Worst service center. They will all make stories and try to ensure that you do not get free replacement/service if your products are under warranty. The staff is rude and the whole center is completely mismanaged. They will make you wait for hours. Beware of an employee called Avinash Tanwar. There are other service centers nearby in one horizon centre managed by unicorn and in golf course road, its better to visit them than waste your time here.

The centre was obeying all covid norms of social distancing and sanitization. There was a significant waiting time to get my turn and then for diagnosing the device and submitting it. Apple at this time was not providing a backup device. Overall experience was good. My device was replaced within 2 working days and got my replaced product on 3rd day.

Pathetic service at tresor systems at Gurgaon south point mall. Apple is a big brand and service engineers sitting over there are spoiling the brand image. There was a known bug with iphone7 after ios upgrade but people sitting over there were not knowledgeable enough. They gave me a bill over 14k for getting screen replaced as there was a little crack at bottom and asked to pay 30k for replacement policy. Such fraud people sitting there at tresor. Thankfully I was able to find the bug listed at apple site and went to unicorn apple store at Cyber hub and got my phone replaced for free without paying a single rupee. Really engineers like Sagar , Anaya sitting at tresor apple store were very rude , doesn’t have any technical knowledge and provide pathetic service to customers. highly disappointed with Tresor systems @southpoint mall Gurgaon.

Beware Costumers!! Hi Today, I went to the service center with my mac book pro which was not turning on, the guy who have checked my mac took it and went inside his cabin and came back after 4 to 5 minutes and told me sir your motherboard in not not working without even diagnosing the problem and cost to change the motherboard is 45000 i came back home and went to a nearby shop which is in Arcadia market name (MACOLUTION) Gurgaon to crosscheck the issue the guy took my laptop and after 15 minutes he came back with my open laptop shown me the actual problem is in my hard disk he have just properly cleaned it and put it in the slot again and when i asked for the money he just sed it is fine we dont charge for such small issues this is how you create value trust and goodwill in market not like these big centers, if i would have trusted them today have end up paying 45000 and and then they will tell you your harddisk is also not working where you are again paying 20k more.

Minimum handling charges Rs 2500 for mac, Rs 1500 for iPhone. Happy with the service.

They provide good services but need to improve time management. Every time, take longer time in repairing and replacement of even simple lightning cable. Which is not acceptable not only for me but also others are suffering. Additionally, in peak hours people have to wait too much.Suggestion: minimise waiting time as much as you can.

Worst service ever starting from the gatekeeper to the people inside. The Gatekeeper won’t let you sit on empty couches (completely empty) and They make you wait for hours while the experts (so called) roam around. The average time with one customer is more than an hour. If you come here be ready to have a lot, a lot of time in your hand.Dear apply, if you are reading this, please do something about this.

There are very poor service centers and those working there have no knowledge.Those people are not able to help in any way.There is not even a way to talk to those people.Seeing such poor service, I will not buy any Apple product.

I’ve used Apple products since 2009. And I was always apprehensive of getting my Apple products repaired from anywhere outside of an authorised Apple services centre. However, I always feared that apple’s authorised repair centres would be super expensive considering their products are expensive.. however tresor systems is a saviour. They have sorted multiple iPhones’s earpiece problem multiple times. I’ve had my MacBook’s battery changed a couple of time by them. And last but not the least I bought a beats Bluetooth headphone from the states and it’s battery went bad. These folks replaced my headphones, no questions asked. I’ve got nothing but great things to say about the folks at tresor systems.

Super happy with the services .. The staff is very polite .. Sagar helped me with the problem in my iPhone .. very professional and excellent services offered at the store.

Came in to tighten the hinges of my Macbook pro display, the technician tried telling me that my display was faulty and needed to be replaced. (My screen is working fine.) Expected a higher quality of service from Apple Premium Service Provider.

They resolved my issue in the minimal time. Need to patiently wait for them to complete there process, but it was fruitful.

I waited for 2 hours after taking a token. My turn didn’t come and so I walked out. I can’t imagine how a service company expects customers to wait 2 hours before even looking at their complaint. Horrible. Not returning here anytime soon!!

I’m an avid apple produce user individually and as entrepreneur for my employees. Recently I came across complaints in my various products and visited this service centre after seeing good online reviews. Sharing two immediate experiences at this service centre.When I personally visited, felt good about people and behaviour but quickly understood, they are simply interested in replacement and demanding wrong prices. Instead of solutions, they are misleading customers and charging exorbitantly high and just because apple users have limited choice.I visited with macbook with power blinking complaint. You asked me to change motherboard and pay Rs.43,000 minimum. Corrected elsewhere just by cleaning logic board at Rs.5000. Was no fault in motherboard.Again visited with my iPhone 8+ with cracked glass and you said the cost is Rs.26,000 and replaced in other apple authorised centre at Rs.16,000/-.Though I have still paid high but the rates now at least almost same in other apple authorised service centres as well.

Worst service ..cheats.took a perfectly fine working 6s for battery change under scheme of 2000/- but battery check comes out with no problem.got a much older phone 6 checked .same problem though battery finishes very fast.anyqay main problem.phone logo issue started after I took it to guy at counter no.1. after that it never worked.Second time I again took my nephew iPhone 7 bought from the u.s out of warranty for reset stuck issue..my luck ..same guy on counter no.1.he kept saying phone was a fake..my nephew showed him a bill from an apple brand store and told him phone had been changed twice by apple there due getting stuck issue.this gentleman took it inside for a while and was thinking of hard resetting it when he decide dont to depute my nephew studying in the u.s showing him the original bill mailed by apple brand store..now if they couldnt find the bill of briarwood second chance that would be on apple and not the customer.I tell u he refused to attend and I had to go to the shop in front of his store who hard reset it in 5minutes and its working fine now.This center is full of cheats .i own so many .apple products including iphones,3 ipads,one Apple TV.two Apple laptops and this is what I got..Worst thing is dont upgrade apple software.it Killa the prouduct and dont go to tressor post warranty.

For every issue they say “it needs cleaning and charges are 1500”.I have given 1500 many times for cleaning for Audio issue, for charging issue.. shameless people.How can such costly iPhone product have minor issues and solution for all issues is cleaning.

Big cheats. Told me that the motherboard of my Mac was faulty and demanded Rs. 40,000 for replacement. The Mac started functioning on its own in 2 days, without any repair or replacement. Will never go to their store again. Plus, they charge Rs. 2,000 for diagnosis, after which they will always tell you that the motherboard is faulty.

Called the store multiple times to confirm something. The number was set to AUTO REJECT as it got cut after 2 rings everytime. Do not know if this is what you call service, I certainly dont.Disappointing, all in all.
