Very bad serviceYou dont get what you paid for! And they guy they send to fix your POS not aware of everything + the manager always busy and will promise to call back but he never does so! Its one of those companies who advertise as a Amercian company who care but they actually far from this! Limetray is a waste of money and since we opened our restaurant we cannot use the POS properly and they don’t care.

Our payments are pending from a long time. They are playing the things smartly by just putting on their employee Prince and founder-cofounders becoming irresponsive.Defaming your company is not the idea, kindly make my long standing payment and will change the post to payment received.

LimeTray has been our partner for 2+ years now. What we like most about the software is that it is extremely intuitive, the UX is superior to the alternatives in the market. The online order integration tool that theyve provided syncs in all the data into a single platform. That makes it easier for us to process orders and manage everything centrally. The customer success team ensures that they provide quick support in times of need. Have to give it up for their Account Management team who is always available to solve any issue you might have at the restaurant. Pathatic software and top of that disappointing support staff. Without 4-5 reminders they never respond.They sell their software by mentioned live chat support for quick resolution but whenever you raise any issue to their live support the genric response Issue is raised to concerned team and we will revert as earliest. Their as earliest will never come untill you remind them the same.Launching products without testing, which gives restaurant partner hard time at crucial operation hours specially the special days, such as weekend festivals etc..Made a mistake switching to this software and will never refer to anyone.

I have been using Limetray since 4 years product is good but support which we are getting is not proper.2. We tried to reach out Vertical head over call / whatsapp unfortunately no response.3. We tried to reach out to Co Founder of the company , he never picks up the call . He is just ignoring calls from clients who are giving business.4. These guys are very active when renewals is near by and after that no one even pick calls from clients.5. Beat Limetray is SME or large enterprise there has to be ethics in place , ignoring clients messages /calls definitely raise questions on your sustainability.Think atleast 10 times before you take services from Limetray .

I would Not suggest LimeTray at all. Buyers beware.Limetray has done a Poor job in executing the delivery of One Food Delivery project. In August, there were a number of discussions on the functional requirements and the timeframe on when the project should be completed.A SOW and an Agreement was sent over and the invoice was paid on August 22, 2020. The following were the agreed upon features and functionalities.• Website + Order Online Plugin• Mobile Apps (Android + IOS)• Loyalty Module• Back Office - Menu/Offer Manager Control plus Reporting Module• Payment Gateway - Stripe/PayPal• CRM - SMS & Email MarketingThe project was to be completed in 25 days.Now 10 Weeks later, none of the items above have been completed in full, without errors. They developed the website, but unfortunately, as the Admin of the platform, I am unable to add/change the address of the restaurant. In addition, they have yet to integrate Google Map, so there is no search feature to find a restaurant near me. When I ask when will that be resolved? I get an answer that it will take several weeks. Well, I have been asking that same question for several weeks now and it is still not resolved.With respect to the Mobile Apps. I have provided the team with all the necessary credentials that they need to publish the apps within my developers account. With respect to the Android App, they have made Zero attempts to publish the Android app. With respect to the IOS App, about two weeks ago, they submitted the app to IOS, but it was Rejected. It has been 2+ weeks now and there have been Zero attempts to correct and resubmit the app for approval.This company has a nice marketing plan and talks a good game, but they are incapable of delivering on their agreement.I have sent the team an email several days ago, expressing my disappointment and concerns and I have received Zero response.Dont make the same mistake that I made. Dont give this company your money.

Very poor pos on daily basis there are some issues.. some or the other dishes goes missing from Zomato or swiggy or sometimes pos stops working...not a good pos at all.. there are chepa pos like petpooja are available on the market.

Well, I am your customer and having invested my companys time and money on your system , I feel guilty of having given a wrong advise to my organisation to chose your application ..The basic requirement from any online ordering system is that in the event of a payment failure at the customer end , a message is displayed to the customer that his order has failed due to payment failure. The orders dont reflect in dashboard / show up as failed in Merchant dashboard whereas there is no update to customer, who in turn keeps gettng debits on his account by his bank.When no transaction failure message is displayed to customer by ordering application, the customer ends up waiting for the delivery of items ordered !The retailer merchant loses his face as he is left clueless about any such orders when customer calls up after many hours !And believe me Limetray Team claims that a requirement of a transaction failure message being displayed to customer, is a special requirement !The team is arrogant and endlessly keeps shifting goalposts and blaming the payments failures to Paytm ...but why not just simply let the customer know that his order has failed ?Fighting over this issue for last 4 months and even the CEO does not respond to our emails !Disgusting !

Strongly recommend you not to buy this at any cost.i have wasted my 75k.They dont have any authorise person to talk.This software have some real issues.There are 15 people who talk for the same problem but no-one is capable to solve the issue.I was trying to upload my inventory item,recipes.offer tab is use less.you have to hier 3 different managers to access all the functions.There user permission tab is so confusing for customer care too.its stop at any movement.you have to clear your browser memory 10 times a day and sync takes lots of time each time and lots of problems.
