Not remotely commensurate with the popular opinion and reviews of this place. The cocktail was overly sweet, the salad was uni dimensional, the bread and cheese were okay, but the lobster was both nearly absent and insipid (making the shell they put on top just for show), and the prawns were rubbery! But the worst were the tortellini, that were hard and the pasta was too thick on them!! And.. the pasta were luke warm when they came to the table. We didnt have the heart to get any dessert after this! This all might have been digestible, if it werent for the price tag...I dont expect to walk away with a 6000₹ bill saying the spaghetti was well cooked!

Pellegrino Artusi , a nineteenth century Italian businessman who dedicated later years of his life to kitchen science and art of eating well reinvented the culinary culture of Italian dining experience. When many of us think of pasta we think of Italian food, and most people believe that it originated there. While pasta is traditionally Italian, it actually has a very ancient history that makes it almost impossible to know who came up with the dish first. It is likely a descendent of ancient Asian noodles. A common belief about pasta is that it was brought to Italy from China by Marco Polo during the 13th century.Noodles existed in Asia long before Polo s trip to China. Archaeologists believe that central Asia is most likely the first area to have produced noodles thousands of years ago. From Asia, it traveled westward. The way it reached Europe is unclear, though there are many theories some believe that nomadic Arabs are responsible for bringing early forms of pasta westward. Once it reached the Mediterranean the process was refined, and durum wheat became the ingredient of choice for pasta flour because of its high gluten content and long shelf life. When durum wheat pasta is dried, it lasts indefinitely, making it a very convenient food to store. Over time, because of pasta s affordability, shelf life, and versatility, it became firmly rooted in Italian culture. The great value, convenience and variety that pasta has to offer have ensured its popularity with food lovers everywhere. Pasta has to be the world’s ultimate convenience food . It is also one of the world s most accessible foods. Nearly every country has its own unique version of this popular, inexpensive staple. In Germany and Hungary they have spaetzle. In Greeze, orzo. In Poland, they enjoy pocket-like pierogi. Ashkenazi Jewish families make kreplach dumplings. And in America, pasta is prepared and served similarly to the way it is found in Italy– with the exception of all-American spaghetti and meatballs.Artusi Ristorante, a prominent Italian specialty restaurant in Gurgaon is one such eatery which is still recreating Artusi’s philosophy of fine dining , the Italian way . With their mouth watering creations and to die for menu , one needs to visit to find out the age old flavours and home made Italian cuisines served with pride and lots of Mamma Mia kind of love.book your tables #EazyDiner

Been here twice with completely opposite experiences. The first time was perfectly fine and then today pathetic. We were 45 minutes into sitting on our table before someone got us water to drink - and this too we had to ask again for it else would probably not have come.Food took forever - upwards of 45 minutes atleast - appears the kitchen was focusing on the Buffet customers - which is fine but then dont offer Ala Carte if the kitchen cannot handle it.No breadbasket or equivalent offered while we were waiting.Food itself was fine , but i had the opportunity to pay closer attention to the prices this time around - 800 for a Carbonara is not cheap, especially when it is better at say a Big Chill. Spaghetti AOP (Aglio) tasted of little except for Garlic, not at all something to be had here. I suspect our food was made with some amount of indifference because we were maybe the only ones ordering Ala Carte - again , would have been happy to go to a different place if they just wanted to concentrate on that.Billing took over 15 minutes, took forever for this bill to arrive, and then more time was spent by our server running around a manager to get the machine - appears they have only 1 for the entire place !!

Its a high dining Italian restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, theres light music, the ambience is just right. Minimal design, but absolutely a lovely experience to go there. Since its fine dining, their prices are high, but I promise you that you will be disappointed. Completely worth every penny spent there. Also, do not underestimate the quantity of the food they serve, it may look less but its actually quite filling.

Terrible packaging. The foods portion size was so small. The price is not worth the food at all. The sauce had spilled in the bag and the food didn’t do justice at all. Wont recommend this restaurant to anyone. Since the pandemic, restaurants have gone all out to make sure customer experience is better than the one they get at the restaurant so they come back to you again and again. For promoting the inspiration/ origin of the restaurant concept from the balsamic vinegar region of Italy they barely had Balsamic vinegar on the table.1) Bread takes 15-20mins to serve.2) They do not serve outside though they have tables and chairs placed.3) Belly dance music / Bollywood music (loud) for a high end Italian restaurant.4) Only two servers who disappear at times for more than 10 mins5) Overly priced and they expect you to pay in cash as they have issues with their card machine.6) Food and drinks were not even upto the mark and was heavily Indian based.7) For the price you charge for a meat and cheese board I dont expect peanuts , where I see more of the board and less of the food, I expect a proper charcuterie board !!!

