It was an awesome experience.Staff was very polite.We visited for a family get together of 15 people. We called reception 30min before to book & arrange table. They did in good manner. For vegetarians a suggestion do try Lemon mushroom & a heaven for non-vegetarians.Do try Amritsari Fish; Chicken black pepper.

So I have been eating here since 20 years now. Dont even know how many time I ate that butter chicken from here. But yesterday something very bad n terrible happened. No doubt the food is good, but staff and managers are horrifying and unacceptable behavior. The staff n manager were arguing with a man and his pregnant wife yesterday over the change of seats. Its really pathetic that they dont have a common sense aur humanity left. Too much money can really destroy your mind. Thats why the owners didnt even bother to show up. Feel really bad about what happened. Unhuman

Baba has always been love. The most famous restaurant for butter chicken in Ludhiana. Definitely a MUST TRY if you havent already. Ambience, service, food, quality, quantity, everything is awesome. The service is very fast and the quality of the food is good the ground floor is boys area and the floors above are for families.

They were( not are) one of the top restaurants in Ludhiana. Now a days they serve in disposal plates and glasses instead of tableware. I was shocked when they charged ₹ 30/ extra for each disposal plate. Even a street vendor dont ask you to pay extra for that. Ridiculous service. If you are planning to dine in here then carry your cutlery with you.

Baba Chicken is ‘Pride’ of Ludhiana. Their Butter Chicken is probably the best in whole North India as confirmed by TV channels like Travel XP and Ndtv Good times. I find their staff a bit arrogant and rates on the higher side. Their interior & ambience is one of the most stylish restaurants I have ever visited. Highly recommended for Chicken Lovers.

Everything was good about Baba Chicken only if it had a wheelchair friendly entrance also it would have been a five star rating from me. they do have a lift to go on the first or the second floor but to get to the lift you have to climb at least seven steps and Im sure they can build a ramp because there is enough space to do so. we had some amazing creamy butter chicken very fattening I am sure but non resistible :) we had ordered Soya Malai kebabs and Paneer Tikka for our vegetarian guest which were very yummy.... other dishes that we ordered was fried fish which was crispy and tasty ...we ordered some chicken tikka again very very yummy.... I would visit again and again for the food that they serve... the staff was very nice and friendly... you can get valley parking they do have enough parking space...

Food was good, service was pathetic. The waiter didnt even serve the food he just kept the food on the table and walked away. When it was time to pay the bill he is shamelessly asking ( May I add the tip ) Tip for what? ( I did tip him 20/- ) He didnt even switch on the lights till some natives walked in. The moment he got to know that we are not from Punjab his behaviour changed.Management has to have waiters with good customer service skills.

Poor prepration ,food is not good leg size is just like pigeon leg not hen .... When we ask the manager about this thing he told us that the chicken weight is 500 gm to 550 gm thats why the size of leg is small . This is about non veg dish when we talk about veg dishes all are cold and not up to mark.For Roti what we say it is just like we are chewing elastic not roti .Now when we finish our food we ask for bill the bisleri bottle which we purchase from market @ 20.00 rs they charge Rs 40.00 plus 5 % gst extra,the total weight of salad is not more 100 gm and the price is Rs 60.00.If any one ask me whether he has to visit BABA CHICKEN,ISHMET CHOWK.I said no.

Service is toooo late. This was my second time, and we left without having dinner. The bill I paid is Rs 30 for water bottle. That was the second chance I given to this restro.

They dont no how to talk or serve.. even though prices are soo high they wont serve enough quantity.. in the name of full chicken .. they will offer you soo small pieces ... In total it wont be equal to Even half of the chicken... Specially in case of butter chicken... Card payments are not accepted most of the time...Pathetic Service....
