If you are going in for Sachin Dhawan here then dont. He barely meets with any of the patients. Once he has met you there will always be some other doctor to see you for further appointmenta. He didnt even seem like a doctor. More like a person who is always out for conferences. He is a giant money eater who only interested in your pocket. Not an ideal doctor. Never met him after first couple of appointments.

I thinks it’s important for me to write a review here since it was a horrible experience going to the clinic.Firstly, the time given for consultation is very minimal, and the doctor is in a hurry to leave asap without addressing all the concerns.Secondly, the waiting time is at-least of an hour.Thirdly, I’m visiting the clinic for the 3rd or the 4th time but I haven’t seen much improvement in my skin condition over time.Please try to fix all the concerns stated for better quality of work.Thank you!

I have been using Skin and Smiles for a number of years now. My daughter got her braces done by Dr.Lathika Dhawan and I must say it was a smooth sailing experience. Doc has a very very smooth hand and is really good with kids. Highly recommend her for all dental issues. Also comparing costs with other friends who had the same done for their kids, I feel they are very well priced too.I have also personally used their skin services. The staff is extremely well trained and the premises are absolutely clean and sanitized.Definitely our family go to place for all dental and skin related issues.

The conversation with the doctor was a bit dull. I like enthusiasm and energy, which was lacking.

Doctor Sachin is an excellent doctor

My review had first given the clinic one star: not sure what emboldened the front desk staff to cut my call while Im speaking. If you have no available slots free just say so. But cutting the call on customers is just bad form. I understand the doctor is much in demand, and is good, but it wouldnt take long for him to fall out of favour with his future customers if his clinics staff behave in this fashion. He may be good, but there are many others who are good, perhaps better, too. And Ill be happy to take my business elsewhere.REJOINDER and new rating:First, thanks for promptly replying and evincing interest in solving my problem. Id be happy to retract my review if youre able to fix the issue on your end with respect to future customers.I called at 12.15 pm, today. I spoke to a lady, she was unable to communicate clearly and I repeatedly asked her to repeat herself. She spoke to someone else in the room and then unceremoniously cut my call. I hope youre able to fix this. I also heard that one has to wait for long periods of time despite taking appointments. So, Ive decided against coming to the clinic because Im traveling from outside the city and have a limited period of time at hand. I understand your limitations but I have to be cognizant of mine too. I wish you luck.

I have visited the clinic both for my skin and dental ailments to Skins n Smiles and every time I have got a treatment done, I have been more than satisfied. Dr. Sachin Dhawan believes in being patient and understanding your problem, before prescribing a solution ... he will never hurry you up or jump to the next patient. Rest assured, once you are in his hands, you can totally trust you are going to be safe.Dr. Latika has done more than one dental procedures on me and she has a great team supporting her. I have never complained of a single thing after or gone back with the same issue, once she has treated it.

I have had a great experience with Dr.Sachin, he cares about his patients and will help whether we visit him or over a call. I am in Bangalore & was suffering from shingles, naturally visited a dermatologist here & was diagnosed wrongly. I called Sachin on a Sunday eve (which is his day off) & he was there to help & prescribe the correct medication... thank you so much Dr. Sachin for being there as I was really in pain and needed the right medication desperately.

Dont have any complaints about this place and Dr. Dhawan would definitely give you the right advice. The only problem was they booked my appointment and let other 2 doctor to attend me & then consult Dr. Dhawan because they couldnt really help me anymore after 2nd visit.

Went to get a consultation with two issues, for skin detanning and warts I had developed at the peripheries of my feet and hand. For detanning Dr. Dhawan suggested some invasive vitamin treatments(by injection) which I was not comfortable with so I requested some over the counter creams and he prescribed. For warts he suggested I should get them lasered off and that I should schedule an appointment coming Sunday. Thankfully I reconsidered the laser treatment and went to another doctor for consultation who suggested that the warts happen due to decreased immunity and prescribed Zinc supplements for a month. On taking the supplements the warts disappeared completely and have not returned. It seems to me that Dr. Dhawan recommended expensive treatments over cheaper and better alternatives.

