PVR has always been good but the way they are handling the covid situation, they are definitely the best chain in India. I hope, they go international soon. Contactless food, security checks and stuff. OUTSTANDING!!

Great place to watch movies with friends

Very Neat and clean ambience...A lot of food options available inside PVR Campus. Sufficient space for seating outside of theater. Lovely place

Nice PVR (it used to be DT before the acquisition), smaller than most others but still one of the most premium/classy in the city and more expensive too - ofcourse it attracts a good crowd.There are recliners in some of the auditoriums which are comfy.With respect to food during the interval- There are lot of good options to choose from.

The PVR cinema is quite good the hospitality the provide is really quite satisfying with well mannered and well cultured staff. Surely pay a visit to there and watch some of your favourite blockbusters

PVR places are usually good, but the seating at this particular theatre is not that good, maybe due to modification of an old theatre. The place has the usual food counters and there are also McDonalds and a Dominos pizza place in the same floor of the mall. The picture and the sound quality is good.

Ambience is good and so does the quality. However due to corona, there was no public..so empty seats.

Good song. Clean toilet. Wide Screen.

I went here for Abhishek Upmanyu stand up Comedy. It was one of the best time I ever had in any of the PVRs.Seats and ambience of the PVR were clean. Show was good and well organized. They had option of recliners as well in the last row.The Mega mall was small and one of the most worst ones in the areas. It had a strange smell.Prices were as usual high like every PVR. There were not many options in the menu and what ever we ordered, except popcorn, was very tasteless.

Usual movie theater. Nothing Special.The theater is on the Top Floor.Useful Tip - Dont buy snacks inside the theater as they are 5-10 times than what you can get in the food court outside the cinema which is on same floor. So enjoy the snacks either before or after the movie and not while watching the movie and save your hard earned money.

Food quality was very and rates are very high compare to McDonalds and kfc.

Not smelling good. And over all very average cinema.

Good Theatre beefed up menu staff needs to be more trained to handle the rush

A Good Multiplex to Spend Time With Your Friends And Family.This Cinema is situated inside a mall. Seats are Comfortable, Ambiance is Soothing. Food And Beverage Menu is Ordinary And Nothing New, Plus Expensive.I would suggest to eat, post your flick/movie is over at Food Court.

The staff at the checking area are sometimes rude and too hands on. The cashless policy at the cinema is highly inconvenient if one is trying to buy snacks during the short intermission. The cinema itself is however well made, with great sounds systems and impeccable video quality. There is a variety of food options to choose from. The bathrooms are clean and hygienic. Their tickets are decently priced and are easily booked online or at the hall itself. Its a safe place for families to catch the latest blockbusters and spend quality time.

Courteous staff, small popcorn for 230 almost 4$ expensive

Yes its a good place to watch movie , but yes be prepared for high cost popcorn 😂😂😂

PVR chain of course is very good. This was previously DT cinemas. At that time, the seats were better with even the front row being a comfortable view. They may have increased the rows after PVR takeover so front rows are not as comfortable as before. Food prices are extremely high with even a coke costing around Rs. 250 which is about 7-8 times the normal and even more than what good hotels and restaurants charge.That apart, the outing to a movie here is good with good screens, comfortable seats, good food choice, good music system and good people.

The service is really good. The staff is professional. The halls have been upgraded and are equipped with better sound and muc more comfortable seats. The only drawback is that the leg space between the seats have been reduced. But the best way to overcome that is to book seats in the middle row where you can rest your foot on a wooden slab. Or take a front row seat as the leg space is ample and it wont hurt your neck as the rows have been shifted a but further back from their original position which was near the screen.

Comfortable seats. They showcase latest Bollywood movies. Nice place to visit with family and friends.Food court is an additional bonus.

Indeed I must say they bill great price but they have great ambiance and organized in the very well mannered and all the food are available in the PVR.

Great place to unwind with family with great ambiance, clean & spacious seats. Cinema halls are experts with audio & visuals and the second best thing they offer is pop-corns & colas but surely not food so have it outside as there is a very good food court with lots of choice.Happy Movie Times.

Reduces human interaction while ordering however different payment modes cant be clubbed making the process slightly cumbersome and longer. Items variety at concessions are good. The items are slightly costly and the ticket price is at par with other PVRs in vicinity like MGF or ambience.

