Club 5 is a hassle-free place. Comfort and hygeine assured. Staff is good with great service. Value for money stay.

So the place is clean which is a big plus given COVID. The area is spacious and the food quality too is up to the mark. Give it a whirl and definitely try their cakes, theyre pretty good. Let me know how you like the food 😊

Absolutely crazzzyyyy arrangements for the wedding. Our Event Manager Mr Prabhas and Chef Vinay were at their best. Generally weddings take a lot of toll on the families, but this wasnt the case with us as the clubs team came up to our help as and when was required and walked shoulder to shoulder with us. Instead we enjoyed ourselves. Rooms were spacious, well equipped. Food was delicious, varieties were awesome all through out. Overall a cherishable experience and I can still feel the nostalgia. I cant thank enough the dlf team for making my wedding a heroic and memorable one despite the villains like covid condition, farmer protest, and 2 crore other obstacles.

Right from the GM Ajay Singh to the support Managers Bali, Prabhas, Nitin and the chef Vinay what an outstanding team. we had planned a full day celebration with breakfast, lunch and then followed by a party at the venue in the night. all was just amazing and great fun. 1 start in terms of client privacy. How can a hotel share details of visitor to someone else. Better you change your policy or you will be sued very soon. Close eye on you guys. What will you do with good amenities and rooms if you guys do not have any basic business etiquette.

Very nicely planned. We enjoyed the Christmas party 2019. Food is very good; especially Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor. Chief manager is very cooperative. Truely made for small gathering and parties.

Club5 services touche a new low post covid. It is my 6th year as member here. The primary reason they have not picked up as a happening club despite having 500+ paying members is the indifferent attitude of senior management, which shows up in the service quality and speed of the staff all the way down.Barring few, all take it so easy - that a simple dish will take 30+ min to arrive on the table, without any remorse. And if two dishes are ordered, there will be a good 20 min gap between the two. This is when there are no more than 5 people in a 70-80 seater Indian Restaurant.I have been patient all through these years, that at least the food and ambience are good, and coz I paid for the membership for 5 years in advance. Someday they will improve, realizing they have virtually nil revenue despite the potential.But, same old wine, same old bottle. Despite frequent change of guard, the DNA of a turtle continues. Looks like the membership fees are enough to pay their bills.Yes, they are prompt in reducing the size of bowls by 30% and increasing the prices of dishes by 200% over last 3-4 years. This, by far, is the most noteworthy attempt by them at enhancing their topline and bottomline :)If you want a quite 2 hour lunch or dinner with 2 dishes, Club 5 is the best place. No one will bother you, as hardly any footfall. And service is slow anyway - so, 2 hours will pass on facebook.

+ Points : Well, luxury at its hight.Smoothest stay ever. Highly sophisticated, unbelievably comfortable and food heaven. What not, they have a little bit of everything one can think of. Staff is highly courteous and helpful. Not able to find irresponsibility, lazyness and dirt ;-)People like Parvinder at Bar and Somveer at Resturant are gem of a person and asset to the facility.Most requests were effortlessly accepted. -Points : They have one of the best swimming pool in the world of hotels but nearly half a KM away from the stay, so not justified as not easily accessible or usable to families.Pool table at bar was not functional either, Parvinder kept trying to have it working though.

We began our Wedding preps in April for two functions to be planned for November. In these 7 months, out of all the wedding preparations we had on our plates, the smoothest ones were to deal with the club. Accommodative, well behaved, courteous staff including Vijay and Prabhas managing the venue, Kashif managing the decoration along with Sohan and Vinay managing the food. Venue- Each time I would talk to Vijay/Prabhas I realised I can leave things on them and need not worry about them anymore. Every point I raised/suggested was taken care of. This belief and trust transformed to reality on the day of our functions. Decor- Kashif- the star of the show- his first job was to convince us with what he has done previously given such events happen only once in life. 3, 3 hour long discussions including how we dream our wedding and how he can turn it into reality and the result was atleast a gazillion messages from the guests even before I (the bride) reached the venue for my functions. His style is contemporary and he and his team including Raj possess a brilliant sense of aesthetics which ensures a personal, never seen before touch to the whole event which is appreciated by one and all. The number of pics we have in our Facebook and Instagram in front of all the lovely decor at the club are a testament to Impression Weddings work which exceeded expectations. Food- finger licking, delicious, well presented, well served are only a few words to describe the food here. At the end of it all, the functions were a dream come true. To add, even the payment processes are simple, accommodative and transparent. Thanks to each one I mentioned here and their teams to over deliver and make me and my parents proud of the arrangements done.

