This Place Is Awesome I Have Gone Many Times This Place, This Place Environment Is Very Nice. Must Go Atleast Once, After That You Will Go Again & Again

Not at all suggested, few reasons I felt which is not worth the money:1. Over priced wrt space they provide, always there will 2-3 functions going on whichever date you select for your function.2. As there are 2-3 function going on in parallel what they do, they mix match the food. In our function the same lunch food they served in dinner just added some flavour, like there was rice in lunch and same rice they fired and given in dinner. Same with Panner it was like leftover food from different parallel function.3. They have fix 3rd party vendors, they cost hell lot of money for small small things. Just for example: decorations, they just frustrated us, asked for so many things, all show off and when it comes to actual decorations it was just normal decorations, there also you need to ask for many thing again again to correct.4. Only positive I can is the area it is located in.

Worst experience of my life. Had booked the place for an event. The staff was very unprofessional, noone was to be seen once the payment was done,food service was very slow and food items were not the same as promised and agreed upon. In all never visit the place and never book this place for any event because they will just cheat you of your money and provide you with zero service.

It was my sister marriage on 15th July2021. Function was managed by Mr.Iten Arora & team. It was amazing to see, everything perfectly organized. Staff was very well behaved and on toes. Decoration was very good. Ambience of venue is very cool and enjoyable. Iten is very promising guy and trustable. He was available throughout the function. I will surely recommend this venue to all my friends and family members.

We had a wedding function here, but the staff was not good. No proper dress and even room service was very bad. Had a very bad experience. Even for 16 starters, only 1 trolley was available for the guests which had 6 sub parts. When asked repeatedly about the service, they informed that as so many marriages are taking place, so dont have enough staff and proper service arrangment. Even vegetarian dishes were not upto the mark. Gol gappa fellow and other members were nither using hand gloves or face masks. Really disappointed.

I had my marriage and cocktail at Club Florence. And to be honest, everything was flawless. The food, the decor, the service, the coordination, the humbleness, the hospitality - everything was amazing.We stayed for 2 days, for 2 events. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean and safe enough !The lunch and breakfast was tasty and was appreciated by everyone.About the events - Marriage (main lawn and hall) and Cocktail (poolside) - Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food was great. Each and every dish that we selected was good (as experienced by us and the guests). Dishes like Galouti kebab, Non veg Tawa, Pasta, Mutton bhuna, chicken biryani and many other chicken and veg dishes were highly appreciated by the guests.The bar setup was nice and the waiters were very humble.A special thanks to Bhandari ji to make this event a success. Hope to host another event at your place very soon.Another thanks to Maninder ji for managing the food and service.Also, a thanks to Ms. Reeta for amazing decoration (a bit expensive for us but worth it). She gave more than what we asked for.Overall experience - Great place to host any event. Bhandari ji is one of the best persons to do business with. They delivered more than they promised. Adding to all this, there were no issues faced regarding any extra money being charged.Thankyou

So this will be long ...!! 😁We were looking for a boutique hotel for my brothers wedding and came across this hidden gem in this absolutely amazing locality of sushant lok..Club Florence..🤩I spoke to Puneet (Director) and instantly decided that this is where our search ends..! Being the kind of freak I am for perfection , Puneet and his team(Meenaz,Iten,Mahesh, Srishti) were saviours and did all we needed❤️I am really thankful to the entire team and glad it worked out best..😁😁P.S- I am getting married in Feb 2021 in club florence as well 💕💕

Enough space for gethring but not highly maintained

I had my wedding reception here in Dec 2019. We had also booked 13 rooms too in this resort only.Hotel manager Promod was not physically present but arranging everything over call.On Reception night when everyone was busy in the banquet hall, 58000 rupees has been stolen from my parents suite although the suite was locked.When I got to know this I called Promod for this and he said I cant do anything and he asked hotel staff to check the CCTV footage without our presence and as expected we received no response from them.Also they dont even allowed us to enjoy our reception because the another resort manager was standing behind our stage and continuously asking for pending amount from my husband,they even not waited for party to get over.There service was even not up to the mark.Kindly dont book any occasion in this resort because they are highly unprofessional and there staff includes more thieves then service provider.

The room, room services and food all were great. Hotel staff was helpful in every mean. Amenties provided in the room was really nice. But there was issue with tv setup box which was replaced by the hotel staff after our complain. Overall a very good stay.

It was Okay. Room and Bathroom were not clean as there were many cobwebs and there were lots of hairs on bed-sheet so Housekeeping needs to improve a lot. No complimentary support from staff for occasions like Birthday/Anniversary as it is just a club and they ask you to pay for such things in advance.