Both dr Latika & dr sachin are highly qualified & professional...listen to the problems very patiently & satisfy the patient.. avoid unnecessary medication.. I’m really satisfied & would keep recommending them

Had lichen planus, he recommended & gave injections which were very heavy steriods, they stopped lichen planus for some time but later it again reappeared & medicines like allegra 180 tablets, lobate cream & injections lead to weight gains & other health problems His medicines were high in steroids for any child or adult, which temporarily solved the problem but it again reappeared. please avoid using such heavy medicines as it can lead to serious damage if used for longer treatment duration

Being born in an Army family , eating right along with health and fitness came along way. Never had any medical challenges ever.While I always had pigmentation on skin to my stay & travel in and around LA, USA.However, all of a sudden recently I woke up one fine day with acne all over on the chin area with redness turning into jet black skin colour at that particular area. Initial 1-2 days I almost got panic attack looking at my own skin. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 it became next to impossible to step out to be able to meet a dermatologist too.Friends suggested 1-2 renowned Dermatologist and frankly speaking their suggestion didn’t worked( May be they never got my concern) . Not to blame anyone though.i was almost devastated as the infection reached peak and there wasn’t any Dr who could help.Then Dr Sachin happened! Heard of him but never got an opportunity to meet him in person as the need never arised.Then happened to consult Dr Sachin over a video call in the month of March as I couldn’t meet him in person for the consultation for the obvious Covid-19 reasons. He joined the call with a broad smile on face, decency and professionalism at peak. While I myself felt like puking looking at the mirror. But he spoke to me with a genuine smile on face & with pleasing personality.He heard me patiently and asked me about my lifestyle. He could get the gist of my concern within no time. I remember I was trying to hide my tears as I was stressed out for not able to reach out for help all these days. He immediately reacted to my concern, took me into confidence by giving assurance and asked me relax and said it is just a passing phase/stage. He immediately mentioned that these are comodones & needs extraction/removal. Also suggested me some medicines for the time being. The medicines really worked. Then on my next consultation he asked me to walk in to the clinic for the consultation so that he can remove comodones. He managed to open the clinic for few clients where treatment was more important. He also made sure travelling to his clinic should not cause any concerns for the corps. While safety comes first, we managed to reach to his clinic with utmost safety.As soon as I reached clinic within 2 min my treatment started and 80% of acne gone after 7-10 days of first sitting. And with 2nd sitting almost all acne gone. Today was my 3rd session while there was less than 5% acne remained which I assume would go off soon.While I’m left with dark marks for which I took the treatment and I was asked to plan 7-8 more sessions for my existing marks and previous pigmentation which I’m 100% confident that would show results on face.The amount of gratitude I have for him is way high than imagination.It is said that 1st impression is always the best. Well while I really don’t believe but what I can guarantee is the 1st impression of positivity which Dr Sachin has can cure 80% of issue by just meeting him on the 1st time itself.and rest is assured.Well I could have written this may be after the completion of entire process of getting back to normal .But couldn’t stop extending my heart felt gratitude towards Dr Sachin for his positivity, kindness, generosity and his treatment.Thank you so much Sir. Well, the more I say the less it would be. But all I can say that you need to count your blessings for what you are doing to the people who needs to feel better within by getting treated by someone like you. Very experienced doctor, listens to all your concerns and queries patiently, prescribe medicines which are absolutely needed and avoids unnecessary medicines.We visited him for a critical illness, after a wrong diagnosis from another doctor. Dr Sachin was able to diagnose in just 1 look, and start medication immediately.Though 1 needs to wait for some time, even after having an appointment, but the wait is worth as doctor listens to all concerns and doesnt rush to see another patient.

2nd reviewAdding to my 1 month old post.My son is getting better with his care and medication. Also I started to take medication from him for my adult acne issue. I am also getting betteroverall I am very happy with Dr Dhawans work.1st review.We went to Doc Sachin Dhawan to show my childs skin condition for the 1st time today. Before meeting him, we had visited several doctors in the last 6 months but things did jot improve for my child.However Doc Dhawan he did not just gave us the correct analysis but also took time to explain the concern. Sometime parents need to know what is happening with their kids, and he was completely transparent with us. Needless to say he was also extremely patient and kind while hearing us out. Hopefully our child should get better. I will add to this update in time.If a parent instinct is correct then as a parent my instinct says he is trustworthy and is devoted to his profession. I will recommend him for all derma issues - children and adults alike.