Go to place for a good Italian meal in Gurgaon. We ordered the grilled chicken in mushroom sauce and shrimp and prawn filled pasta in bisque. Just like their pasta sauces, their mushroom sauce with the chicken was amazing, the chicken was well cooked too, really enjoyed this dish. The bisque was passable, would stick to the more conventional sauces the next time, but would definitely visit again.

If there is a leap that we take with happiness – that is the leap from Indian fare to Italian food. And if it is in style in a cool setting – we are happy to indulge in this exercise. The Italian restaurant Artusi Ristorante at One Horizon, the new restaurant cluster on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, looked like a dining hall of a Victorian mansion from outside. Complete with Picasso style paintings, a fireplace and a bunch of roses on that, we were transported to another era when we came to this place for lunch recently. Although it was great weather and they have alfresco dining arrangement as well, in ode to the beautiful décor, we sat inside, close to the glass wall.Amuse Bouche – the starter with wine was just a quiche filled with leek and Gorgonzola cheese sauce. Yet it was melt in the mouth tasty and yet just enough to hang on to the appetite. We also tried the salmon and this was firm yet well cooked with mild season so that the taste of the fish was not compromised. The sprinkling of sea salt added an interesting twist. For fish lovers we recommend another must have – tuna with caper flowers. We could never imagine caper flowers could add so much freshness to any sea food. We tried the ravioli with pork filling too. This dish is passable and we have had better. But then there was the lemon coconut sorbet. This palate cleanser was mild sweet- sour and cool with rosemary seasoning. This serving helped in erasing our palate to prepare us for subsequent courses. The meal was mild and so although we had eaten many dishes, we were not bloated. Hence we were all excited about dessert. And it was one of the tastiest desserts we have had ever. The mascarpone cheese with fresh strawberries lethal combination was a combination was a festival on the palate – sweet – salt – freshness of fruit. They had indeed saved the best for the last.We kept sipping Mannara Pinot Ricord wine with our meal – it was one of the best we have tasted.Truth be told – it was a fine meal. At a fine dining place. Subtle décor – great food and warm hospitality makes it a commendable indulgence. We have liked Hahn’s Kitchen but this Italian restaurant in Gurgaon raised the bar. So you could save this place for that special date. Whenever you are in the mood for good life in style – Artusi Ristorante is a classy Fun-do that is worth your drive wherever you are.

I want to give this place a 0 (zero) star for ruining my valentines brunch date. I reserved a table for 2 for the Sunday brunch. Here is my experience of the place:- Upon arriving at the place, I had to wait for 10 minutes to order for food and drinks- I had to wait another 20 minutes to get a shot of Baileys which I ordered for myself- I had to constantly remind the staff to get my food- After nearly 45 minutes they served me a cheese omelette, one of the 5 dishes which I ordered- When I asked for the remaining 4 dishes, I was told that the kitchen is busy- Owner and the servers were clueless regarding which order to serve at which table. They served our order to all our neighbouring tables, except for ours- After waiting for 60 minutes and getting frustrated, I asked one of the servers to get me the bill for the 2 drinks and one dish which I consumed. To this, the server said, Ah......okay and never came back with the bill- Finally, after waiting for 80 minutes in total for the food, we left without paying the bill, and the best part is no one bothered to even ask us for the money. To sum up, I would say the service and coordination were extremely pathetic, so was the customer empathy. It seems the owner and the staff arent experienced enough to handle large volumes of customers. They seemed thoroughly hassled and confused. The one dish (cheese omelette) which I ate was average as well. Since I wasnt served any other dish, I wont comment on the food. Overall, a pathetic experience and wouldnt recommend the place for special occasions. I hope this review gets through to the owner.