PVR is always in premium category for cine experience and now adding lot of technology for enhancing the experience for the viewer.Food is also a very good add on along with the movie experience. You can have mouth watering varieties of pop corns, nachos and beverages.Not for middle class as the prices are on the peak when a good movie release.PVR now adding less pricing cinematic experience for the users.DT cinema is also now PVRTickets can also be booked from various online portals with good discounting options.

This place is very nice. Nice interiors and full of space. Very pleasant feeling. Ticket pricing comparable but edibles a Bit expensive but so are almost in all movie theater so cant complain. Very big multiplex with series of screens available. Washrooms are big and better, nice and tidy. Must go place for movies.

It was a good placeIt had clean seats the toilets were clean the food was fresh but some of the employees were kind of rude and took time to get a single bucket of popcorn and when we asked how much it was for they answered rudely. Besides that everything else was good

On the top floor of mega mall, wooden look on reception and a food plaza in front. Ticket system is too much rich and online booking also available. Nice and geniune persons will be there. If you wanna watch movie in professionally its a great PVR

PVR has increased the rates like anything, however they services are dropping. So disappointed by the team responsible for taking order and preparing it. Today was the 4th time this happened with me at Mega Mall PVR. I placed the order during interval and received it when the movie was about to get over. Non of the employee was bothered to inform that why there is so much of delay. I had to step out of the hall as ask them that how much more time its going to take. Everyone was smiling and having their fun time. We pay so much so that we can just enjoy movie and food. This is the kind of behaviour we get. Unfortunately PVR is the only option available for me to go and watch movie. Otherwise Ill never come back. PVR knows that it doesnt matter if one customer is not happy. Entire team is full of irresistible people.

Great comfort and service. The staff are helpful and polite. The food menu however lacks imagination and is quite ordinary for its price.

It is a amazing, and all tha you need here. Like food clothing shoes accessories and all other othe. Here Im going there watching Malang Movie with my friends pvr cinema on 3rd floor and food cort also.

The PVR had really good service. The recliners were the best part of my experience. Even though the theatre was partly empty, the staff was there and well aware. I had a great experience.

Saw Spiderman 3D on screen 2. One of the few places to offer recliners and they were really worth it. Wash rooms and other common areas are well maintained. Choice at the food counter are restricted with popcorn as the favourites. Parking available in the basement for Rs. 30 flat on weekdays and Rs. 40 on weekends. There is nothing much to see in the Mega mall as such apart from female clothings.

Horrible experience.. They Cancled the 10.45 am show (Good news) 29th Dec 2019 and did not care to adjust the customers in next show..and harassed us to buy another ticket, rather than adjustment without refund..They charge double n triple for the food they sell..

The cinema halls are good but the online ticketing system is pathetic. Twice I tried to book my tickets at PVR cinemas in Gurgaon but every time the tickets get booked they cancel it on their own. Very pathetic.

Average experience. Lights not working on recliners. Staff at snacks stands busy in chatting up rather than serve customers.

Parking is a little bit of hassle but manageable. The screen is good and the sound is enjoyable. There is nothing extraordinary except its convenient if youve booked your tickets online as there is the ticket vending kiosk that lets you print ticket by scanning the QR code.

Decent - screen was a little dim for 3d, but seats were comfortable if not fancy recliners. There was in seat food and drink service during intermission which was nice, and an extensive menu. Lids for drinks fit poorly so be careful.

The movie theatre was decent. Decently priced, too. The most important thing, though, the crowd is good and the mall is not completely dead yet. The food court isnt exactly blossoming but it isnt too bad either.

I watched Loveaajkal 2 over here . Seats are very comfortable 👍

I have visit a lot of PVRs and personally none of them have ever disappointed me. The food there is great and the sound and the picture quality is also extremely good. You can choose to go to any PVR cinemas with either your family or friends.

This has a good screen but not better than the one at ambience mall ( I am not talking about gold class). Over all its similar to other PVR cinemas. Good thing its on golf course road so just takes 15 mins to reach and usually there is no traffic on weekends from sector 55.

The theater is good but the price range in the food court is very high.

The rated were very high rather exorbitant for food...the counter person is supposed to ask for mobile number from the customer. He did not and Had to be reminded for it.The prevelidge pints of current ticket and good have not yet been credited to my account. .

I fell down after lady detected my purse. ..when I walked from there, there is a stage type step. ..so please remove that. ..otherwise food and theatre was good.

