Did not have a good experience at this store. I had bought shoes for my daughter from the Omaxe Bata showroom around 10 days back. The shoe (bubblegummers) opened up in 10 days and therefore i went to Bata store at Good Earth for a replacement. The lady at the counter refused to replace the product and asked me to go to Omaxe store for a replacement. I showed her the invoice told her that as a bata store, i should be allowed to get the product changed from any store. She first told me that they do not have a replacement. As i was walking out i saw the same shoe (same size) on display, i went back to her and told her that she is lying to me. She then said if i want i can leave the shoe and invoice with her and they will get back to me in a couple of days as to what best can they do for me. I did not leave the shoe and now would go to Omaxe store for the replacement. I dont know why should it be an issue in exchanging the product at any of the Bata store in the same city.

Pathetic experience. Gave wrong size, did not give bill and now not picking up the phone. Such irresponsible franchisee should be penalized and closed
