Great place to organize events. We booked the place for engagement ceremony. Everyone on the guest list appreciated the interiors and food. The best part is that it inside Gurgaon and everyone could attend since its not too far like other resorts we were looking at.

I visited this place to celebrate Holi with ISKCON community. I thank the management for their generosity, they provided ISKCON this place for free. The Hall is huge and can have a good arrangements for 700 - 1000 people. Lawn is also big, Atmosphere is peaceful, Washroom is well maintained, Few good painting, design and decoration may catch your eyes. I enjoyed here and the event.

Everything was great but the only problem was parking .It was full as there were three banquet hall and all of them had functions.

Beware of thugs. Promises. Promises. Promises. Horrible service.Main organizers could not be found during the function to resolve issues and take responsibility. Half cooked food which was served badly. I request everyone to consider their choices very carefully. Dont be fooled by their big words. Regretted having my function at this venue. The lady manager is very charming and impressive but nothing was done as promised and she was not to be found when things went wrong.

Ambience is good as well as banquet hall is big and affordable.

Have attended multiple events here and each of them has been amazing in its own way. The venue offers two banquets, two lawns and is one of the premium properties in Gurgaon offering A class banqueting with lip smacking food and super decor.All in all, from management team to the catering, decor to venue, each member makes sure that the event becomes memorable. Special credits to the VP Poonam ji who walks the extra mile to make each guest’s event a memorable experience.

I would like to share my experience at this place.. My wedding took place recently in Feb 2020 at Amour Conventions and Resort.. Honestly, the food served was mind blowing n the hall in itself is beautiful.. Therefore the wedding went really good.. But the people here are extremely ill mannered who takes up the booking.. They are very sweet in words while taking up the bookings but once the booking is done, the behavior gets changed..they ask for full amount 2 days before the wedding like beggars and consequently become so harsh in their words.. Apart from this, the decor team (Mr. Harvey) is very disappointing at work..They show you good beautiful pictures but give the disappointing result.. In my case the phoolo ki chaddar was so badly decorated with flowers half displayed n was too heavy to be carried.. However by God’s grace the wedding took plce well🙏 But the ppl here are good in befooling.. So be careful n be aware of their sugar coated wordsA suggestion to be Amour Conventions team: Treat your Guest properly to get good business.. Manners n behaviour play a significant role in business

Amour Resort is an upscale venue with a superb hospitality team. They know their job well and are very courtieous. Kudos to the entire team for setting up such a beautiful venue.

The place is good but the size/area disappointed me. It has two separate party lawns. Dividing the whole area. Otherwise it is good with a good contemporary decorated central AC Hall.

If you are looking for a corporate venue in Gurgaon this is the place. It has a big hall where we did our annual meet and a pool side which was amazing for the cocktail party organized by the management. Must visit and then decide your next event venue.

Surely upmarket and class apart. Tastefully done interiors present a wow factor. Lawn with pool has its own charm. Surely a winner and differentiator in this cluttered market of events and marriage venues.

Approach to location is cluttered as it is on Sohna road. However, the inside of the complex is well manicured with enough parking for 20 cars inside and more parking space at the back of the resort. Some external features of the complex were under construction at the time of my visit, but internally it was fully constructed. Spacious and elegant events hall (can hold 400-500 people at a time). Number of washrooms was a little less, but the washrooms themselves were decent and hygienic. Overall good place for large scale events - I went there to give IELTS exam; it also appears to be an IELTS exam centre.

Worst hospitality, I was here to accompany someone for an exam and the staff didnt allowed us to enter.When had an argument they allowed us to enter but didnt offered us any seat n when asked for water they showed us the way to outside gate...This is not the way to treat any living being. I can pay for water but for them around 5-10 people like me was unwanted guests... Worst institute for hospitality.Never expected such vague gesture from any hotel or resort.

Attended 2 events at this venue. Great atmosphere inside and out. Only element lacking were the toilet facilities for guests.

The most horrible and worst venue to get married in Delhi NCR region. May be their venue looks good asthetically but the management is devil. These people are so greedy and selfish that they dont care for their guests at all. They just need money and after that what happens it doesnt concern to them. The lady managing the property doesnt have sense of talking and behaves like a beggar for every penny.Please its my humble request with everybody considering the property that dont get fooled with their sweet talks and offers. They are most filthy people i have ever encountered in my life. I wouldnt have given even one star also but google doesnt allows to have negative rating.

One of the worst hospitality center. I visit there for examination purpose. They deliberately got the car parked outside at the back. On return I found scratches on my car. Till here it was ok but icing on cake is that the managment took their hands off in terms of customer grievances. They clearly told its not our responsibility to take care of guest cars. The group who has booked the center hold the responsibility. Their guard too didnt even show a concern about my damage. Not recommended from my side any form.
