I am an Army Officer by profession and sharing my worst experience with this company. They were given contract to install a lift at our house in Gurugram. We had very bad experience with them. They do not complete project on time and lack the expertise of lift installation. Most of their workers are inexperienced young boys.They do not provide any Emergency Rescue service. Their helpline number never responds in emergency. Blackmail customers to buy their expensive Annual Maintenance Contract every year otherwise they make the lift non-functional without your knowledge.As can be seen from their response to other reviews, they threaten people with police action if someone gives a bad review. Not at all recommended. Any five star reviews are likely fake.

I recently installed SENKEN Elevator and believe me its Worth. They gave me no. of options for car cabin design at affordable cost that ful filled my requirements brilliantly.

This company installed a lift at my brothers residence in ATS KOCOON, Sector 109 Gurgaon. Horrible lift. It shakes and wobbles while moving. This company does not provide any back up in case of emergency. Dont deliver on time. Very expensive.

You have done nice work on time delivery with good quality ...i want to install otis lift but due to error in construstion my cabin space decrease ....if i go for otis than there is chances of decrease in more space...but thx to senken they save my space and make lift according to my construction...

This is absolutely useless and lousy company.All Chinese put goods in the lift which gets spoiled after a year and then cheat more money in the name of repairing it.The real name of its owner is Sanju Kalla but he cheats the customers by changing the name.
