Moti Mahal Delux is basically located in dlf mega mall gurgaon and the nearest metro station to this location is Sikanderpur.Okay , now talking about meal that served to us , first of allwe ordered two mocktails Blue Lagoon and Fruit Punch and both are up to the mark totally refreshing and perfectly chilled that can definately cools you inside . Okay , after that we ordered two snacks item one is Paneer Tikka and Soya chaap tikka and guys truly speaking they are just superb , Paneer Tikka is so smooth just wow for these two of them , and in our main course we ordered Dal Makhni and Paneer Lababdaar along with butter naan , all of these dishes served are amazing but Dal Makhni is Super dooper amazing .Talking about ambience that is amazing having classy furnitiure , also they provide outdoor space for functions and parties.Staff Service is excellent and they are way polite , Overall Great Experience there.Highly recommended restaurant from my side , do visit here.

They serve good food though they dont have much space and ambience is average but food is finger licking tasty. They had slow service however it could be one odd case so i can ignore service for being the first time. Will definitely go again and will share more reviews about service. Had very bad experience with order from motimahal deluxe dlf 4 restaurant gurgaon.not only items were missing but also chef special dal makhni was salty, smelly with no dal but masala. On bringing it up with restaurant they simply said chef doesnt pay attention to small ordersVery snobby, bad attitude and bad service

Moti Mahal chain is quite famous in Delhi-NCR & without any doubt most of the branches serves real good food which is value for money.Last week, tried from this & ordered all veg due to Navratras.Veg Seekh Kebab is a must try. Super soft with great flavours & little spicy too. Shahi Paneer was good too.Cheese Naan had less filling so tasted like a plain naan. Requires bit improvement.This place is another chain which values money.

Yesterday I went to the restaurant. I ordered the express thali which I usually like to eat. But yesterday everything taste like , I am eating worst meal like PGs. Dal Makhni like simple dal, Panner had carrots, mix veg like aloo and beans, Raita i had Only 1 spoon in the Whole Meal. Parantha was uncooked, I am so surprised that this kind of food Moti Mahal Delux have.

Food is okay but the ambience is very low standard. Service is absolutely like a government run restaurant and you will find flys all around you while eating. Not gonna visit again.2 stars only for the food and zero for other factors.

I am giving a 1 star since there isnt an option to give 0 rating.The service is horrible and extremely slow. We waited for 2 hours and still we didnt get all our dishes,where normally such orders are fulfilled in 1 hr in other restaurants.The food was smelly and not at all tasty. I would never visit this again,neither will I suggest any one to have food at this place. It was highly disappointing.

Worst service ever!Everything was bad! They took 1 hour get the food. The service was pathetic, taste wasnt any great. Customers from the other table just left because of the service. I would not recommend this place at all.

The attitude of the staff was pleasant, they always had a smile on their face.Cons -1. Food quality is average. I ordered butter chicken and Mutton rara.. Butter chicken was a bit too sweet than expected and muttons gravy wasnt thick. (Visit Tundey kabab and have their mutton bhuna, it has nice thick gravy and their butter chicken is also awesome)2. It was mentioned that they have live singer in the evening but there wasnt any singer when i visited.3. For me the place was a bit too dead.4. Their menu is overpriced as compared to their quality

I ordered butter chicken , roomali roti with phirni and paid online. My payment was accepted and my order was confirmed. On the website (food panda) it showed that the chef is preparing my order. Right now it is 1.21am and the chef, according to the food panda application is still preparing my order.This amounts to deficiency in service and fraud with the consumers.When I approached the support team via chat. No one replied to my text. Also I was refused for order cancellation.I will sue Good panda and moti Mahal both for this.

I went for a home delivery from this outlet. The food is indeed very good. I ordered the Mutton Burrah for starters. It was very good, though pieces could have been a tad more succulent. Then came the main item of Mutto Rara which I had with the tandoori rotis. Rara is difficult to make and not many places get it right. These people got it absolutely spot on. After this I had the Phirnee. A tad sweeter than usual, but overall tasted well.

Good ambience and food quality is great. Good place for family get together.

Well, one of the best North Indian food restaurant chain who will never disappoint you. I wanted to try this on from so long so ordered Full Tandoori Chicken, Kadhai Paneer and Laccha Paratha.All the items were freshly prepared and served hot. I really loved their Tandoori Chicken. It was so well grilled and tasted great.Kadhai Paneer was also great with soft and chewy paneer and a bit spicy as well. Laccha paratha too was apt. Best place to have North Indian food!

Authentic Mughlai food, I’ve been regular with Moti Mahal as a kid, to Darya Ganj, then to GK M Block Market and finally this one at Mega Mall. The food was excellent, served hot with decent quantity. Will surely visit again.
