Worst Staff ever seen in my life while interview.Sharing my interview experience with Apco Infra Gurgaon Corporate Office for EA profile. As per my experience, this company seems to be Receptionist oriented as she was the only one who was supposed to select the candidate.I was harassed by the office front desk lady (Dont know her name) regarding my educational qualification, my clothes and my family.Just after entering the office her comment to the company guard was like - How untidy she isEven at that time I was calm & didnt respond her. After that she gave me a form to fill all the details such as my in-laws name, their educational qualification, their business, annually profit blah blah...I was not supposed to tell these all things & marked NA in the form.For this, she commented for my parents - Havent your parents asked these questions before your marriage from your in-lawsOn the same time, I escalated this to the HR - Mr. Surpreet Singh, but he was protecting her.After this I left that place & even at that time that so called Receptionist was commenting - Pata nahi kaha kaha se uth k aa jate haiI again escalated this to the HR - Mr. Surpreet Singh for the same on email for which his response was like - That reception lady is denying this all & saying that nothing has happened.
