Good luck getting a timely response from them for a quotation for organizing an event. I contacted their director Sonia and got very vague price quotation with no clear response. If this is the way they deal with customers then Im really not confident how the service of the property be

Worst Hotel, Poor Service complete waste of money function and mood.1. If they have limited snacks at wedding then they will say “ Apke guest jada kha re ho to mae kya karu”2. Tap of golgape dispenser will broke in between.3. They will make announcement that food is ready, when guest will go they will see there is no bread, hot water instead of sabzi.4. They will switch off in between5. It your function is till 11:30 then will switch off AC at. 10:306. 30 minutes after food start they will start sweets.Worst hotel. Pls try to avoid

Initially I was Dicey about my Stay at this property Because I had planned a Stay At The Taj Gateway Resort Which I had to cancel because of some reason.But after reaching the property didnt seem like I did anything wrong..The Place is Nice And Comfy,, The Staff is Very Helpful and Courteous...The food Was Good no Doubt But could Have been better...Overall I liked the place and would definitely visit again with friends and family...Easily accessible from Gurgaon and its a nice weekend Getaway

Extremely poor experience of a destination wedding. Reviews seem to be too fake. Half day was wasted as all rooms got locked and they did not have a backup for giving us the keys. The manager sonia is cunning and thinks herself as an oversmart women. She was not at all accomodative despite being at fault. Dont get into the trap of getting into this hotel by reading these fake reviews.Rooms were dirty. Not at all met the standards of a 4 star hotel. Bathrooms were not clean. Floors had lot of stains. Lighting was also improper in most of the rooms.Please ensure if someone is booking multiple rooms for any function. You will have a bitter experience.

Food was average, at times, stale. Service was very very slow, at times taking 2-3 hours. Often things that were available were said to be out of stock. Most importantly, your car or its accessories can get stolen from hotel premises and they dont take any responsibility. Rather they try to lie that there are no CCTV cameras and try to put the blame on you.

Lets be clear this property is way beyond cities and villages, its very Far. Lets chuck the distance as it depends on the customer.Talking about the property is completely a smoke free, but the room I got was filled with smoke, though that got changed.Power issues till I stayed,they had almost 8-10 times of power cut and everytime it took 5 minutes to give power backup. So the 5 minutes time period was completely blank and Black. You dont expect such idiocy with such a reputed Brand.I checked in around 12 am so my stay was only for about 12 hours, to that I clearly had mentioned while checking in that I will check out around 1PM an hour more after the standard check out timings and theyd happily agreed, but to their grace the staff called thrice for the checkout till 1PM.I also had ordered food which was tasteless and the TV in the room even was not able to play the basic DD channels, the rest better channels were out of its reach. Even WiFi was not working at night.So overall Id say either this property doesnt belong to Radisson or they dont put efforts at all to maintain the brand value. This property and people related to it are severely damaging the wholesome name of Radisson.

This hotel is marvellous . All the things are in perfect position . Services, reception , rooms , Breakast and dinner all are perfect . Kids will enjoy as there is very big park , badminton court, skating , swimming , rope swing , tyre made swings , many more things are there. From my point of view , it is best one Between NCR , Gurgoan, Ghaziabad. Thanks and good wish to this hotel.

I found Neet and clean rooms.well managed staff in dress code. Dinner... So delicious and breakfast buffet is with healthy foods.Lawn area is very beautiful parking area is much much better then others hotel. When we enter the hotel give welcome by all the staff its all amazing. If i visit Gurgaon again my stay at Country Inn is confirmed. I expect more by these names. When I compare te price n service by these names I see alot of difference.Still its a nice place

We were there for a family holiday. The experience was v bad. The resort is very badly managed in terms of food, rooms & service. After checking in at 12 noon we kept on changing rooms till we finally got a room at 7.30 pm. Still the fridge was not working. Even the pool was not clean. Food is not at all up to the mark. There are no resort activities for the guest they are only shown on the website. Its just a illusion. Strictly not recommended.

A lovely getaway for a night or 2 from the crowds & humdrums of the city. Spacious ,well done up & clean rooms, a beautiful pool area, fantastic food and a great ambiance. The lovely GM is seen often taking rounds several times in a day .. no wonder the place is so spruced up & works like clockwork. The chef actually comes to your table and asks how the food is & if you want anything special which is not on the menu. Who does that.. I’m hooked to this place .. it’s amazing.

