Booked flat @ Expressway Towers sec 109. Possession is to be handed over in Nov 21 for tower having 27 floors. Structure completed till 18th floor. 100% Payment taken by builder. Possession nowhere in sight. Paying EMI and rent double whammy. Had to go through by pass surgery in July 20 due to stress.Now at mercy of builder and all i can do is hope and pray

Highly unprofessional guys. I believe they are in some deep trouble and will eventually run off taking the hard earned money of investors or declare themselves as bankrupt.They dont have any intention to complete any project. All their existing sites have no manpower or even raw materials from more than a year now.I think its high time and buyers from across all the projects should file suit against builder for failures to meet its commitments.

Not a trusted Builder. Wrong committment. Wrong promise. Try to.get away from them. Very very dangerous thing to get trapped to them. Save yourself. OSB Sector 109 Expressway Tower remained a incomplete work by OSB Expressway Tower authority. Do not invest your money here as performance of OSB Builder is very very poor.

Construction work on hold from last 18 months, as project to be completed in nov 2021,but until now only 40% is done.Not sure they are going to complete or not .

The kind of progress they are making on their Sector 69 Golf Heights project is really me worried. Even after completion of a year from the date of allotment, nothing has been at site. I have visited 3 times with a gap of 3-4 months including the most recent visit of yesterday 14.03.2020, but to my surprise, nothing is there. No board, no contractor, no materials, no worker, nothing.While OSB is way too punctual in raising its demand for the money and approximately half of the price of the project they already have recovered (including the illegal premium of 2 lacs for providing application) but not able to commence the work.If anyone is applied and wants to connect with me, please send an email to [email protected]. I am in a process of highlighting the situation in front of the authorities. I am pretty much sure that at this pace, they are either going to vanish with our hard earned money or will be not getting the flats in 10 years.A few huts and insignificant building materials (except iron) are left idle at the side for the namesake. fencing work all around the site is already deteriorating, not a single signage of OSB, Golf Heights or the name of the contractor or Architect was found anywhere. However, they have raised there demand again and asking to pay the 6 monthly installment. This must be going to be a scam for the buyers. I am not having a positive vibe about it.Please unite and raise your voice before the HRERA Authorities, STP and CMO against this builder.

The employees of the OSB are very smart and cunning, they will give fake promise and commitment. They want to get money for each and everything. Sector 69 Gurgaon project under litigation and they are not providing any kind assurance and status about the project.

Fraud builder, none of projects in Gurgaon is completed.
