Biggest scammers on the market. Once you move in, you can expect 0 support from the coho team. My AC has been broken since a week now. I have made a million calls but still no action from coho, just false promises. Also, their horrible third grade food is a cherry on top.

It’s beautiful with all amenities, but one need to me more conscious in-terms of security amount as it won’t be given back. Also any escalation in regards to house keeping and food quality will never be done.All you can do to get back refund is not to pay last month rent

Dont deserve one star .Its been a year but no security refundPoor management

They don’t even deserve to get even a single star. Poor service, poor staff. Just avoid this place. Even after vacating the flat, its been around more than 6 weeks. I haven’t received my security deposit yet. Not receiving the call. I literally call them 10 times a day. They don’t even bother to pick up the call. Have dropped around 25 emails, but every time i get the same computerised reply. I am filing a police case against them.

These guys do not follow what they say and what they show..I have being staying in Coho sector 48 since Feb 2019 till May 2020 .It always that these guys never resolved problem ....wifi is promised but it doesnt work as these guys dont do recharge.Also it has been more than 30 days I left the property but the refund of security deposit has not been made although there are no dues or any thing which these guys can explain for not refunding my the deposit amountDo not believe them as they are painting a wrong picture and fooling the residents

So glad to have chosen to stay here. Clean and hygenic along with a lot of events. Enjoyed the online poker with 9stacks and more importantly learnt how to play poker. Cheers to CoHo, keep organising such events.

Avoid at any cost.They will tell you rules of stay. And then flout those rules themselves. For example, they deducted my security on the grounds of informing about notice period late but havent followed the policy of paying Security within a month. They have no rules. Just money making badly maintained hugely priced properties.

At the first glimpse, it looks like a perfect place to live but as you start to line in, youll know the truth. My experience :1. Kitchen is extremely unhygienic and the raw material used in cooking is of third grade.2. Pool queues generally dont have tips.3.Gym equipments are of cheapest quality. It is just there to give you a feel of the gym, but you wont try it a second time.4. Facility manager has no authority. He is here as just a dummy.5. A simple issue of a faulty exhaust fan has not been handled in over 15 days and the toilet smells like gutter.Conclusion : I thank God that I paid for only a month here and I suggest to definitely go for some other accomodation.

Coho is a nice looking place but as a startup is really poorly coordinated. Im yet to receive my security deposit due to their highly complicated agreement. The management are were helpful initially but later they give false statements.

The property has in-house gym and other recreational games in common area. Had a pleasant stay at the property!

Used to be good initially (about a year back).But now pretty much everything is aweful. The food quality has degraded, the cleaning isnt as regular, the irons and iron boards are bad, and in general the experience has degraded quite a bit. The worst of it are the washing machines. They never work properly, your clothes get stuck sometimes and there just general disinterest in fixing anything. They advertised this as a premium property... Id say its far from it.

• All the rooms are fully furnished and their properties are really well maintained.• Professional housekeeping service (cleaning of the room & washroom, twice a week) & Bed sheets and pillow covers are changed every week.• They provide LED TV, RO, microwave, induction, utensils, refrigerator, washing machines, irons and iron boards and you may use them 24*7.• Best part is their Recreational lounge with indoor games like snooker, PS4, etc. which proves to be an icebreaker after a hectic day and on weekends as well.• No problem with electricity as they do have 24*7 power backup and also App concierge where we could register any complaint which will be resolved within 12 hours.

Really liked the place, it has good interiors and their common area looks really good. Also, the care taker was very hospitable

Its a much better living co-living space(PG). they provide all kinds of faculties that you would require. the food is good and on top you make good friends there

Nice facilities for co-living .it has a gym .. play station , cafe and all the aminities for a good pg.well maintained ..opt for the pg rooms with window for getting some positive vibe..

Room Service is regular. Food tastes good but is charged separately. Electricity is on the higher end almost ₹13 a unit. The AC is unit hungry. Apart for these, the amenities are awesome. Wont be leaving this for a long time. Another demerit: no ISP provides fibre optic connection here :(

A proper PG accomodation with slightly high prices. Food is separate from the stay package. Has a recreational space with pool table, table tennis, gym and common TV rooms. In addition, there are vending machines in common area. The rooms are maintained by housekeeping every once in a while. In short, much better than most other PGs in the area.

Its has good service, best part are its excellent interns.

It is an elegant PG with indoor sports like Table Tennis, Pool Table, Gym, TV and Video Games. You have a nice cafeteria where you are served food.

One of the greatest PG to stay at with great environment and a lot of facilities provided by them like gym, gaming console, pool table, snacks stock for late night cravings and one the best thing is you can come and go 24*7 no time restrictions

This is a good place to stay. However, there are few issues like limited internet connectivity. They have a daily cap of 2GB which is ridiculous and most of the time the internet is down. So, you have to rely on your network. The food is hygenic and tasty. Theyregularly clean your room. However, they will schedule it on the weekend, not sure the signufcance of the same. The approach road is very terrible here. The staff is courteous and disciplined.

4 month lock in period security a too much, but the place is great.

The PG is good as they are providing excellent services, the food is awesome, bit costly but I feel it is worth. The WiFi limit is 1.5 GB per day which isnt enough in this era at least it should be 10 GB per day. I think it is best place to live.

A modern living concept, made for working professionals in gurgaon with all the essential amenities. The overall experience is great, the cost of rooms is a little on the upside but is compe sated by all you get here. Gym is free of charge, washing clothes too.Food is extra and electricity has to be recharged via smart meters here.

The vibe of the place is pretty cool. The aesthetic is upbeat. But the sharing space is less for the price.

If somebody is having a budget then its the best PG to settle.

The place is not good at all. The rooms were untidy. Its noisy in the night most of the times. Food service is very very poor. The room service doesnt really put efforts while cleaning the room. If a complain is registered, it takes a lifeyime to get it resolved, and to top that, the rates are far too high. Worst place to live. Pathetic Conditions. They claim that room will be cleaned daily but maid hardly comes, and doesn’t even clean properly. They never return the security deposit back. All you’ll do is mail them on and on. Triple sharing room are there where the prices are really high. You can easily get a 1 BHK in the rent of 2 people in the same area. Water is a big issue here. Most of the stuff never works (TV, Playstation etc). They are just to attract new tenants and pull money out of them! Don’t rent out here.

There are Bed bugs roaming around my bed and i had complaint to RFM and he said i could do any thing worst reply i have ever heard. Very bad Dont recommend to come
