This is my first experience with the company, but I have heard a lot about them. With their good reputation in other retail projects, I decided to book a shop in the upcoming AIPL Joy Square in Gurgaon. Being a major investment for me, I have been keeping up with the construction updates and have also visited the site on numerous occasions. The construction seems to going at a good pace, and it seems that my shop will be delivered to me on time, which is a great thing.

I had shifted to Gurgaon a while back from Amritsar, so AIPL wasn’t a new name for me. I wanted to set up my business, so was on the lookout for good properties in Gurgaon. When I heard about Joy Street and Joy Square being developed by AIPL I instantly booked my own retail shop. My experience has been great, the executives in charge at AIPL are always willing to talk and help you stay informed about the construction pace and updates.

4 side open market by a reputed developer AIPL. Land belongs to Anantraj. Location of this market is a major dampnerer. Way too outside the city without seamless connectivity. Road is there but no residential complex in walking distance. Paras Trinity & Adani Miracle will catch the customers before they will reach AIPL Joy Square. AIPL Joystreet and Central are much better options.