I have attended a marriage function yesterday. I am surely impressed with its ambiance and nice well cleaned rooms. Hotel staff were good and courteous enough to deal with. Nice place to stay .Food was also delicious and all arrangements for the marriage function was also fine.

Checked in for one night only. Delayed service. Courteous staff. Nice rooms, nice pool but not very deep, gym. Hot steam bath, valet parking, bar huge restaurant, tasty food, Grilled fish is very tasty, play area for kids, huge park, poolside drinking and eating. Good hotel.

Good place on the highway . Chef needs to update on some of the dishes. Front office, Dining area and Gate Staff very good and cooperative . The linen and Quilts need urgent replacement. Overall a good property for a short visit.

Nice four star hotel in outskirts of gurgaon. Nice food and a good place for a family group or friends. It takes around 30 min drive from jaipur highway. Best place for destination weddings. Rooms are spacious and great hospitality by the staff. Staff is very humble and polite. Also good for weekend stay away from traffic in the vicinty of mountain range . One have to take for the mobile network as most of the networks cant provide good service in the area

Placed in the middle of nowhere is this sad joke of a hotel named Country Inn & Suites by Radisson.sad to see how the standards of service have dropped.1. the play areas are never maintained2. the food is extremely sub par as compared to the worst possible food would have ever tasted.3. I organized my engagement function over there and the service was horrible. They can serve good food only in their restaurant but catering is no their cup of tea. Waiters and staff were illiterate and didnt know anything. Plz i request anyone if someone is looking to organise a party or event take a u turn from this venue and look for something else.

Country Inn and suites by Radisson is a 4 star hotel located on the outskirts of Gurugram on Sohna road. Location is Far so that is one drawback especially if you are in Gurugram for work. The rooms were ok, however bathroom was left unclean. Staff is friendly though inefficient. Our request for an extra blanket for a colleague who was sharing my room was not fulfilled. Guess they couldnt find an extra blanket at 11:30 pm.The building or landscaping is not much to speak of and since we were there for work , we did not check out the pool.Standard breakfast , however the mutton Rogan Josh was delicious.The only advantage is that the far off location brings a lot of peace and quiet and beautiful early.mormong views from the window.

Weekend getaway and a affordable access to good swimming pool. Dont expect much when it comes to the food or the Bar. Order it online and carry your own booze.

I stayed for 3 days.Very poor room service.Even there food quality is below average. No mobile coverage and even there wifi is very poor. As per facility they have gym with very limited machine. No snooker table which is not a big deal. Rooms are spacious with clean washroom. Some area of my room have Damp(specifically in my room, didnt saw anything in my friends room).Overall not a good deal. Not a good location.

A great property spoiled by the pathetic service and rude behaviour of its staff. Not at all courteous and accomodating for their customers, keep asking for super-expensive charges for smallest facility, that too when there were hardly many other guests staying. we booked 5 rooms for a night and wanted a Bonfire that was not arranged. Even the complimentary Beer pints as per booking offer were not provided by the hotel. Badminton racquets and TT bats were old & broken. Food was super-expensive and not worth it. Finally ordered from Zomato who confirmed that they regularly deliver food for County Inn guests..We were 5 couples and 2 kids who wanted to celebrate Christmas Eve at the hotel and were shocked to know there was no Celebration planned, not even a Common bonfire arranged for guests in 4-5 degrees of cold. If we have to stay inside hotel rooms only,  None of the sports/game equipment were maintained properly. Staff was rude and didnt even serve us the complimentary Beer pints as per  offer.

I just loved this resort as staff here is cooperative and services provided is at par with anyother counterpart for the amount of money you pay.I would recommend people to book for breakfast with accommodation option as they provide with variety of veg and non veg items.In room service has limited menu but what they serve is just great. You get four water bottles of 500ml each.Other facilities such as iron, hairdryer, small refrigerator, a quartine locker(electric) reading table with adjustable lights etc.

It was a good experience. It had everything ( swimming pool, spa, gym etc) that you expect in a branded hotel in a remote locality i.e required facilities, not too high end sans the chicness and hustle bustle of a city. The facilities in the room down to the iron tabe and iron was noteworthy. Given the room rates and the area, the hotel is definitely recommended.

The waiters there are taught to take away the plates as soon as a person gets off the table to increase the number of plates used. So, if the person wants to have more, hell have to take up another plate.

