The service seems to be outsourced now which is killing the brand. The new service team is unskilled and works like a roadside shop. To my shock on one of the products I gave for low volume (sound sport), the service team dig a hole in the ear set to increase volume!! Despite email follow up, the team is insensitive to the customer woes.

Writing a review in advance !! expecting to be surprised by some good service looking at the reviews.... but doubtful !!Will update once i visit today !!

Pathetic service, even after physically submitting my Bose speaker 500 for service more than 15 days back, no update, no one picks up the service centre number, customer care has no clue, the operations manager never picks his calls or reverts to messages. Seems like China these MNC with no fear should be boycotted.

Nice infrastructure and working environment

Bose sells premium systems at extremely premium prices. The service cost is exorbitantly high, like just a visit charge is Rs.1800/- in case you have some basic repairs it immediately goes to 20000 in case of lifestyle system. Our system is about 10 year old & Bose has not only stopped supplying its spares, but also denies any service support. They are not even ready to visit. This means, after spending Rs.2.5 3.5 Lac on a music system, after few years, you have no option but throw it away, as Bose will not even send an engineer to look at it. (Attached here is a snapshot of the mail I got after 5 days of complain) Beware of such a company. There are many other premium companies whose system last longer & they also keep supporting forever. Bose NEVER tells you such things while selling - they only keep projecting the magic of small speakers & people keep getting attracted to.

Bose office. If you want to install speaker in your office you can visit here they have lot of choices of speakers and music system setup. An realy good staff.

I bought bose soundlink mini few years back . i never got the battery back up that these guys claim . the speaker runs for max of 1 hour after full charge . some of their products are not worth the amount you spend . plz dont buy .
