It has a good ambience and infrastructure. However what i didnt liked was the food. Food taste was very average. Price is moderate to expensive. Staff service is very good. Ok..just felt vegetarian dishes seem not that great, top of that the price.. quantity of soup isnt upto the mark compared with the price..like if u pay more you expect good reasonable amount of food.felt its glammed up more but food is nothing different,just generic food and its names been changed another marketing tactic, eg I ordered tehri biryani..but thats just veg Biryani, when names are exotic in menu by default we think these to be exotic by taste too, restaurent is no different in terms of taste.prices are way high eg 596,696, 1300( common, ambiance is not what gonna fill stomach) eating here made dhaba and other roadside restaurent look better actually..I rather choose restaurent that provide reasonable good quantity with reasonable price..however recommended for families kids.. spacious nice and more sitting arangements.

There were bugs flying in the restraunt. They listed beer at 355 in menu but final bill per beer was 464. Quantity served in kebab platter was so small that it cant serve 2 people. Taste of food was good. They also tried to make up for the deficiency by providing some discount.

Pathetic restaurant. These guys are spoiling the image Punjab Grill has built. Please avoid this disgusting branch of Punjab Grill.We had a terrible experience. They dont even know how to create a Paneer gravy and the level of service was also quite poor. Never expected this from Punjab Grill.

Beautiful interiors, amazing good, wonderful service. Sudhanshu was very attentive and quick. Only piece of advice - keep this restaurant only for special occasions. Very rich food and higher end on prices. Definitely worth a visit.

Never thought of having an experience of a tasteless dish which they claimed their best seller, its paneer lababdar. Dont know what happened at the time they cooked it but it tastes like a dish which even I can cook better and I am not a person who cooks usually. Tariffs are sky high for dishes like this, and I switched some other place for this restaurant seeing its name, after having my starter there which also tastes very bad. Ambiance mall doesnt have a single restaurant where we can eat a tastefull meal, dont know how they cook or serve but a simple restaurant from Zomato can give you good taste.I am rating 2 star only for their service as the food is not at all for rating.Cannot imagine such taste in Gurgaon and in a restaurant names Punjab Grill.

Very bad service, staff was traing to ignore me coz the place was full. I waited for 15 minutes just to get a glass of water.A dhaba services better than them.

Food is excellent both veg and non veg. Fish in Non vega dn Palak in Veg are the best. Papdi and gol gappas are also good. Salad bar is also good but mint sauce needs improvement. Hot sweedish was really hot and cold one was truly cold. Service is good. One star less as they earlier told one drink is complimentary but later billed us saying sorry it was not and wrongly told.

Had a long craving for authentic Muglai and Punjab Cuisine and finally at peace after a meal at this place. Located on the third level of Ambiance the place has been artistically done like a high end Micheline starred restaurant.The seating is comfortable and the place serves both buffet and ala carte options. I opted for the ala carte option and the food was simply an artistic deconstruction of other wise regular food done to perfection. In starters opted for the tawa seared scallops, the scallops were seared perfectly and tasted good with the spinach roll.Followed by the tawa prawns which were juicy and the hint of lime just enhanced the flavour of the juicy jumbo prawns.The palak pattey Kein chat their signature dish again is well made.The Rann was juicy and one of the best Rann I had over a long time. Roasted Prawns and Sikandari Chomps were huge in size and again a perfect marinard with good tandoori roasting skills made them have a perfect balance of juiciness and smoky flavour. Coming to the Main Course the butter c chicken was yummy, nimbu prawns a good change and the best was the makhani quail which was my favourite, a full roasted quail in a thick tomato gravy was perfect with a garlic nan. The deserts again were yummy a must try is their aam Ras Kein churi, Anjeer Kein phirni ,litchi rabri and the Faluda kulfi. Please do try the apple cinnamon drink and pan patta drink a must try.For those craving for a good Punjabi meal the food here by chef Amit Verma and Naved will not leave you disappointed. Full marks to the serve staff specially Anil and Manager Saurav.

