Excellent Society with all latest amenities. Only drawback at the moment is reaching here. The main flyover is under construction and shall be completed by early 2019. Excellent landscaping and very safe.

The society itself is very nice, green and almost fully occupied. However, its located in a village. Really bad roads. Negative points for location but if you could look past that, its okay.

Mahindra Aura Lifespaces is a huge complex in New Palam Vihar, Chandan Nagar, Gurugram.The complex is well laid out with a huge lawn where I saw a group of people performing Yoga in the morning and some others waking, jogging, playing badminton and such other sports.The cross ventilation of the flats is good. Every flat has balcony area. I have been informed by my host that in few months, once the flyover is ready, commuting till the airport will take just 20 mins.I stayed on the 18th floor, where my Airbnb host lives. It was an amazing experience.

The flats are big sapacious. The society is very big comprises of club facilities with swimming pool, basket ball court, tennis court, circket pitch, swimming pool, gym facilities along with visitor parking. They have in -built modular kitchen along with cupboard wood finish and they have mostly 3bhk or 4 bhk in all unfurnished , semi furnished and fully furnished flats. They have departmental store wihin the society. The maximum floors they have is 18th fllor. There is a problem for commute. The society lies behind a railway crossing in sector 23 area of Gurgaon, which causes delay upto 10-45 mins to office travelling personnel at office time.

I leaving besides this society and its very famous nearby. You will fine everything inside and its very much secure .I had visited many times this as my friend live in this same society.If you are looking anything near by 109 sector or at Dwarka expressway you will be happy to visit this society. Thanks .

On an average place , affordable place security is perfect after 10o clock only president allow in tower

Apartment is very nice however you will hardly get auto from outside also ola uber drivera refuse to come this side and if they come its a long long wait..Maintenance people should keep a society bus for people who dont hav their own transport and can easily go from one place to another by paying a descent fare..if you stay on rent here its a big big problem to commute from one place to another. Even the outside area is not that great. Need to do something about transport.

Excellent security.. CCTV cameras everywhere. Very nice club house - Air conditioned- tennis court, gym, swimming pool, indoor games. Lot of area for kids to play .. outdoor park , Lawn and bushes well maintained.

Its a great society, with great facilities. The flats are spacious and the club house is maintained well. The security is nice.The only drawback what I felt was the location. Its a little far from the main City area. And Uber eats doesnt serve here.

Barring the difficulty in reaching the apartments from DLF Cyber Hub/highway, found everything about this place great.Well maintained premises with all expected amenities. Clean driveways, hangout parks, good maintenance and good build quality are all plus points. Hoping the access is improved in near future to make this place even more attractive.

The roads reaching to the society is currently in very shabby state. The cab drivers mostly does not accept the duties for this place and most of the time they refuse to come there.

Its the best society i have found in Gurgaon, including the much hyped and over priced societies in Sohna road, Golf course, etc. This is in terms of Greenery, playing area for kids, several courts, awesome club with swimming pool, gym, badminton, tt, snooker, carrom, library room. Society residents are very enthusiast to celebrate every small festival with much enthusiasm and inclusiveness. Many camps like aadhar, voterid, polio drops, bank accounts, etc are organised every now and then.The accessibility is though very bad due to railway crossings to access Gurgaon other areas but a flyover is under work which may compete by Dec2019 end. Once flyover is done, its definitely 5*.

Visited last week, looks awesome from distant land. Very close to dwarka express way. Adjacent to puri diplomatic greens and lotus homz. Lotus homz is very affordable huda project by lotus real estate. Location is village,but all facilities are provided inside society, so no worries.

Very nice residential complex. Given the bad state of roads,drains and infrastructure - Mahindra Aura is an oasis.

Nice Society with decent habitation.Flats are beautifully designed with ample space. Within the campus you can find Kids play area, walking track, beautiful green patch. Location is not so premium as it is located on the other side of Bajghera railway crossing. If you are coming from Palam Vihar side , be prepared to see a serpentine queue before the railway crossing.Width of the road at the crossing is not that wide which makes the commute time Because of all these reasons , rental of this society is below when compared with societies of palam vihar.

Access from rest of the city is a bit concerned but flats are good to live. Well maintained yet some are in progress.

The Maintenance team is very arrogant and careless. Stay is comfortable, if you are on your own kinds. Please be aware of this Broker Sanjay Agarwal alias Rakesh Goyal who operates and resides in the society premises. Absolutely obnoxious and a con man. Try and deal with owners directly or another broker but not this fraud.

A good place to live due to the infrastructure build up of the society but before making a decision to live please also be aware of following :1. Aura do not have its own water connection. The water are brought in tanks from outside and provided to flat. This causes an extra water bill burden and the recent being water charges going up to Rs 2500/ month for some people because water bill is not calculated on consumption but on the sqft of rented house.2. Electricity issue is always there and most of the time the power is on DG. The DG running cost is high and so will be your monthly electricity bill. For a person of two people like me the winter bill was coming around Rs 3000/month. It has even shooted up to Rs 15000 in a month due to high running of DG owing to multiple power failure because of various reasons. Please note I am not a kind of person who waste electricity unwillingly.3. The common area bill will be a part of electricity consumption by you(although you are not consuming it) and it is again on flat rate calcuted on sqft area. This can go up to Rs 1000/month. And please note these charges are not part of maintenance.4.There will be constant roadblocks due to the Choma Fatak which will ensure min extra 10-15 min of daily difficulty to move out of the area.5. There is security concern as proper street light are not operational also once you move towards Dwarka Expressway it is totally desolated with incidence of criminal activities reported.P.S.: I am resident of Aura and have written all above based on the experience I have received in my stay here.

Flats in rent are beyond common man pocket. There is no public transport or a rikshaw on sharing basis available at end around baghera chowk. Auto rikshaw charges abnorna. Cabs of ola and uber does not have adua of routes and they prefer longer routes burdening users.Suggests Gurgaon development authority to encourage plying of a rijshaws on sharing basis and 12 seater small buses on rajendra chowk daukatpura bridge Choma rly crossing nasal plaza bus stand and railway station and other nearby places for the convenience of public.

Not a good place to stay.. electricity problem. They will cut the electricity for 12 to 15 hours in a day every week n your DG bill be huge..