Being home and missing authentic Italian food. Artusi is the place. Trust me the food is to die for! I’m so happy that they have started delivering. I have to say, we enjoyed every single bite of the meal. Some of our favourite dishes are chitara lobster, truffle pasta, mushroom risotto, lasagne bolognese, Tiramisu...... The menu is extensive to a particularly high standard. They take extra care and cautious considering spillproof packaging to the freshness and taste of food 😋. On top, they took care of hygiene also which is most imply factor these days... I recommend to everyone! I would like to order from here again and again.. And looking forward to dining at the restaurant soon. Thanks, Team Artusi for making my lockdown period good.

Weekending at Artusi is a fine dining experience at its best. Went for dinner on a Saturday night and was lucky enough to book myself a table in advance, otherwise wouldve been a part of the queue. It is a traditional Italian cuisine restaurant with home-cooked pasta, risotto and wine.I wish Zomato had a 6 star rating for some outlets and I would have rated Artusi 6 without any thought. The staff is so extremely polite and knows the menu so well which is rare to find.A plate of bread with sun dried tomatoes sausage was served before placing any order. We were served Gazpacho as Amuse Bouche. Gazpacho is a chilled soup shot of tomatoes and raw vegetables. Along with it, we were also served Raphael Dal Bo Prosecco Wine (extra dry).As soon as we were served the Amuse Bouche, we ordered our first course and the manager recommended us to order Ferro Salad, Tomino and Rape, Noci e Caprino for our first course. We were given hot plates for dinner which is a rare thing to find while dining in Delhi NCR. I just loved it.Ferro is a combination of Rocket leaves salad with grapes, raisins, pears and goat cheese with Pine nuts finished in EVO and balsamic Vinegar. This is now gonna be my staple order whenever I visit this place. I just loved it. It tasted heavenly.Tomino is made up of the finest imported soft cheese gently melting over toasted bread with sauteed mushrooms and Italian white truffle oil. Anyone who is a mushroom lover will love it to death. It was served so neatly and was amazingly delicious. And the third dish, Rape, Noci e Caprino is made up of roasted beets, green apple, walnuts, green salad and caprino cheese finished with Croutons, EVO and balsamic vinegar. It was so great and fresh and should be on every ones list whos looking for a healthy and delicious salad. Our second course was also recommended by Mr. Nitin, General Manager at Artusi. We tried Strozzapreti Alfredo Pasta, Orecchiette AOP and Risotto Verdure.Risotto Verdure became my favourite among the three as it is made from luxurious Carnaroli rice and finished with Parmesan cheese and diced vegetables.Second favourite was Orecchiete AOP. Its an eggless orecchiete pasta with sauteed broccoli in an aglio, olio e pepperonico sauce. It was amazing and it tasted heavenly with Crete Di Lamone Sangiovese IGT Wine. The best part of dining here was the traditional Italian wines which were truly amazing. Im so gonna visit this place again just for the wines.Panna Cotta is Artusis signature dessert with home made figs Jam and almond silvers and we finished our second course quickly as we were excited to have this dessert. Ive had heard a lot about this and fortunately, it was so well prepared and exceeded our expectations. To end our day, we ordered a Coffee Liqueur shot. Im a big coffee fan and always order coffee no matter where I visit. And I have to admit, it was not one of the best, infact it was the best.Artusi has another outlet in GK, Delhi except for the Gurgaon outlet. The interior of the outlet was mesmerizing. It was designed to depict the Italian cuisine. I was amazed to see how beautifully it was created and really wished I could appreciate the interior designer who was behind it.The staff was extremely courteous and polite and made our experience even more amazing.Book your table via Zomato App and avoid the queues. For offers and queries, contact management. If you get to drink above the legal limit, dont be shy to call an Uber.Happy drinking!Happpy eating!

This soothing atmosphere win us over. Food is delicious and filling, though we were initially apprehensive about the quantity but at the end of the meal we realized that it is a filling meal. We ordered tomino, paglia e fieno and crema fritta e Gelato and every dish is better than the other. You understand their speciality home made pasta after you eat it.Staff was nice, polite, helping yet non interfering. The fig and apricot dip in the platter was delicious. We ended with a tiramisu, again, fantastically prepared. My grouse is with the service. It was painfully slow so much so that the heated plates were almost cold by the time pasta was brought to our table. Time is at a premium and it is sad to see your time not being respected by businesses you chose to patronise.
