Service part is good, but the person of this service center told me to wait as the phone repairing will take around 1 hour. But the gate man is not allowing to sit inside of the service center. This is very disappointing.

Unprofessional, Not willing to repair the phone and giving random costs for repair when pressed upon. Repair costs should be transparent as SAMSUNG has listed parts cost on the website.

Simply Fraud - They do not honor the Samsung warranty.

Pathetic service. Donot opt for pick up and drop service from this outlet. I was supposento get my phone today morning but those cheats didnt even receive my call. The entire day has been passed and i have still not received my phone

Horrible service center. They ask for extra charge on debit cards and credit cards which is the responsibility of the merchant. You would not expect such a brand to ask you to pay their merchant discount fees. They changed my display but were unwilling to provide me my old display which was replaced. I asked them to provide but they said it is company policy not to. I told okay give me in writing where it is company policy. Then they gave me my old display also.When I submitted my phone for repair, they gave me appointment for 6 pm but when I went they said we do not receive any phone after 6 pm come tomorrow. Also, they give me a printed acceptance receipt of my phone after heated discussion. They were earlier giving me a handwritten note. Horrible.I would strongly advise to go to Sec 15 Samsung service center where I had excellent experience every time.

Liked the professional service at this Samsung service center. Although it was less crowded on Sat morning but the queue management system with token was active and had folks to take care of customer issues. I got my phone (screen replacement done in ana hour). Online appointment facility was helpful too.

Few days ago I had service of my split AC but after 1 days ac was not working properly I had called many times but they r not getting any responsibility its totally waste of my money its below of my expectations

Very poor service, you should only go if your product is not in warranty and small store near your house is not able to fix your device. They do not respect warranty provided by Samsung and will still charge humongous money from you.

They ordered the back panel of my phone aftwr i requested them over the phone call..service took 2 hours as queue was long..overall good experince

The service staff is ok but the service head Mr Gurmeet is very helpful and kind and provide quick responses if contacted to.5 Star for his service.