Dr Sachin was very thorough with his knowledge. He treated my warts with utmost gentleness and professionalism . He relates to his patients on a personal level understanding their troubles . Just keeping in mind the medical ethics and his request, I removed my review and informed him wherein I suggested better services in future but this high headed dr instead of showing any gratitude or being sorry about the mismanagement at his clinic asked me not to ever come back otherwise consequences will be bad.I am for sure not going back to a doctor with such a mindset and would also suggest everyone, especially females in and around Gurugram in order to avoid any kind of harassment.

One of the most understanding and compassionate doctor . I recently moved to gurgaon and all of sudden i developed a strange rash with an unbearable itch . I was going bonkers and consulted my friends and everybody strongly suggested Dr Sachin Dhawan . I still remember I was in deep agony I consulted on his online app . Within few minutes I was advised sos medicine and was told to meet asap. I was surprised to see such prompt reply that too on a Sunday . Within a few seconds he diagnosed Pityriasis Rosea. Well what the hell was that . He was too calm to answer my 50 question and told me to relax that it is not going anywhere before 4 months . I was surprised and was in delima . But seriously now since 4 months have passed and I am absolutely fine I am totally amazed to see such accurate diagnosis of my ailment. He didnt misguide , he was very honest to tell whats ahead and to deal with it patiently . I feel totally blessed to find him . He is one of the most genuine and honest doctor.

I usually don’t write a lot of reviews but this one needs a special mention. I took my 10 and a half year old daughter to Dr.Latika Dhawan for an Orthodontic consultation around Nov’2017. Prior to this we consulted a lot of dentists but after meeting Dr.Latika I was certain that this is the place to be. A thorough professional, she took the time to explain everything in detail and briefed us about the various steps involved before the start of the treatment. My daughter had her appointments every month starting November’2017 to June’2019. She looked forward to every appointment of hers.The office is lovely and the staff is warm and friendly. We never faced any problems with the appointments and the wait time was minimal and we were always informed in advance of any delay.Today after 1.5 years she finished her brace treatment and on removing her braces I could see the joy on my daughters face with a beautiful smile :)Dr.Latika, the entire journey of my daughters braces treatment under your guidance has been wonderful and a big thank you to you and your team for all the kindness and patience shown over the time.Would highly recommend !!Regards,Sweta Reddy

If you cannot respect some one elses time do not give appointments. Individuals make effort to first take an appointment and then to ensure that they reach your clinic to honour the appointment. Making one wait and then share no information about the appointment time is even more disturbing. With all due respect I got a feeling that its more of money making system rather than looking after individuals. All the best as there are other great doctors also available in Gurgaon. Despite of pre booking the appointment had to wait. Went to get Melasma treatment,spent straight 6k in one day. Traveled from west Delhi in Ola,on tests; consultations and medicines .I have a highly sensitive and acne prone skin. He prescribed me creams that caused acne all over my face and left scars that refuse to go away. So now I have more skin problems than before. I WhatsApped the doctor to help me out but obviously he didn’t advise for free. Melasma has grown even bigger and I can’t even hide any of the scars with makeup too. Highly disappointed.

Un professionalism to the best. We took the appointment 1 week ahead. we reached at dot 7:00 PM when we were supposed to meet. We finally left at 8:00 PM without meeting the doctor. Till 8...staff wasnt clear when we will get to see. He might he a good doctor but before being a good doctor one has to be good and sensible human being.

If there were more than 5 stars I would have given it to Dr.Sachin...i had been suffering from a skin condition for almost 7 years and had visited best and most renowned dermatologist however nothing worked. Lot of people recommended Dr.Sachin including my gynaecologist. Finally I visited him early this year. His course of treatment was really advanced and new. It worked for me!! Additionally he is a great person, who listens to all your problems calmly and really puts you at ease. He treated my husband also with great care. I would highly recommend him. Rare to come across such a brilliant doctor who takes great care of every patient. He also has a brilliant and courteous team at his clinic. I have been visiting Dr Sachin and Dr Latika ever since the clinic opened about 10 years ago. With Dr. Sachin, his diagnosis is always spot on and he doesnt give out too many medicines, unless you ask for it. He is a very patient and humble person and will always greet you with a smile on his face.Dr. Latika is great at what she does and also has a great team of doctors who work for her to take care of every dental need. I have had extractions, fillings, RCTs and my wife has also recently got an implant done. All perfect and I am very happy with the results.

