The outlet is placed at amazing location . If I talk about the interior it was quite impressive and nice place for formal or casual meetings.Seating was also good.I went their with my friends and we ordered mix veggie pizza, banana frappe, Alphonso mango shake,angara tandoori paneer with potatoes, lemon cooler, garlic bread.Everything was good but it was bit costly .

I have had devil’s own at many ccd’s but they served crushed ice in the name of cold coffee! What a waste of money! Pathetic!

Group of bunch of cheaters... They are just trying to fool you for one way or other...I had this really bad experience with them I was there yesterday afternoon and ordered one regular capaccino and one regular frappe biller asked me to pay 320 and I paid that, keeping in mind how prices of all these places are going up. I came back to my seat and got into conversation. When bill came I saw a regular coffee with which I believe grande frappe. I checked the bill and was surprised to know even when I asked them to give both coffees in regular they had billed me for king size coffee and grand frappe and not only this they served me regular coffee so that I dont even get to know.I wished to see some one and without any much discussion this guy came and handed me 20rs cash and I didnt even get how that calculation even made sense. I asked to see manager or cashier but this guy didnt turn up. This is how they are cheating us of our hard money and they even no courtesy of saying sorry or apologise for their knowingly made mistake. Beware of what you order. This was my last visit to any CCD will not be going to any CCD anymore. Some pics for reference.

My most Favourite Cafe, because I have always been a South Indian Punjabi, thats because I have been to the 1st CCD when it opened in Blore first....my most favourite is Cafe Frappe..till today the taste remains the same...

Used to be really great at one, but not so any more, at least in my opinion. Their coffees taste insipid, as if theyve mixed water into the coffee. And a visit here is expensive too. I just didnt feel I had a value-for-money experience, even after I had blown up a 1000 rupees here in just a single visit. And their selection of eatables is pretty dissapointing. Finally, the furniture and layout has also gone down. It used to be better earlier. No sofas, and the chairs are uncomfortable.

Nice place for meetings, one can use it for hours long meeting. Even for personal meeting its a cool and silent place. Great ambience with tasty cappuccino. I really liked it.

They aren’t using gloves and when asked to sanitise just sprayed the sanitiser and didn’t even wipe the seat

My favorite haunt. They have lovely chocolate cake! Reasonable Prices. I dont know why they stopped their in-house magazine. Sad to see that. It was fun reading it.

Food and beverages menu is very varied and there is lots to choose from. Food is very tasty. Cold beverages are very yummy and well prepared. Cappuccinos are good but not consistently good. Staff is very well mannered and helpful.

Excellent service. Good taste.The chocolate milk shake was yummy. And the smoked chicken sandwich was tasty.But then ---There was a cockroach found roaming around on the front side of the table where the desserts are on display !!

Wagon load of employees, zero person willing to work. Work as small as taking an order, is also a matter of great debate within them. So they don’t even bother to keep the place clean! I miss CCD’s in Bangalore😩

The interiors are good with sufficient capacity. The food menu is great which i personally havent seen at most of the other CCDS. Though i had a minor bad experience of hair in my coffee, but then i will call it as an one off (S**t happens). They accepted and gave a fresh new one.

It has one of the best coffee shop seatings in galeria market. Officially coffee is standard Cafe coffee day coffee. But I I really liked sitting here. Its a nice place where friends can set on hot summer afternoon and have a nice chat it its also a nice meeting place for your girlfriend / boyfriend

Please check your bill after placing your order. they charged me higher than what my drinks cost and later on asking for bill they gave me bill of higher priced drink then what i ordered.It was only because i am regular i caught there fraud, new people can be fooled easily. when i confronted the the guy he was not even apologetic .apart from that its a beautiful place, the ground staff are really nice at least they had a courtesy to apologies on behalf of him.

Completely avoidable. Food is unhygienic staff is untrained and manner less.... they couldnt care less about service or hygiene.. I myself have seen cockroaches in their kitchens and they dont even use gloves for taking out food. Yuck.. absolutely avoidable.

Filter coffee was really bad!They have also ruined chilly cheese toastizzas quality which was my super favourite CCD thing!Highly not recommended.

Small cosy place where you can spend time with professional business people. Even if you wont a place to work on laptop or tab, its a reasonably comfortable place

One of the few options for coffee and quick bite at DLF Galleria market. Decent number of tables to sit and comfortable chairs. The staffs attitude can be definitely improved.

This place is always full, and works best only because of the location. Neither the coffee is gr8 nor the food. Even the staff is too busy in themselves most of the times and take things for granted.This is the only CCD where even before you sit down someone will stand on your head with the Menu.I think even if you are not focussing on being gourmet and classy, still you should try to be as good as you can be. Competition is just next door.

Cockroach leg IN COOL BLUEFound a insect leg in my drink. It is a sad reflection at the managements image, as they are the ones who need to ensure that such insects are not found at the cafe.Senior management should focus on getting timely pest controls done, rather than blame it on the staff.Adding a picture of the same, so that others dont have to face the same.

A good place to take rest on the Tirupati highway! They have an open area to sit and view the highway. Must stop there when you go out for long drive.

One of the earliest CCDs in gurgaon..open late till 1am ( at least till some time back). But it is always very noisy . over the years the furniture and couches have changed many times and now it is full of chairs instead of comfy couches
