They are a bunch of looters and liars. They will not give the possession of flat even after you pay all the demanded money on time and will breach their own commitment. The worst company to deal with. Save time, save money and have some peace by not investing with them.

Management is not concerned about customer. They want focus only get money from customer and make the excuses to more & more delay in flat possession. I didnt took my flat possession last two years after completed construction period (4years). Do not know yet, when I get possession of my booked flat. Last two years, builder is working on site, but work speed is too slow. After watching the work speed, work will not complete next 3 or 4 years.After some of flat owner meeting with MD, they are not give any possession target date and open end. Now showing also, flat owners can do,what they want.I am paying both installment flat loan EMI and house rent.Hope, you can understand my condition and think about go with Pareena and do not want to waste your hard work money.

They are cheat developer. All promotors of this company should be booked for fraud and cheating and sent behind the bar.

This was my first property I bought and pareena made it sure to make this experience a horrible one. They not only delayed the possession by 2 years but also asked for additional cost of 2 lakh including the charges they never mentioned before. Leave alone the quality of construction they have produced , they are the most irresponsible builder I hve come across. Please refrain from getting stuck with them and lost all your savings in the process.

Builder has no value for his words. No transparency... about the status of the project. No clear schedule and roadmap of completion. Project already delayed and builder shows no concern for the completion. Buyers are trapped.

This is the worst project in affordable housing in Gurgaon. The builder has no time line for completion and is not even bothered to complete it. No response from builder even on visiting his office and Rera is not taking any action. All the buyers are trapped and there is no hope of it being completed in next 3 years atleast.

Please dont go with Pareena project. Builder taken all payment for Laxmi apartment from us but project not handover till now and builder giving excuse to customer. Worst experience with this builder dont buy this builder project.

Builder focus on only collection money from there customer, 0% focus on construction only waiting for govt do the the stop the constructions due to pollution and covid so get the legal excuse. I m waiting for six years for possession but still not get but all full payments already paid in 2018 so not recommended from my side.Further, 5 star rating given by his employees and paid person only no one will recommend for deal with this builders

It has been an aweful experience investing in one of their project. For the last one year they are saying position will be given soon and NOC will be obtained within a week or two. it has been a year now since we are hearing the same thing again and again. their other projects are also delete and delayed by quite some time so beware...

It’s been 6 years and still no possession very pathetic builder

Worst builder, never keep the promises & deny whatever they commit on papers. One has to take legal action to get the possession from them & has to pay hell lot of money for the possession. No transparency in communication, always lied to the buyers. I will never recommend this builder, horrible experience.

Situated in Sohna road which is far for Delhi recident. Although, employees are very kind and helpful.

I suggest not to deal any property with pareena.He had a unit in its affordable project pareena Laxmi Sec99A and now I want cancel this as per HUDA and RERA he can do cancel.But builder making loose comments and not ready to cancel.builder bolta he ki hum to cancel nahi karenge aapko Jo karna he karlo....While other affordable housing builders doing it.

Pareena Infrastructure is one of the reputed Real Estate Development Companies in Gurgaon.Known for some of landmark project in Residential Developments.

Office of Pareena Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is located on main Gurgaon-Sohna Road. Approximately 2 Kms from Subhash Chwok. The people represting Pareena are very rude and doesnt have least antiquates for the customers. I have a friend who booked a Flat with them in Laxmi Apartments, Sector-99A, Gurgaon. This project falls under Affordable Housing scheme and now when my friends wants to surrender the flat because of quality issues of the society and his own personal reasons they are not accepting his request. Legally as per RERA guideline and TCP guidelines he can surrender his unit/flat any time before possession. But builder says he dishonour any such guidelines and will not accept any cancellations. Its a shame that we trust on such frauds and invest our hard earned money on their projects. Please beaware of this builder coz sooner or later they are gonna bankrupt and will not give possessions to any of his projects. In Laxmi Apartment out 1000 units approx. 500 are still vacant and not one wants to buy their flat coz of poor construction quality etc. So people please beaware not to buy any of Pareenas unit.Updated recently 08-Jul-2019Giving this builder minimum possible rating here.. Or even worse statement shall be made. In todays scenario, most of the builders are playing unethical games. However, soon after RERA emerged as the governing authority, most of them now know what can go against them. I have my very good friend who unfortunately booked in Affordable segment of Pareeena Infrastruture, Project is Pareena Laxmi Apartment, Sector-99A, Gurugram. The project is located at the secluded place and loose all the amenities. My friend wanted money because of his some personal reasons which he cannot avoid. As per Affordable policy, the consumer can surrender his allotted unit anytime before the Possession given by the builder. Some builders also accept the surrendering requests before they receive OC. Now when my friend requested this builder to give the money back, they were very unprofessional. They stopped picking up calls and even used abusive language when we reached to their office. To this my friend had to take help from HRERA. He won the case and Honble Judge passed the statement that Pareena shall pay back the money within 30 days deducting RS. 25000 as per Affordable policy. The builder is so shameless and adamant that he has yet not returned the money. After several calls, follow ups and emails, he is again going to HRERA for the enforcement of the order. This builder is buying new lands and new property to launch more projects but to be honest he doesnt have money to repay the cancellations. I have heard that pareena Laxmi has got more than 80% of cancellations due to poor construction cost and Builders image. I would suggest who so ever reads this post shall stay away from the builder. Total FRAUD they are!Search google you will see many cases which are being harassed by this builder. All paid reviewers and staff people have given 5 star rating..
