My stay was an official visit. Room which is allotted to me is bigger compared to other rooms where my colleagues stayed. Day will be calculated from 12pm to 12 pm (check in and check out). Breakfast will be complementary. Hotels restaurant is in 2nd floor. TV(Airtel TV) is working. They even give a kettle jar to make hot water & we can make coffee too (milk powder, instant coffee powder, dip tea packs and sugar packets) with available items. They provided laundry bags but I have not used their services as most of the time I will be outside and only will be coming to room for Dinner & sleeping.Per night - around 2500 incl taxes. WiFi can be signed on once the receptionist update the details in the system (since it uses room number and your name for login credentials, then you need to change the password). Your room number will be your intercom number, in case you want to dail anyone in other rooms. I could have given five star if all the rooms were of similar sizes.But each room which we got were of different sizes & not like the room which i stayed.

Here is not available drivers room ..very sad ..My personal driver rest in the car ..After some timei was call him .. where are you now so he said ..i am living in the car..Tht time i am very sad for driver..Then i tell to him .. please you can go your home .. or can i book room for ..then,,. he was saying me no no sir ..Thank you .I go to my home ..Etc ..But its not good .. for every driver

I really loved the environment. Room was very neat and clean . Small fridge steals the show. Hotel staff is very much chilled and too polite. Reception and Security staff is very helpful. They are very much lively and always have smile in their faces.Definitely recommend others.

Rooms are good. There is a issue with food. They have outsourced restaurant to 3rd party contractor. Hygiene is a problem. On the dinner buffet a RAT was roaming and taking away food item.Even if GINGER is lower the pyramid brand of TAJ, this is not expected.I wonder what will be the reaction of Mr. Ratan Tata if he sees this.

Ginger hotel is in Raheja Square in district gurgaon of manesar area. Excellent service and staffs. This is family like restaurant. Food quality is very good. This is very famous in this area. This is near from National Highway 8. This is near from Manesar Police Station. This is near from Manesar Market. This is near from VPS Rockland Hospital. This is near from Vatika Next India. This is situated in Industrial Modern Township area. Hotel look is awesome. Decoration is fantastic and peaceful.

My stay was very good. Hotel Ginger staff is very nice and polite esp. Security staff ( Mr. Rohit, Mr. Rambhan and others) , Reception people, hotel staff and house keeping staff. I would love to visit here again.

The rooms are decent for the price paid. Clean and nice bathrooms. The rooms are small, but alright for the asking price.Room maintenance is poor. The locking system doesnt work(i know that its not working from the past one month atleast), all their employees have master cards, using which only the rooms can be opened. You have to call someone everytime you want to enter the room. Its unsafe as all employees have access to your room.

Brilliant service from staff- very cooperative and helpful. Very good restaurant. But the keys to the doors need sorting out a soon as possible.

They allotted a room with the following issues:- smart card key is not working, everytime I have to go to reception to ask someone to open my room, because the general phone in the floor is not working. they said the key swiping machine is not working and this problem is there for all customers but my colleague is staying there with out this issue. new customers are checking in without the key issue. reception staff just throwed out my complaint, didnt bother, because the knew the key is not working in that room.- noisy window airconditioner. had to call technicians to adjust the broken louver blades, to reduce the noise. even small budget hotels are having split a/c, it is shocking to see such a pathetic window a/c in Ginger, a branded hotelthanks for providing such adventurous experiences.

Stay was really pathetic and worst. I would suggest you guys to dont stay in any of the ginger property. I had book room for 2 days after one day of stay I had check - out from there. Its seems to be like a lodge not have a hotel ambience. There is nothing around there to roam and all. Its situated in the middle of industrial area.Quality of food was totally worst. They dont have own pantry. They have tigh-up with some other restaurant. Please dont waste your money by booking these kind of hotels.

Descent room if you are expecting more space its not the hotel for you... clean and neat daily cleaning was good.. bathroom was good.. And complementary breakfast served her is a buffet and it has many varieties its very good.. cost wise little bit higher

Good rooms and very clean. reception is the only place where staff is good. rest of the staff is indifferent because maybe they just dont care and are a little less than downright hostile . the breakfast is the worst aspect of this hotel as the place where they serve is not air conditioned , today atleast the food was bad with under made dhokla, very hard idli, semi cooked stuff paratha, oil filled potato fries, drippy sambhar 🤔. imagine eating such food in sitting in a room which is boiling hot with outside temp of 31°C.good location , clean room and everything working

No proper facilities. They dont provide heaters during peak cold as well. Window seal is open and cool air keeps on coming inside, even then we dont get the heater. And another thing is they dont provide any toiletries.

