I have visited with my laptop on 10the July,2021. The problem was Plug In and no Charging and the laptop switched off, but they received with No-Power clause. Any how the Great engineer opened and check and confirm that the mother board failure and they returned me the laptop. But while I returned to my Office the power is on and the Real Time processer error. I have checked with IT person and found that the Battery has been removed by them and the speaker is not working.

Vist with my laptop, it gone very slow in working, just updating the window it working fine .
