No one responds on toll free number. How to contact in these corona days. No one attends to grievances properly, and these are closed without detailing the reasons for not attending. Worst experience of its type. I have given one star because otherwise one can not post reviews; they do not deserve any star.

As usual a govt machinery which is very lethargic. Garbage collection system is pathetic. Drivers sometimes collect garbage collection charges without paying bill and sometimes people make frequent visit to the house to collect the amount. Prices fluctuate from 24 to 30 and bill would be collected for 2 months backlog at time without the invoice. Dont argue with them that is another thing. Also, garbage collection van wont come and would come every 3-4 days time. But money collection is very prompt would be instantly collecting the money. Upon raising the complaint for collection of garbage my complaint was disposed off and no action taken. They are the lifelines of this city. Not to mention they arrogant bunch of people and dont care. Literally it is far better to dispose off the garbage in their office premises directly, then only they will understand the plight of the middle class family.

Repeats every after 01 minute that your call is important to us and will transfered to the agent when ever he is free, I trying to contact for some query since 03 days, I kept holding the phon for 45 minutes many time during last three days but couldnt contact. Birth certificate is not made here. You have to visit Sector 39 CMO office for registration and for name addition visit at 9am in front of civil hospital near bus stand.

Very poor. I and my whole village member, want from the government of India. Please replace all the members and workers of mcd. They dont take our problem seriously.My village water become poison. The Time is one month of the complain, but no solution occurred. If any one of the villagers have face any type of water related problem. It only about by the MCD TEAM.......

Comlained was lodged on 3/8/2020 to replace the sewer manhole cover at plot no 242sector27 ggm which was damaged during the cleaning drive of vacant plots in sector27 gurugram Any mishap can happenNo response till date.

I did a payment on line to MCG Gurugram for house Tax .Since I did not receive any confirmation on my registered mobile about the payment I called their Toll free number for help.Instead of helping me the recorded message went on for 20 min & noone came on the line.They have horrible & inefficient website & wrong numbers given on the their web site.

Completely clueless duffers. Sent me to MCG office for name addition on birth certificate saying I can go there anytime between 9 to 4pm. After travelling 1hr to the office I reach at 10am. The birth department in room 6 tells me to come at 9am for token, plus this service is available online as well. So much hassle because someone is not doing his her job! Shame on you!

Municipal corporation must hire some more persons to collect all type of garbage so that colonies become more clean.. . I dont know why I am to remind them again and again to collect garbage... An initiative of door to door garbage collection appears to have attained natural death like it happens in most government activities.The self made contractor(?) who has been collecting garbage in lieu of money(he decides the rate) rules such activity and probably shares part of his collection with those who has been given responsibility of garbage collection department / drivers of eco green vehicle for benefit of both.As there is no accountability in Government department but the power to harass common people, coupled with job security, all initiatives are primarily an eye wash for common people and opportunity to employ few undeserved.Look around in this Millennium city and one shall witness apathy all around from almost all government department.A rating of one star is more than it deserves as the toll free number is also defunct.

Worst Government department I have gone to. To death certificate, you have to go to their offices 3 times. The offices are a big chaos. The officials there make you stand and wait for hours. Can you believe they take one month to give death certificate?

Having very worst experience with the people who sits over there (only sit do not work). Helpline Number is not useful as they always says we cant help you so why the hell its called helpline number... Mr.CM is opening the window for solution rather than doing this if he will take care of the govt. Office which will resolve the problems would be more helpful... As a suggestion I would request the govt to have a monitor on the people who works there specially on the persons who will sits in room no. 12 as they are bunch of crooks who dont work and sits in others rooms.

I have complaint about correction in property tax as name is missing.the complaint register in office jan 2018 and till today there is no correction and govt asked for property tax...they wont give you services but need tax on time

The call center doesnt take calls for long and then just disconnected 2 seconds after taking it. Unprofessional completely. Now I will have to travel for an hour to get my query answered, hopefully it does get answered when I go there.

The number of stray dogs in front of house number 805, sector 45 gurgaon is increasing .this is causing a lot of inconvenience. immediate action must be taken about the same.also the streets are not cleaned regularly. the roads are littered very much.