In the vicinity of many manufacturing firms. Breakfast spread less but quality very good. Not recommended for dinner or lunch. Rooms and room service is pretty good except the key cards stop working abruptly.

There is lack of verities and misleading menu only for view, you cant choose , if looking 10 item available only 2 will be available. Further Ginger itself not maintaining restaurant they have provided only suit/room service. That means contract based restaurant cheating customer.

Average hotel. The room are very small but clean. The hotel is good value for mo ey for solo trips only. Not a hotel one should want to stay with the family majorly owing to the ambience, access to the property and above all the standard and condition of the lifts.

It is a budget hotel, staff is very friendly and always ready to help. If you are on a business trip and just want to come and sleep, i would say it is a best choice.

Vicinity from Imt Manesar. Food is decent, You can easily survive. Rooms are good for a business trip for sure. If you want to take a bath in the winter during night time, you wont have good hot water...It will be lesser than lukewarm. Cabs are available except you may have issues in UBER and OLA during late night time.

It is an OK property like an oasis n the desert. Specially the Khaja Chowk! Dining Option offers fantastic food on decent prices with courteous service. Exteriors need to be maintained as on a chilly foggy night we passed across the hotel thrice but not able to notice it in lack of a simple Glow Sign Board.Recommended for your business stay with tasty food.

I found the hotel is decent but is in isolated place and had pretty much nothing to do once I come from office. They do offer complementary breakfast but if you are with family avoid this place because there is nothing around this place.

One the best hotels in IMT - Manesar, with spacious rooms and friendly staff..you would be rarely dissatisfied with any of those services.... if you are unlucky, sometimes the quantity of food served varies... doesnt match the value for money... Nothing else will disappointe you..

Quite sub standard overall. Leaking toilet. Dining area is hot and unwelcoming. Staff there seem to be indifferent towards what customer service really means in hospitality industry (keep coming in the way, not tuned into customer needs, asking for room number while a guest choking over food was asking for water...).

Rooms are clean and having decent space. Service at the reception was very nice, they are responsive and professional. Restaurant quality can be improved. Spotted several flies in the restaurant tables. Room service was prompt.

Room size & service is OK.But restaurant food & service is very good. All staff are very humble & supportive, specially yogesh & his full team. You cant get buffet at just 450 rupee only. This is main plus point of ginger hotel.

This hotel offered the worst room to me.There was no window.It was like a closed box on which someone can die due to exhaustion.When i told at the reception about this, they said the booking is for this room only.I asked them if tbey have alternate room with window and i was told that no such room is available as all the rooms are full Then i decided to check out imnediately after spending just 1 minute at tbe room.Then tbe person at the reception told me that they are ready to offer another room with window.I felt cheated and told the person that i just do not want to stay at this hotel and i will check out.Overall a cheating experience.I suggest no one should ever stay at this hotel because of lack of ethics.Rgds

The Hotel is ok. You get all usual things which you think you should get for what they are charging, in fact you get slightly less. I would rate the overall ambiance and feel of this place little lower than few of their competitors, perhaps because of its old infrastructure. Points in favour would be the good behaviour of the staff and more or less available cab services to pick and drop inside IMT.And yeah their restaurant stinks horribly which I have reviewed separately.

Front desk staff is good but restaurant staff have no botheration you come or go they even will not serve you water unless called 2-3 times.Room are clean but appliances are unmaintained.Replaced 2 room in 2 days stay due to the same.

Good place to stay if you can manage food from outside as this hotel does not have its own kitchen. They have linked with a reataurant whose food is overprices and the taste is below average.

The rooms were clean, but the odor inside the rooms was not that good. The AC was continuously dripping water. The choice of food is limited and the taste is also just fine (Not that great).

If you are missing your childhood memories of staying in those dingy and stingy Dharmshalas at religious places, I am pretty much sure that Ginger Hotel, Manesar is going to make you relive them again. Small rooms added with a poor management, breakfast or whatever you can call that, late night local bar with drunkards roaming around - is a combination of what you would like to avoid in your lifetime.P.S - If it wouldnt have been the compulsion to stay near office, I would have never dared to stay at this place.