I would like to give average score because it’s an average Mughlai Restaurent with similar taste. Considering it’s a Jiggs Kalra’s brand I couldn’t found anything special here !1) Ambiance :- The look of the Restaurent is not fresh, it’s looks like any other Restaurent. They have all the options cramped at one restaurant like ; live kitchen, buffet counter and bar.2) Food :- Jiggs Kalra magic is missing, presentation is average. Food tastes okay. Not much to say here!3) Staff & Services :- Very serious look on there faces. Seems they forgot to smile. One of the staff was standing in my head so that he can monitor if I’m not sharing my buffet with my wife who has ordered La Carte...Overall, we were not very satisfied. It’s a okay option to pick.

Food was not tasty. Specially veg. There was buffet for approx 670 rupees. In veg starters were bad . Other side items like water balls and stuff were very hard and horrible.Main course was jst ok not good. And deserts were also jst ok. Not worth the money.If you are ready to pay this much for buffet then i will recommend pirate of grills or absolute barbecues. These places are far far better than this one and too good in taste also for everything from starters to desserts.

A superb fine dining place for business meetings as well as a family and friends get together. Their buffet is at par or even better than many good restaurants in Delhi - NCR. Try their Meetha Patta in Cocktails, Paneer Tikka in Starters, Patiala Shahi Fish in Maincourse, Kesar Pista Lassi in Drinks and Kheer in Deserts. A must visit for sure!

Perched on the 3rd floor of Ambience mall next to Asia 7 and Fresco, I have always thought of walking into this place but never visited it earlier as it was a bit too Indian food my liking. I being a light eater have been avoiding this place. Last weekend, got the opportunity to visit with a friend. The staff was welcoming and guided us to a table. We wanted to shift to another one and they were kind enough to accommodate us. (The sofa that we sat on earlier was not very comfortable so we took a table with chairs).The place has an open kitchen and a bar so everything is prepared in front of your eyes.Most people prefer buffet at this place but we went for a la carte.I ordered mushroom soup which was served at the right temperature, was yummy but lacked consistency. It was a little too watery for my liking.My friend ordered fruit punch which she loved.We then ordered a non veg platter which has four varieties of starters: Fried fish, Mutton Burra, Chicken Malai Tikka and Chicken Tandoori. The platter had two of each and he size was pretty decent. Fish was fresh (which is always a concern in areas which are not next to water bodies) and nicely spices. Mutton burra was well cooked, nicely spiced, and very tender to eat. Chicken malai tikka was soft and flavourful and chicken tandoori was nice and spicy.It was enough for the both of us so we called it a night with just the platter.While the starters were nice, they were served a little cold thus taking away the joy of having steaming starters.Feedback was given to the manager and it was well received.Will visit again to try the buffet. Would definitely want to try their Dal Makhani and Butter chicken.I would recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience with what we considered to be one of the best North Imdian restaurants in Delhi NCR. We chose to go for the buffet and thats probably what made it worse.Practically, everything on the buffet spread was over spicy. The draught beer was out of stock. The sweet fresh lime soda was anything but fresh and sweet. The saving graces were the dal and the malai chicken.Not sure if we would go back.

If you are thinking about kebabs then this is the place you must visit. Unequivocally the best place to have your appetizers - veg or non veg. I would recommend to try Bhatti da Murg and Raunaqeen Seekhan (mutton). For main course, we had Pindi Chana and Murgh Kofta with chur chur naan. Murgh kofta is something you wont see in the menu of other restaurants very often. So Murgh Kofta is a must.Quantity of every dish is sufficient to serve a family of 4. Where taste is concerned, its better to check it yourself.Ambience is just perfect for family outings or friendly get togethers.Reservation is mandatory if you are not willing to wait for your table.

Nice food and very well behaved staff.

This is for sure and execute dine in restaurant. Food is excellent here beyond doubt both vegetarian and non vegetarian. I visited with my family and had good experience. Restaurant is neat and clean. There is no washroom inside and need to go outside just next to it, so better wash your hands before you get in. Food is average price according to the place and serves good quantity.They serve pan based mouth freshener as the end which you should not miss. Also these server hot water bowl to wash ends.Only Con, I was not happy with the service. Restaurant was not full still we didnt received good service. We had to look out / call out to order or get the check. One star less for this.

Food is pretty good. I highly recommend the lamb chops and the dry lamb skewers. Must try the prawns.

