I am a regular consumer of Looks Salons services. Their hairstylists are good and its a very frequented salon in the locality. I have availed services like haircut, beard trim and face cleaning etc and the experience has been always good. The prices arent very reasonable though so be prepared to shell out some money for everything. Its located inside the Suncity complex and has decent parking space on weekdays and non rush hours.

This is my 3rd haircut with Ajay.. he does a fabulous job as always. Needless to say he does understand exactly what you are looking for, what length you want, which cut you want and you exactly get what you have imagined. Its like magic. You get what you wish for! This was my first time visiting this Salon and I am pretty impressed. I have been going to looks for almost 2 years now and I have always liked the service. This particular salon however is impeccable in terms of service, staff or the salon itself. I would happily recommend this to anyone and everyone who can afford it. Excellent ambience and well trained staff. Very high experience seen in their work. All facilities under one roof. Five star. Very attentive on cleanliness. The towels are neat and clean.

Dishonest in billing. Have had 3 experiences over last 3 times. Not going back again. Be very careful when they add up the expenses for the services you truly avail.

Firstly, hair stylist didnt listen to what we wanted.Secondly, the styling was below ordinary.After raising the complaint at reception, the next hair & beard stylist listened thoroughly & did his best, finally felt Looks-style of service.

Your staff is quite impressive and supportive especially mr javed, the best hair dresser i have ever met.He did his job very calmly and gracefully.

Services are fine, wisbut oneyme they try to cheat you. Discounted price for a hair treatment was flat 4999/- They added 1000 rupees tax during billing, despite my confirming the price multiple times before starting the process. Not even once they mentioned that taxes arent included in the do called flat prices.

The Looks Salon has perhaps, begun to embody and personify the word impropriety. The inhospitable behaviour should be strongly condemned; the staff misbehaved greatly with my mother who was there for an appointment . If a common code of conduct, decorum and basic civility cannot be mainted amidst the staff, I see no point in such a decayed organisation.

Although I had reasonably good experience before, today was def not to be repeated experience.I went there get a global today, as a part of a prepaid scheme I had bought which was still valid. Now after sitting down discussing everything the 2 new receptionist come up later and say that it can only be done by the person who has given the scheme to you!!!!... these ladies ( Kusum and Pyali) were stuck adamantly , refusing to let me speak to owner ( sighting reasons of not allowed)!! Having specially come for the work it’s was imp for me that I get the job done and am not fussy about the stylist. Still they wouldn’t budge. On a pre payment of 5K that’s not an experience one would expect from a decent salon. I hoped the owner was there to resolve my woes or would at least train the front staff on few lessons on customer centricity..Sad how a perfectly decent establishment can be mis handled by arrogant and adamant staff.

I was a regular customer of this salon but I have stopped visiting this place as the services of this salon has degraded tremendously since the management got changed in the last few months. You can never expect timely services even after taking prior appointment!!!!

Overpriced.. I would recommend Layers Salon which is just nearby to the place and the price and service is much better than Looks.

An awful experience. Went there twice giving benefit of doubt to the first time. Both time the guys there screwed up my haircut. I mean they cant even manage a proper haircut and are positioning themselves as highend.They are diluting the Looks brand for sure 👎

Timing abv said, its open till 10 PM however I just visited the store at 0915 PM and I was rudely told by the front office girl see the timing signage at our store its open till 0900 PM thats quite horrendous and dissapointing experience from a brand like Looks.....

Pathetic service. They make you wait for half an hour only to tell hes gone for a break. They dont care if you take your business elsewhere. Regardless of having an appointment.

The service is very bad. Staff is negligent, untrained. My daughter got her upper lip waxed , her upperlip now has a permanent scar due to the skin burn. There is no follow up from the staff.

Decent place to get your hair cut

Horrible place to be...I would really request not to go to this parlour..the head of the hair department damaged my hair by using a chemical for silk therapy...I had to chop off my hair completely...also the beauty therapist burnt my face with bleach..highly unprofessional staff and the owner is arrogant and would not feel sorry for his staff
