, he totally ignored us and started talking to one of the male members of our family. He took no notice of the people who had ordered the food and were complaining, and this was done on purpose as he must have thought that discussing it with a male member would be easier. Further, when he was talking to us he was extremely rude and disrespectful and was keen on forcing us to eat the cold food by continuously telling us that it was made just now. But when a male member of the same family told him to get a new dosa, he readily agreed( He didnt get a fresh dosa even then, and gave us the same one after heating it in the microwave). When we had finished our meal and were heading out, he requested one of the male members only to give the feedback, despite all the females sitting right there. This clearly delineated that he had nil respect for women. Even in the 21st century he has a mindset of the prehistoric times. Not only does he have a conventional and orthodox mindset but is also poorly trained in customer service. The Staff management at on sweets really needs to look into this matter and teach him a lesson on how to respect women.

All branches of OM sweets in Gurgaon are awesome and this is not an exception.Yummy food, hygienic place, right price.

Om Sweets is good. Nice spacious space to sit and chill, have food. Its good fir having snacks and sweets.Brand is excellent as usual, ambience and cleanliness is perfect. Free parking is available outside the complex and the place is never over crowded.

Food is really tasty. You can try any sweet/dish you want and you wont regret it. But when it comes to main course, service is really slow. Youll have to wait for rotis, refills etc. while eating.Tables are nerrow which makes you uncomfortable while eating, especially if you are in group.

The gurgaon is full of om sweets outlets but this one was such an amazing experience from ambience to staff till my last bite of the food everything was just so good! Reach their by 9pm as last as we were the last one to leave the restaurant!Surely recommended for vegetarians

Nice sweets stuff, competitively expensive from other competitors. I had experience to buy sweets on occasion of Rakshabandhan. They managed well to serve people inspite of crowd. I liked the way they package the sweets.

A nice restaurant for veg lovers and specially sweet enthusiasts. The place have sufficient seating capacity and many type of food to choose from incl sweets. The order processing time is also very fast at this place. Just front of the restaurant there is a small park for kids having swings, seesaw, slides and many other things. Its a new mall not many shops started yet. Have a good parking facility.

I had gone on Rakshabandhan day,though it is located on an empty road the place was buzzing with people I could not get my Dhodha,so I asked for small white & black rasgolla & gulabgaman,only white ones were available,as it is a popular franchisee so no problem of sale.The ambience is good ,location also is nice,good for change from hustle bustle of HUDA markets.

First of all it is neat clean & hygeinic the food is very tasty & full of freshness.The ambience & sitting arrangement is also good & comfy.the only thing i feel there is no washrooms when i asked from them then they said the m3m mall management doesnt allow them to run washrooms in restaurant premises...rest all things like sitting,food,service is very good.

Wonderful place 🥰 and very quite ambience. Food was great, I ordered my always preferred item daal makhni and kadai paneer, taste of daal was awesome and paneer was so so. Quantity is little less as compared to normal dhaba you find on chandigarh or jaipur highway. You will surely find good chapati here, fresh and soft.😊 You can have dinner here in the range of 300 per person approx. Views are my personal. You can have better opinion ☺️ too. Lastly I would love to visit again.

As a south indian Ive not seen such a good and well maintained shop for sweets. All the sweets are well prepared. Such a hygienic place where you could sit and relax for your snack.

We had ordered Chaat for our Sunday Breakfast and we received the order on time. However they had missed out sending the red and green chutney without which the meal was incomplete. As the delivery agent had already left (in the Covid situation we normally sanitise and keep the materials outside our kitchen balcony for 10 mins), there was no way to reach out to them. Called the restaurant and they too did not have delivery staff. In due course they managed to get hold of a team member who brought the materials. We always liked Om sweets and now we love their attitude and their services even more. Super work Team Om!Thanks for the extra attention and service attitude