We went there in a group of 10 people and ordered a buffet for everybody. The food was well cooked and savory. The menu items were comparatively small in number when compared to BBQ nation or P. O. G.The non veg items were served cold or just warm which turned out to be a sour experience.

Gone from worse to worst in last two years , third rate food quality , mostly due to profiteering and storing large frozen foods in freezers and then cooking or half cooking and serving cold , poor quality staff except Couple of girls who are working hard and are courteous , rest of the waiters are totally unqualified for a fine wine restaurant, that too at a whopping price of 5000 bucks for two people. Comeone guys who charges a glass bottle of himalaya mineral water for 390Rs , seriously !!! Thumbs down , never returning to this or any other chain of punjab grills , there are no grills anyways , even the platter was pathetic , yes achaari Santra mocktail was the only saving grace ....🙄

Had a good dining experience at the Punjab Grill, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. The service was quick. And the ambience was fine. They usually have offers going on. Beisdes this, they serve buffet both veg and non-veg. We order tandoori chicken, mutton & butter naan. Mutton could have tasted better for sure. Rest tandoori chicken was good and naans were soft too.

Punjab Grill is holding a Punjabi food festival at their Select Citywalk outlet at Saket. We recently got to taste their specially curated menu for this festival. They have appertif – starters – main course – dessert structure and you can order from the select dishes in these sections. Happy Baisakhi folks!

Worst service, raw food, high price and less quantity. The restaurant was empty when we entered and it took 45 minutes to serve us apetizer, then more time for other food. The drink ordered did not even arrive and we were finished eating. Never to return here.

Recently We were at the saket city mall and after completing our shopping we opted to have food at this restaurant located on first floor and were happy with the taste and quality plus service. Nice restaurant for good Indian food. The aroma of jasmine just caught me by surprise. The Ambience with the aroma set the mood for a great dinner. The food served was good as well. If you compare the food price with contemporary restaurants, its pricey. Overall a great experience. The steward Mr. Pandey was good at his job.

Self service?Just pathetic, had to take it all by myself. Also staff is not accustomed to hear you. If you need to order something, just have to go to service guys to ask for things. Not at all expected. After that they have guts to ask for service charges?now also when govt. has itself asked not to pay and you have self service, WHY THE HELL WE SHOULD PAY YOU SERVICE CHARGES.This place is a no go in my life

Overpriced restaurant.Its just over priced with such a basic food. Nothing special about this restaurant.The food which I ate there (Veg biryani with lemonade) costs me Rs.1200 with taxed. You can easily go to another restaurant which may serve such quality of food within Rs.500.Please do cost revision.

Great place and yummy food

We visited this place twice in Oct 2019. Both the times, the food tasted bad. Service and presentation were also very poor. The ambience looks great but too noisy because of there staff itself. Serving staff doesnt have any food serving skills. highly disappointing.

I was planning to visit this place since a really long time. finally visited it last saturday with my friends, we had a good dining experience. Ambience was good. The foos was really good. Mostly the veg curry was awesome. staff was courtages and friendly. The prices might look a bit high but the taste of food and service stands apart.

Not a place worth having buffet lunch. I visited here with my colleagues, poor service. You need to help your self for food. No one will serve. They will not care weather any dish is finished. Less options of dishes.Mutton, fish dishes was not good. No soup, no ice cream. Very less starters options.

This is an OK-Ok place.. my fellow Delhiites will understand what OK-OK means.. If youre tempted to go to this place just because your family and friends have been there, you can ignore the urge. You wont miss anything that you cant get elsewhere with better taste..

Went on team lunch. The buffet food was just average with very few varieties to choose from. There was no consistency in food taste and flavour during multiple visits to buffet counter. Sweet dish was one hope to end the entire lunch on a good note but that too was very disappointing. Ambiance was nice but thats irrelevant without good food.

I went to dinner with my parents at the Ambience Mall Gurgaon outlet. THERE WAS A COCKROACH ON OUR TABLE AND ONE ON MY FATHERS SHIRT. Sonam, the manager assured us that it was a one time thing and that they have exterminators coming in EVERY WEEK. That worried me a lot. They offered a free butter chicken for us to take home. I declined (obviously). I WOULD NOT recommend the place. Enough eateries have good Indian food and most of them dont even have roaches roaming around. I was too shocked to take photos, next time Ill try to take some.
