The person Santosh Mahato and the owner Gulshan Arora are both no less than thieves. I told them to install Windows 10 and they installed Windows 7 without even asking and charged the fee for the same. Had enquired about an Intel fan and the person Kuldeep told Rs 500 for an Intel CPU fan. And they installed a local fan and charged the fee for branded one. And when you ask them the breakup for charges, they start hurling at you and get in tu tadaka especially Santosh Mahato.Worst shop ever. Had to buy a PC. Thank god didnt buy it from them.

Not at all committed. Got my hard disk replaced and told them specifically to transfer the data from old drive to new one. But not done. Got it done from outside as drive was bitlocked and they were not able to resolve the problem. Payment was charged for entire work.Laptop was handed over yesterday and not today and it was told to collect the replaced hard disk on today 11/7/21. I guess I should have taken the review rating seriously which is less than 4.
