I have been to this store last week. Since I have gone there to buy some kitchen items and my wife was not with me at store. Store Manager helped me tremendously in buying these items. I must say, Excellent service, fast responses, excellent quality. Her communication is exceptional. I would love to visit again in this store. Thank a Ton.

I was extremely happy to visit ellementry store at Galleria Market in Gurugram. This store has some really beautiful and useful stuff. Items kept in the stores are handcrafted but without losing the touch of perfection. It has all the stuff that you would love to use in your house. I have never seen such a pretty terracotta bottle before. Even the glass bottles were tall and the best part was that they were easily getting into the grip of my hand. Their gift collection is amazing and it comes in a curated reusable gift box. I bought a breakfast set named rustic sage breakfast set. One should must visit this store and just like me even you will also not come out without buying anything :)

Hi. So we bought your marble chakla a year ago and we were happy with it. Until the bottom wooden blocks came off due to cheap glue. We tried approaching your nearest store in Gurgaon galleria for help. But they weren’t helpful. I think it is Ellementry’s responsibility to help a disgruntled customer. And design your wooden blocks or glue to stick better. I have some pictures that I could send.

I DO NOT recommend ordering online from this place! Placed an order a month ago and havent received my package even after following up with them frequently after the date they had mentioned my item would get delivered on. Very bad customer service!

Had a terrible experience at the store with the woman there, inspite of being a regular customer. Had requested for an extra cloche for the cake stand since mine broke , but got a very curt and cold response from her. Saying we don’t customise just cloches and i wasnt asking for customising it but only was asking for a another piece which is of the Size they make and in payment.Absolutely uncalled for behaviour.

I wish the service at the Galleria store was half as great as the products. When you enter the store ypu are greeted by a blank stare and for a second ypu will feel as if you have entered the wrong shop.The staff doesnt seem to have enough knowledge of the products to guide you. The coordination between the shop and warehouse is pathetic. They are not sure what is in stock and what is not. If luckily you come to know what you need is in stock then be prepared to wait for 15-20 mins. So dont go to buy a gift on your way to a party :)

Ellementry Galleria has become my new go to place whether its for home or for gifting. The wide range available spoils one for choice and the helpful and courteous staff adds to a pleasant shopping experience!

Ellementry Gurgaon has variety of decors and kitchen items of good quality. We noticed that there was no plastic used. Rather material used is wood, glass, clay, all close to nature. It was great experience visiting the outlet. We picked up some items and we find them of good use.

Found some quite nice kitchenware. They had some nice tableware also and I would definitely look at those the next time I need to buy some.Staff was warm and friendly.

Was very familiar with the brand and liked the simplicity of the designs. So actually great to have a retail store in Gurgaon. The store is in the main ground shopping area. Eye catching decor, kitchenware, dinnerware, and furniture at very reasonable rates.