I have given review on practo that I waste more than 1 lakh in the treatment and I got reply that in mesodeep treatment you dont expand 1lakh. Let me tell you how it became one lakh, mesoodeep itself expensive treatment, more than 2 years visit consultation fees, oral medicines and all those expensive application cream costed 1 lakh. I did not see the difference it has spreaded more.After booking for the appointment you will have to wait another hour.

Very worst service and i have charged so muchI went to doctor for skin rashes problem by reading his review. So on the first day they told me to do some test and also give consultancy and i do and the cost is around 4500-5000 rs( Tests + consultancy fee + medicine including). For the test reports, the person on the reception told me jb meri test report aa jayegi they will inform me via mail or call but after waiting two days i dont get response from there side. I went to clinic again to check my report then on reception they told me yes aapki report aa gayi h. Then i collect my report they only give some test reports not all and even not told me ki aapki yeh saari reports ni h then jb mene reports li mene bola ki mujhe reports doctor ko dikhani h toh they said ki aaj doctor ni h lekin aapki reports hamne doctor ko share krdi h jaise kuch ayega we will call you. Again after waiting 2 days i dont get any response from there side and went clicnic again but on reception they deny ki reports khud aakar doctor ko dikhani hoti h mene bola its ok den let me meet to doctor then bolte ni aapko appoitment leni padegi after requesting they agree and give me permission to meet doctor only after patients who already waiting for meeting with doctor dhawan. After 2 hours i get to chance to meet doctor then jb mene unko reports dikhayi tb doctor ne btaya yeh reports incomplete h lekin jo aapki baki reports h yeh sb normal h nd apni PA se bola ki pta karo inki saari reports kyu ni mili h then unki PA mujhe reception pr le ayi aur reception valo ne bola ki hn we forget to give you complete report then mene bola ki let me meet again to doctor baki ki report dikhane k liye uske bad unhone jane ni diya aur bs doctor ki PA ne report dekh kr bola ki aapko aur test krane padenge they cost around (6500-7000 rs) even that day they also charged me again consultancy fee.But mene aur test ni kraye aur doctor ki btayi medicine continue ki jb tak mene medicine li tb tak rashes are in control lekin jaise hi medicine finish my rashes are more even worst.Seriously very worst service

No doubt they make u wait(sometime)...but their services are the best in the city 10/10.

These doctors are so busy not time for patients. Have wait 2 hrs. After appointment and very poor service. They guys are dont understand value of timing of patients.If you read this comment and plan to visit this place I think you have so many time & money for wasting.

After having several recommendations from my friends, I visited Dr Sachin Dhawan for my seemingly never to end distressing hair fall which was only getting worse day by day!!I was just so amazed to have such an exceptional informative consultation session .. he thoroughly discussed my history explained all the causative factors, treatment plan and dietary recommendation as well. I felt so reassured.. had an instant faith in what he said and followed his treatment religiously. Visited Dr Sachin Dhawan the 5th time with a family member and noted that all 5 times we had a waiting time of 1 hour to 1.5 hours with no particular reason.All this while Dr. is busy attending other patients who are undergoing beauty procedures as per the staff. When I raise this issue of long waiting despite appointments with the lady at the reception , an irate old man , supposedly Drs father bombards me with his arrogance . He claims he has been to Canada and many countries and had to wait for long hours to see a Doctor.Before I could comprehend who this arrogant gentleman was , he added that its his sons clinic and if I cannot wait , I can leave .Phew ! So much to educated families and medical professionals . If money could buy humility and chivalry Senior Dhawan!! I am not visiting your clinic again . There are many doctors who hold on to their ethics and professionalism . Yes respecting patients time is definitely one of them. You need to visit some more countries to get such values right. Please remember that your patients are professionals too and do not come to your clinic to get bullied by your family member. Patients beware !

Worst management as whenever i go to their clinic the front desk lady tells me that i have no appointment with them even after getting a reminder call from them a day before.It has happened with me twice.
