Its just ok. Does what it says. Not very particular about the timing though. You need to get behind their life to get the mechanic at your scheduled time. Theyll be mindful of the date but not the time. Rates are ok considering the home services.

I had a bad experience with the Garage on call team.1. No washing included - the mechanic asked me if I had a bucket of water in my office to wash by bike. That too when I asked for it.2. Too expensive - they added an air filter which costed me INR 340 approx. On top of the regular INR 500 charge for servicing which had no inclusions.3. It was a costly affair, I could have got all these minor things aftermarket for 500max (including air filter).4. My servicing finished in just 20 min. Now you can imagine what was done.5. There is no feedback call from the team. No post service assistance.6. I Messaged them on Instagram, still no revert.Would not at all recommend the service.

I want to thanks the mechanic and the Garage On Call team for helping me during rush hour. My Suzuki Gixxer encountered some problem with the brake wire while driving on road. Had Bad experience with Garage on Call. Their Technicians came for Bike servicing, they were more interested in earning money by doing some part changes (without informing their Customer Care team or Manager). They completed the service, some part changes and left, they did not shared any bill with me. For the next 2-3 days, my Bike was running good. After that my Bikes Carburetor started leaking and Bike got overheated. As a result my Bike stopped and did not start further.Very poor service by them, would Not Recommend to others!!

I was made to wait a lot. The team is not punchual and concerned about clients time. I have to reschedule my booking as the team didnt showed up the first time I booked and in second time, I have to wait 3-4 hrs for the team with continues calling and reminder. Their services can be used if there is any issue with the vehicle as they only do a general inspection in the name of service. I liked the fact that they are generally equipped with all the tools, few spare parts. The quality of work was also good.

I got my Royal Enfield serviced from Garage On Call, mechanic named Sonu. the work done was good and the pick up drop facility really saved my time.My RE Continental GT was in a pretty bad condition, and had a lot of issues in the engine. Then i contacted Garage On Call the sent their guy in an hour to my place and picked up my bike the repair cost was kind of reasonable but i am extremely satisficed with their service and i am hoping that i will continue to get service from them to my bike in future.
