Orris Infrastructure has a very futuristic view. They are adopting innovative methods to show care towards promoting a greener and cleaner environment not just in residential but also into its commercial properties. Orris Infrastructure has presented through its property that bigger space is also a luxury, indoors as well as outdoors.

My elderly mother invested what little money she had saved in the Orris Infrastructure Floreal Towers assured return project. Last December the assured return check bounced and after that the company stopped making any payments. Whenever she tries to call them, they keep putting her off saying they dont have the money right now. This company is ripping off innocent people of their hard earned money and I want to put out this word of warning to anyone considering investing in their projects.

We invested in the Orris Floreal Tower project in 2007. The assured returns cheques bounced for December 2016 and the builder has not paid the investors since then. They are not communicating anything in writing. For the past 3 years, all we are hearing is that the Occupation Certificate will be received soon. The management refuses to meet the customers and their employees are being paid just to offer a lip service. Its 10 years and no hope that either well get our money or property or these people will be put behind the bars for good.

Worst Company to Work - The HR is unprofessional, they are like CHINDI, they bargain for salary hike like they are buying vegetables. They will keep you in loop for like 2-3 months just for no reasons. Better to stay from these fraud companies.

Orris is not a reliable n trustworthy builder. He has already cheated 1800 Greenopolis buyers. Flats are not ready even after 7 years, instead of three years. In most cases 85-90% payment has been collected; construction is stopped.Orris had not even deposited EDC to Haryana Govt. A very thick skinned builder.

Dingy, ill mannered staff. Almost bankrupt company now. Better cancel booking and take refunds.

Unlike other real estate developers, Orris Infrastructure is actually a customer-oriented company. It is one of the few companies which focus on execution and delivery of projects. Other just keep on launching new projects and forget the already launched ones.

Cheater. They should be punished for using our hard earned money. I will never forgive the owner who took our money and used for some other project. Shame on you . When i called and asked to return, the shameless guys sitting the office said wait for the court orders and if they will say to return we will see and it might take another 2 yearsThey are using our money to live in a bunglow, using luxury cars , their childrens are styudying in oversee colleges...and when we call and ask to return they simply say that there is no money..wait for court orders. See how shamelessly using our money for their luxury. But I always believe and have faith that one has to pay for his bad deed in this life only.

Dont ever invest in their property! Its a scam! They will keep asking for more money, projects will be insanely delayed and they would not compensate you for the delay. My investment has been over 2 years delayed and to give possession, they keep asking for more money which is not there in the agreement. I am taking them to the consumer court. I would rate them negative for customer service! Please stay away from them.

I booked 1BHK flat in Orris greenbay golfhomes project in sector 22 D , yamuna expressway in year 2013. They took almost 40% amount of total flat value and they have not started this project yet when I asked to returned the money back to me along with interest as there is no progress on this project from last almost 5 years. They denied to pay the money back. This worst builder in Delhi/NCR. Please dont book any flat in any property of orris builder.I am going to register case in court to get my money back.Thanks,Amit pachauri
