Fraudulent Sale of Hob by M.S. Bath and KitchenI had placed an Order for Faber Hob model No. HTG905CRSBRCI for INR 23500.00. They gave me bill No. 1497 dated 17th April 2019 for the same model . However instead of Billed model, they fraudulently supplied model No. HTG905CRSBR (last two letters viz CI is missing in the model as supplied by you). Further, the supplied model is manufactured in July 2018 ie about 10 month old. The product dimensions as printed outside the unpacked box supplied by them are 900x510x50 mm as against 900x520x50 mm for billed model No. HTG905CRSBRCI (as per the Faber catalogue) . On 18.04.2019, I noticed that model as supplied is different from the model as billed by them. Therefore I did not open/unpack the box and left it as supplied to me. Immediately I bought the fraudulent sale to their notice and requested them to either replace the model to as billed by you or refund the entire amount. They have refused to take any action.

The experience at the shop was good for bathroom fittingsgenuine ratesshould be explored.perosnal expreince : Before taking stock, please do check minor details like bolts and screw set along with fittings etc.The number mentioned here is wrong.