Visited this hotel for a night with 4 of my friends last week. 1. Good and spacious rooms (got the pool facing one) 2. Food is good and moderately priced 3. Breakfast menu is pretty broad 4. Need better whiskey glasses

The hotel service was good. However, the hotel was lacking in certain areas such as dinner buffet. I was shocked to see there was no option fof chicken in the non-veg buffet, there was only fish and mutton. I expected chicken as the basic non-veg item. However, on a special request, the staff got some chicken made for me (thanks for that). There was no shampoo in the room, it had to be requested. I also found poor service with the housekeeping. First of all, nobody picked my call at the housekeeping desk. Then when i asked for a bathrobe, nobody came back with it. I found this quite unprofessional.

I stayed there for 3 days. It was a great experience. Rooms are very good spacious and have all the needed things in the rooms. Staff is very helpful and generous. Food is also good. Backside of the hotel you can enjoy badminton, volleyball and even table tennis. They also have bicycles to ride for customers. Location is also out from the crowd you can find trees all around. Will surely recommend.

I stayed in this property few times. its a nice place to relax with family and friends. swimming pool is 4.5 feet deep and anyone can enjoy it. rooms were cleaned except the WC flush had some issues which was not even fixed after my request at desk. Breakfast buffet was nice and hotel staff was decent and calm. I didnt like the fact that restaurant staff didnt allow me to carry some cut fruits for my baby as he wasnt eating at that time. overall, it was a nice stay.

Set in the Gurgaon Outskirts while the surrounding area is Forest sorts and the ambience of the hotel is also welcoming... The staff needs a bit of a hospitality training for sure. Do make sure on the billing aspects upfront if you are planning to stay for over two days, else will be shocked to see the floating rates bite into your wallet 😁😁Food options are limited and not so friendly to the taste buds (I personally didnt like any disches I had there a bit) except the sandwich options... I wont be visiting this particular place again for sure...

By far the worst so called 5 star hotel. From entry in to the hotel at reception to exit from Hotel at reception, every one and every part of the hotel competes to be the worst in the service quality.Be it staff, food, restaurant, house keeping, room service....... couldnt find one good point.Gymnasium should be closed immediately, before hotel faces a million dollar lawsuit.Absolutely disappointing place.Requested to meet GM Mr Tandon, he never even turned up to hotel for all 5 days.God save this hotel.

Not happy with service and overall experience.Service was very slow and you cannot get anything even a toothbrush in morning or food in evening, without reminder and not less thn 30 min.Also my room A/C was badly leacking but instead of changing room they kept me waiting from 11 pm to 12 am.. With false commitment that they will change the room..If you compare worn no star hotel its ok but when u compare with reputated ⭐hotel.. U get disappointed..Staff in not well groomed and eqiped to handle pressure.Ambience is good and can enjoy swimming in 🏊. Good parking and eve walk facility. Buffet is good but not extraordinary like money they charge..Location. Out of city but not like traditional resort. Absolutely worth every penny. Room service, Rooms, food, location everything around it is just perfect. Perfect for a small getaway a bit far from the chaos of Gurgaon. I got a deal for 3.5k a room that included buffet dinner and breakfast for two members. What more can you ask for?

Birthday outing.... had a pretty good experience.Only a mini bar service was not provided which was mentioned in amenities, though on a chargeable basis, which we knew but, should have been provided, apart from that we had a pleasant stay.

Place scored a low on cleanliness. My room restroom was very dirty. I found the night staff vet lethargic. Room service and food menu in the nights are limited. Room key gets locked out every night. Breakfast was good and the day staff are more friendly. They have a great pool and the hotel is completely in the outskirts. The reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the cleanliness.

A good place to have a premium treatment. Not a frequent place but can be visited for special family occasions and celebrations.

Only food is good rest of hotel is not maintained at all. There were dead lizard in gym for a long time, insects crawling in swimming pool water. When asked to clean the pool, management said it cant be cleaned and itll be like this only.

It was great experience. like resort. adventure sports are there. pool is also there but particular about costume and partial as they said few for but not for others.it was nice family hangout place away from Citi.

The place is situated outside Gurgaon and hence I reduced 1 star for the location. Though it is located right on road and some people would say that resorts are supposed to be situated away from city, I beg to differ. If you dont have your own vehicle, travelling to and from such places can be a little hassle. Other than this, everything was satisfactory. The rooms were big, food was okay, the amenities were fine as well.

I have a lot of acquaintances asking me what motivated me to pursue a career in the hotel and tourism industry. They would be better off asking me to define the purpose of life or explain astrophysics, because there is no clear and certain answer to that question. It all depends on what a person seeks from choosing to work in hotels.
