The experience with the RTO office is very good. The staff is very cooperative. Even after the off time they tried there best to issue my DL. The infrastructure is still developing but in the coming 2-3 month its all going to complete. But in the mean time they are working quite hard.

Great experience. Newly built RTO office at sector 57, its clean and spacious. All staff were very helpful. I got my work done successfully in one visit.But Parking fees is painful, more so without any facilities.

Waiting area and parking available but no work completed there in one visit every time they ask for some new document .overall experience is good

All good, equipped with latest infrastructure. Even after uploading all relevant documents online they demand for printed copies, which is last minute hurdle and requires multiple visits. Kindly look into the matter. Also it was noticed that mostly people spend 20 min to 30 min here depending on work, however they are charged with full day parking. Administration must look into this.

Very good and pleasant experience.No touts trying to misguide, well done up place, smooth process.Took me less than 30 minutes to do the process for my drivers license renewal.Over everything else, the officers were helpful and courteous.

These government people prove why the country is so slow. They never answer the calls or mails. They just sit and eat on the table. Worst service.

Do carry (red cross certificate) with the required documents as they have not updated the website and in the office they will ask you to give the certificate otherwise you have to back again 😔😔

This place is much better than the mini sect, much more organized. It can still be made better by opening more windows and using the electronic screens to display the token numbers.In comparison to facilities available in mini secretariat( which i believe has gone down in quality in last few years, chaos reigns), the newly open centre is a refreshing sight. Convenient to reach, it is going to be a boon for people living in adjoining areas. This centre should be publicized. Probably in sarathi parivahan site, it should be mentioned that dlf areas, new sectors along side sector 55,56 46,57 can come here

Great RTO. No crowding and easy process

This is RTI BADSHAHPUR ALSO IN PREMISES OF SDM BADSHAPUR WHICH IS TAHSIL WAZIRABBAD .

No social distancing, no clarity of workflow (the printed workflow is inaccurate, yet printed 10 times around the walls), the screens meant to display tokens are turned off, the officers behind the glass are condescending as if we are meant to be experts in documentation and process.Quick tip: go to counter 3 for token and verification first thing (workflow may say differently) before 1 pm. That token counter closes at 1 pm but processing continues on counter 1 & 2 thereafter