Nice option for work party for huge crowd.Had no outside seating area or pool nearby party area which might be a bit off.Night pool is missing in most of India.Decent food quality but still need to train staff who serve.Price is quite high official vendor but you can check by direct contact with the manager.DJ beginners felt but okay.Had microphone issue which is not acceptable at the price but maybe glitch just on the event.Overall not bad options among others.

Club 5 is located on club road in DLF phase 5, sector 53. It has everything u want.. Hotel, restaurant, bar, function hall, swimming pool, long tennis, squash,playground, retail store, hair cut,medical Shop,bar,etc. There are 2 clubhouse...1 for party and shops, other for sports. It has many free facility and is affordable. All festivals are celebrated here. Members are mostly found of nearby apartments. One can get club membership for a year (which anyone can use) to use all the facilities.

Good place to enjoy if you are a member. I am not a member but been there couple of times. Sufficient parking space and food is great. Easy to go place in busy surroundings.

Outside garden is nice but surrounded and overlooked by residential flats, (one downside the pool is located at the building next door). Would reccomended this Club (hotel).

Great Venue and Superb Customer service! Excellent food with extensive variety, Great decorated spacious event ballroom, and Excellent accommodation all in place.I highly recommend DLF Club5 for any special event booking. We recently chose this venue for our sons wedding events held on 17th and 18th Nov 2018. We also booked guest rooms to accommodate the out of town guests. The club management team of Mr. Puri, Mr. Tripathi and Mr. Dixit did a wonderful job and helped us in many ways. The head chef Vinay also did a fantastic job with great quality food and variety.The cocktail ring ceremony which was held the night before the wedding was a great success. The ballroom was decorated beautifully by Kashif, the food was delicious with an extensive variety and the service of the DLF Club5 team was a five-star rating. The next day we had the wedding lunch scheduled with them after the Gurudwara ceremony. Once again the whole venue was redecorated beautifully to match our afternoon theme, the food was tasty and the service as before amazing!The guest rooms were spacious,comfortable and clean. We heard good feedback from our guests staying there. The service from their restaurant team for breakfast and tea was excellent as well. The whole team from DLF Club5 are truly customer service oriented in every department.We are very happy to have chosen this location for our sons wedding as the events as planned were executed perfectly giving us the ability to host and enjoy with our family and friends.

The place is good for brunches with teammates / family / friends especially in winters as they have sitting arrangements in lawn which is very spacious. Even children will be occupied with swings.Reason of giving 2 stars is their carelessness in serving cold food. Cold food would be a turn off for any restaurant in any season, but it was a bigger turn off since we went in winters. They have a buffet system but the day I went, there was no arrangements for keeping the food warm. I didnt like the taste either.

I went for a business lunch to Club 5. The ambience is very serene and hence very easy to carry out a business conversation. The food is nice and the service is prompt. I would recommend this place particulary for business lunch/dinner as this is also conveniently located near office areas.

Its is quite beautifully surrounded by Porsch buildings and clean area. Har two conference rooms with food and toilet area in a building. Also accommodation building has few conference rooms and building has good view.

Best place to do any social or cooprate function. Vijay Tripathi takes care of everything thing there. It does have huge banquet with a capacity of 300 guest and adjoining lawn area..

Its was second time I had visited this place compared to my first trip the service had gone down as the staff was not at all courteous other than decent food, adequate space for banquet and nice auditorium.

This club was an decent club. The staff was courteous but the food wasnt. Theres another thing which was never experienced before. They tell you to vacate one hour before your time gets up. This was by far beyond imagination.

3 star definitely. Good conferencing facility, decent but average food, clean place, lots of s ace and ample parking.

Nice place for small scale functions and party. It can accommodate decent amount of people. Though it is a club house which is part of part of DLF society but you never feel that, its ambience and infrastructure is way above than others.

Just love this place everyone in the staff are super courteous and warm,the service as well as the food is also great. The Squash Courts are again great. The Place is not crowded and thats a big plus. And it has large Swimming pool however the tennis and the Gym are on paid basis. Overall its worth it.