Very well maintained, pool makes the place to stay and enjoy, rooms are clean n hygienic, banquets are too specious. Decoration from the entry area attracts, open grass area is also clean and maintained, open parking, no hassles. Enough food variety for parties. Tasty food. Must visit for parties and wedding.

Ansal has developed a great club cum activity area called Club Florence to hangout with family and friends. The club is equipped with AC rooms, restaurant, gym, swimming pool, lawn & banquet hall. The membership for the club is also nominal, however does not provide all facilities like gym within it. You need to pay extra to get various benefits. But the gym facilities are good as you expect for a high-end gym. Also the swimming pool is great having areas for a main pool, kids pool and another small pool area with jacuzi like sitting facility. The banquet hall and large lawn facility is sufficient to hold a large corporate gathering, parties or marriage. The restaurant at the club serves food and drinks incl alcohol. The food is really awesome across the variety that it serves and decently priced. But the sitting capacity is limited at the restaurant. However a non-member can also visit the restaurant. While members get a decent discounts on food and beverages. Parking facility within the premises is also limited and specially for banquet hall there is no dedicated facility though you can get space outside on the service lane which may be little inconvenient for large gathering.

I recently visited this place on my cousins marriage that was on 11th Nov, 2019. I wold like to give a detailed review:1. The service was really pathetic, highly unprofessional staff. We did informed the manager but since is also a part of staff the response was very bad. The careless attitude as if they dont care.2. Food quality was good but it was coldchapatis specially.I would never prefer visiting again

Visited this club in lieu of one of our teams outings, has the capacity to hold more than 500 people at once. Has pool, well maintained entry gate, clubhouse kind of setup as well. There are multiple gates for entry as well. Has a volleyball court, ample space to play indoor cricket.All in all good place to hang out with friends and family.

Very nice place to relax with family and friends.Excellent and spacious rooms. They need a little improvement in room maintenance as few electrical items were not operational. Snacks served were excellent. Dinner was pathetic and lacked variety and quality. Breakfast was also not good. Overall it was a decent stay.

Ambience was Good. We had done a pool side party with office colleagues. Foods was also nice. A little situated outskirts in Gurgaon and there is a lot of traffic in weekdays. For pool taxi, you need to wait atleast 15-20 mins to come at this location. Recommended for weekend parties.

Ye to pehle lelo phir baad me ladunga like dialogues too.Been yesterday for lunch representing university faculty @ gate no 3 place, we were served with the left overs after asking 4 times about the menu served.

Water keeps overflowing from the garden into the outside drains. Nobody cares about the wastage.

Horrible service and horrible managers and staff. Book this place only if you want to be cheated.We booked this venue for a family function. The service is horrible. At every step they try to cheat you. Vikram, the manager for bookings is extremely deceptive.He says one thing and does another. Please take a confirmation of quote for them the moment you finalise it. Else this guy would tell you some other rates on the day you make payments. Their diary in which he wrote our quotes suddenly vanished at the day of function. The rates for DJ and Liquor licence were changed from what were agreed in that diary.Their decorators either do a shabby job or else for ask for a lot of money. We had to pay 70000 to their decorator Jeet, who still did a shabby job. Another one of their decorators asked for 1.8k for a good decor. While this guy Vikram had initially told us that decors wld cost in the range of 40-50k for our function.Service is absolutely horrible. On floor manager Muninder is absolutely careless and was not able to manage things. He told us we have limited staff, so either we can serve food and snacks or we can cater to your other requests. At one occasion he also rudely told our guests to wait for 30mins for coffee since his guys are busy serving food right now.2 policemen barged into our party and stopped the DJ. The venue staff didnt do anything to stop them at the reception and call us there to resolve the issue. This was very embarrassing. Vikram, as usual, was also deceptive about this. At the time of booking he had told us that DJ is usually played till 12ish and there are rarely any issues.

Blaze restaurant in Club Florence, Sector 56, Gurgaon is one restaurant which has a good location but the attitude of staff is like Government servants, have deaf ears, it took us 2-3 times to politely get their intention to serve us water. No one attended us for first 15 minutes. Only after raising our voice some one came to see us as if we were so far invisible in this smallest restaurant.Steward in a tie was busy putting plates on another table few feet away but acted as if he has not heard us. Why steward has to arrange plates, are there no waiters, this reflects poorly on the management. Important to note all this is happening on a Saturday at dinner time.... by all means this is THE BUSINESS time for all restaurants across the globe, no exceptions.Didn’t want to say but all waiters stink of sweat. But wait this will not surprise you after tasting their food which is of very poor quality. Like staff...like food.Regards,Arun
