Authorised dealer and service center for Samsonite and American Tourister. Very good behaviour of employees. Repaired a backpack of American Tourister which was in warranty.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. They repaired my bag once, which again suffered a fault at the same spot. When asked for replacement, they showed me high priced bags to mint money. Also, they had audacity to ask me to talk to the company directly if I have any issue. They have my bag for over a month now, but dont care to resolve it. Have been to their store for more than 4 times now, but no help. Bag was an American Tourister.

-5 rating service. If you have more than 2-3 months time for a bag service then go to this store like i face. They take your bag for service then you have to wait for 1-2 week after that they will confirm that they can repair your bag or not and they never call to customer for confirmation, you have to call him again and again.Staff behavior is too rude. They talk like this Sir time to lagta hai, hum to khud bag repair nahi karte, mechanic hafte me ek bar aata hai. Very bad experience...

Bad services. I got repaired my bag but again it is in same shape after one use. Infact do not deserve even one star
