AVOID THIS HOSPITAL (SPECIALLY ORTHOPAEDIC) - TRUST ME. IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY WHICH YOU CAN DONATE, THEN ONLY GO. They only know how to extract the maximum amount from a patient. My wife had a minor bone fracture for which they have charged more than 25000rs by doing a pathetic plaster (synthetic one which was very irritating) . We have to cut the plaster after 2 days as it was very tight & uncomfortable because it was full of synthetic material (They dont care about the comfort of patient, they only know how to sell the most expensive material for maximum profits). The worst part was, this plaster was not even required as suggested by other doctors because the fracture was in a location which is non movable , so my wife was totally fine after 3 weeks with just a temporary arrangement of crep bandage & support. The overall expense was not even 4000Rs from the second doctor. WHAT WE REALIZED THAT LOSSING 25K WAS A BIG EYE OPENER ( THEY COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING FAKE FOR MAJOR EVENTS). THANKS GOD WE HAVE WASTED THIS AMOUNT CONSIDERING THE FUTURE ASPECT.

Very bad experience in radiology deptt. We had to wait for 2 hrs for ultrasound though we had taken appointment one day before...our turn came 2 hrs after our scheduled time..the coordinator inside the ultrasound room was calling people asper her convenience though they had come after us..my mother is a senior citizen he had to wait for 2 hrs with full bludder.Our experience was completely unsatisfactory..the stuff at the front desk informed the coordinator inside but she didnt bother to follow that..I am sure the patients who came after us were known to the coordinator inside..

My father has a wind swept knee problem along with one of the leg being of short length due to a fracture which happened 30 years ago, we visited few doctors and finally meet Dr. Hemant Sharma and the moment we meet we knew that we have finally meet the right person to operate my father. My father is 82 years old and doctor explained the procedure and advised that we go ahead with one knee at a time. Now the surgery is done and we all are very happy that such expert hands have performed the surgery. We are thankful to W-Pratiksha hospital and Dr. Hemant Sharma for the treatment. The Big W stands for Women.I visited the hospital for an issue concerning my mother and I was happy with the way they followed Covid protocols and maintained the place.I feel the charges are little on the higher sides but safety comes first. So it was fine.The doctor didnt scare us by asking us to go for unnecessary tests however suggested what tests should be done in a year to stay safe. So it was a good experience.

This hospital is the worst. There is no proper management and facility here. The whole staff doesnt do well. Not even better than the doctor here. These people just making money. Even my husband who is a diabetic patient was being given sugar again and again. I was talking and refusing them but the staff says. I dont know anything about this. Our chart also says that there is nothing like this here. How many times I asked for goods No staff works at the right time. Absolutely useless. If you love your loved ones then dont be there at all. Dont take admission here.

Doctor kapil Aggarwal is good and helpful for patients

They take ages to perform one endoscopy. Theyll not clear the procedure to you as to what needs to be done and the patient stays hungry for almost 8 to 9 hours for endoscopy even if a person is diabetic. Theyll talk big things but deliver nothing. Pathetic.

My daughter was born here so I thought to get my husband operated. But right now the hospital is providing pathetic service. My husband was supposed to shift from ICU but as they didnt had a vacant room so they kept him in ICU charging us for ICU but there was no one to take of him even though they are charging premium money. Its not our fault if they dont have a room available. But the service. I use to recommend this hospital but now its a no no. With the current situation I wont recommend.

My husband and I went for preventive health package at this hospital and we had a wonderful experience. Our relationship manager Rinik helped us through the entire process by making sure we got all the tests and procedures done efficiently and quickly. She was also very professional and handled everything very smoothly so that our waiting time was not too much. We were provided with breakfast after our fasting tests were over. It does take almost an entire day and you can schedule your doctor consultations for the next day. Only one suggestion - their card machines do not usually work. So be prepared for paying through cash l, which can be taken out from ATM inside. Overall very good experience. Special thanks - Rinik!

Most mismanaged hospital. Cheats. I asked for the charges of a test on phone , the told me Rs 3000. When I went for test, lab said Rs 5225. Then doctor said its Rs 5500.I was empty stomach since morning and the doctor had no mercy to reach hospital to do the test. We land at W. Pratiksha hospital by 4pm for dermatology consultation with doctor Anil. K. Agarwal as advised by Biplav Agarwal who works at AA derma clinic sector 50. There is no evidence or any confirmation of appointment given by the clinic or at the hospital, while I have paid Rs. 650 as consultation fee at the clinic today 12:30pm. Even without a intial assessment and diagnosis, they want a biopsy tests done. We have met multiple senior dermatologist who have confirmed the condition. This is Pure business you guys... Pure business.. You so called doctors should be in business industry and not at hospitals. Shame absolute shame doctor Anil. K. Agarwal dermatologist. You fool people. How can your hospital allow doctor consultation without a consultation fee and doctor doesnt even give prescription.. Wow

Extremely bad service and no accountability. Rude staff behaviour. They sold me a medical package for 13,600 rupees on 18th November, 2020 and then they said that one of test for Dexa Scan was not working and then they would inform me when repaired. When i didnt recieve a call after two months, i called them back and they told me that they would call me and update me. While writing this review, its August, 2021, nine months later after multiple calls and follow ups ( there wasnt a single time that they called me and updated and all the time I had to following up with them at least 6-7 times in the past nine months ), they told me that the machine is still not working. they said that the scan is now outsourced and that they will pay me 500 rupees for the scan. I told them I need the test to be completed and i dont need the money as the test costs 3500 to be done outside. and that was the reson I took the package. They still stuck to the fact that they cannot conduct this test. Im filing a complaint at the consumer court to take legal action against the hospital.

This was second Knee replacement ( Obviously firta was with him only ☺️ ) and I would like to say that success repeates if this is in hand of Dr. Hemant Sharma .Dr. Hemant is amazing as a doctor as well as a person and this is X-Factor where patient get more comfortable pre & post operation .Hospital Staff and it’s services has also enhanced comfort and redudced pain , although that was very less .Recommend him for all joint and replacement requirements ; You will be happy as I am as well as Patient .

Worst experience. Went for a lab test and it took almost 2 hours to get it done. There was no coordinator. The changing gown was a tattered (on the side) gown. The lady at the help desk counter was not helpful at all. She had no idea when or where the patient had to go for her tests. Overall, dont visit unless you dont have any option.

Worst experience. This hospital is only concerned about making money. The hospital staff does not even care for any patient. We had an emergency where one of our field staff had accident and he was admitted to this hospital. His left leg was so badly hurt that instead of supporting him and giving proper treatment they have just given him bad environment that he complained for each and everything but no one even listened. When the family people visited and asked the hospital staff to see the patient the answer which we got is this is what all we can do. Baaki aap delh lo. Ultimately we have to shift him to medanta and his infection has increased so much that the patients leg has to be now cut down. Worsy and pathetic hospital. Will never recommend such hospital even in emergency.