Ambience is good, Quality is good, There is Cleanthiness but the halls are very small although technology there is good but you dont fully feel entertained. The name is Mega Mall and the halls are very small, Its good for those who can watch a movie on small screen. There are many options for food shopping etc in this mall. Its good for people who live nearby mega mall.

DT Mega Mall 13/07/2019, 1820 hours show of Super 30, AC constantly being switched off by the PVR staff in screen 3. Matter pointed out to the manager , who demonstrated intent to ACT but clearly knew that switching AC off is a planned activity to save costs. Pathetic and typical lack of ethics and concern for customer. Very unprofessional conduct of PVR

Ever since they have automated the food and beverage payment system, the use of redemption codes for free f&b items has got really messed up. Codes show that they have been used, whereas the code was sent for the movie tickets that you are coming for. None of their staff has any clue what is to be done. Very bad experience with both ticketing and f&b code redemption. We will think twice before going there again.

Usual PVR experience, on the top floor of a mall.. the food hmmm dont get too experimental.. nacho cheese not good.. anyway other than that good theatre I went to theatre 2, it was good.

Usherers make you wait at entrance as they are absent. Then out of the Audi they let in some senior citizens and to some they stop all with fake smiles which they dont mean. Pathetic PVR!

Bad service at the food counter, they take time to figure out Hindi, let alone English...... Can get anyone irate pretty fast

Small but nice place for quick movie plan

They give you scratched and used 3D glasses just like any other theatre. And they waste first 15 mins of your movie trying to find a fresh pair of glasses.THEY CHARGE YOU FOR NEW GLASSES THOUGH!

Screen clarity shall be increased better. Color was also not as good as other theater. Popcorn was only best there 😃

PATHETIC service. Ordered a white sauce pasta, served a red sauce. When asked to change, served the white sauce in the same red sauce plate. So they think we should get up in between our movie and just constantly ask them politely to serve us what weve paid for. Are you serious right now!? Icing to the cake, THE PRICING.

Pretty nice. I ordered the chicken burger and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate wasnt so good... They need to work on it.

Really high on price and extremely low on qualities... considering both food and theatre... extremely cold... temperature not maintained by anybody... once cold its going to be colder and colder... there should be some people only to take care about the temperature inside and food served outside ...

Absolutely pathetic experience .The manager “KUSH” is especially ill mannered and disgusting in his behaviour . I asked him to keep my lung bag in the locker and he slyly remarked “ ghar se sab kuch leke aayenge to hum nahi rakh sakte” . He said this because i was coming directly from office and carrying my lunch box with me .Another thing is whenever you ask for freah popcorn , they tru to forcibly give the old soggy ones to you . A pocket of popcorn costs 20 rs to them and they charge 380 rs from us and yet they want us to have cold popcorn.Just looting the money of honest people.Staff like “”kush” should be fired .

My kid was scratched by a bat while watching a movie! Now he is going through a rabies shot series. Most horrible experience. Go at your own risk. My friends and I are never stepping in to that theater again.

Big screen real theatre feel

Only issue with all the PVR is movie starts 25 mins late.. they just frustrate you with Ads Ads and more Ads.

Always a pleasure visiting pvr cinemas..the washroom attendant was however missing..

Three well maintained audis feature in this multiplex. The concessionaire features a huge menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The toilets are kept extremely clean. There is a free drinking water facility too.

The overall experience is good. Parking might be a problem in the mall sometimes. We took first row in prime section in Screen 1, there is a wooden railing which can be uncomfortable for anyone who is 5.10ft n taller cox u cant straighten ur legs. When there is a seat in front of you u can put ur legs under the seat to straighten it up. My partner who is 5.3ft tall loved it, as she could put it on the railing :)

Very nice place. Good cuisine. But, overpriced. Last row in the Audi is recliner seats. Well located on Golf Course Road in Megamall. Parking rates are reasonable.

Its was overall a satisfying visit. What I have not being liking that before final conclusion of film show, staff including cleaning staff enter hall n lights are put on when concluding song/dance is on. It spoils whole mood or so to say tempo of film is spoiled.

Very nice place to watch movies and they have gold class available too though it is quite an experience but quite expensive.They food menu is really nice but most of them have been outsourced like for hotdogs its not PVR anymore but it has been outsourced to the vendors.You can have a lovely time in mall too befor or after the movie, and kids play area is also available in the same mall

Lil small than other PVRs but Beautiful.

Now in renovation...i think till march 17 to april 2017..guess