Even the call center guys misguide people when you call them...there was no problem in my application, he was asking me to go to MCGs office to submit the documents. Then what is the purpose of submitting and uploading the documents online. No proper training and professionalism. There is a long way to go for government offices in India. In this tech era, the website of MCG is pretty bad.

One of the worst municipal corporation I have ever seen, its been 20 days since I have raised a request for street cleaning but nothing happened, these people are so lazy, rude and unsympathetic. The government should immediately fire most of the staff and hire new educated and polite officers. And also de-fund the whole MCG all together for some time. Its a complete waste of taxpayers money. Whole Gurugram has become a filthy and unclean mess from all directions. Very very disappointed.

Pathetic service. I am trying the call the number listed on the website since the last one week. There is no answer. It seems they have connected some answering machine and left. The is a pile of rubbish in front of Euro international school in sector 10, Gurgaon. It has been made into a rubbish dump. Now some fools are also putting that rubbish on fire and putting everyone health at risk! Small children is going to a school just meters away from it ! Still no action from authorities. Even parents of euro international are not complaining ! It is a disgusting sight! And the MCD people can’t even pick up the phone! Totally pathetic MCD service !

This is the padestrian entry to the office;avoids interviving the maze of traffic also saves the hassle of locating parking space. Simply get dropped by a taxi on main sector road to walk few green steps & contribute for your part to the environment.

The body is very lethargic with zero professionalism. They will register your complain but will take literally no action. The employees are full of attitude with zero knowledge on how to deal any complaint whatsoever.

I went to enquire about my marriage registration. From the reception to the staff they guided me to Mr. Vinod. The even printed the forms for me. Mr. Vinod explained every step of the process in detail. And he was polite. I appreciate the cooperation received.

I m the father of varun. i m giving a view to sec 5 chowk in working days. a round about O , one way go to palam vihar , 2nd way go to sheetla mata mandir ,3rd way go to laxman vihar mother dairy, xion international school,railway station . Now the complaint is at this round about the road of this circle full of very big GADDHAS 5 to 6 .Due to These Gaddas the school busses and heavy vhecals cannot croos the the circal QUCKLY.as a result a half K M Jam has to faced by the citizens, me also in all 6 sides in all 6 lanes . Imagine how much my time is consumed on this chowk CROWLING. so kindly please repair this chowk immidiately . as all school busses has to cross this chowk. Sir, being a resident of Gurgaon I am heart that this city stand 466 rank in the country among 476 city. Who is responsible and answerable? If strict action taken against the polythene users in Gurgaon which is banned in Haryana, 50% problem will be solved, rest 50% can solved by tightening the official who are responsible for cleaning.

Very poorly maintained green belt in sector 23. No grilling and plagued with tea and gutka sellers. Sad part is that it is being supported by local goons and land lords who stay else where.RWA and estate office of no use in such issues.

In addition to long standing public issues such as menace of monkeys, stray dogs, rain water drainage. Sector 4 market place and most roads near by become like river in rainy season. We get filthy (full of Silt) water in the taps. Why water is not treated before supply. On what basis MCG is charging hefty amount for dirty water???

I have been petitioning the Municipal authorities for the last one year to repair the faulty sewer system behind the convenience Shopping Centre at Saraswati Vihar, M G Road, Gurgaon. Last year Hindustan Times Gurgaon also. Telephone numbers given by respective authorities ends in a circle with each shifting responsibility one the other. The situation is unbearable stench which affects health and hygene of the surrounding people in houses and shops. No one bothers. So much for our paying taxes and . the Prime Ministers Swachch Bharat Mission. Will the authorities wake up for the haphazard growth of the colony and its public services.

There is a severe pig menace in sector 38. This is a cause for concern to public health, hygiene & security. request concerned authorities to take necessary action to solve the problem

MCG Gurgaon team is one of the slow , dump and non trustworthy team.

MCG Road Repair:Instead of repairing roads with charcoal, MCG is nowadays repairing roads with mud and sand, causing lots of dust, pollution. Its being done in MCG controlled sectors, colonies, main and internal roads. It doesnt seem like a budget shortage, because as per observation same patch repair has been carried out thrice in last two months, which could have been done once with charcoal.Its sad and just opposite of Swachha Bharat;
