I had some serious bad experience with Pepperfry when I placed my order for my office chair.1) Placed my order on 29th Aug, there has been 4 times delivery date rescheduled2) When you send them an email, they never respond you back, an automated email is sent, that previous ticket is closed, Initiate a new email3) Their IVR is faulty, the delivery rescheduled date neve get updates. As per their floor manager Mr Rodriguez , their technology is not that upgraded and they are working on it4) They have the most inexperienced brainless customer support advisor who take things so lightly even after 4 rescheduled delivery date, they behave like nothing has happened and its quite normal to delay the delivery5) Floor manager do not take ownership of handling escalated case. Mr rodriguez , the floor manager was supposed to handle this case however, inspite of multiple reminder request over email, he never responded back, or gave a courtesy call6) When you track your order on Pepperfry app, it still says it will be delivered by 11 th sep, it is the worst experience I can tell you7) The complete system is faulty. DONT FALL PREY AND LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON PEPPERFRY8) I am facing medical issue now not getting my chair on time and my money blocked by Pepperfry, Go to normal physical ships, they will give you best service.

A well designed furniture show studio. Only problem is for the large space it occupies, there were insufficient variety on display. The staff offered to show more designs on website, but that is something we were not visiting a studio for.

I buy sofa from pepperfry and there was some manufacturing defect. The process of returning the product took around 15days from the time I received the product, however pepperfry took the initiative even though the merchant declined to help me out and was very rude. I am happy as I got the product returned as mentioned in pepperfry return policy. I am happy that Manpreet in escalation team was able to fix the issue and did follow up with me on the case.

Im a parching this bed lats six month back, this company offer 36 month warranty, but when i have complain call center. guys told this is not in warranty. i have bill also only 6 month. this bed wood is very low quality.. see the pitcher. ....

The Studio and the Company both do not take any responsibility once the product is bought and delivered. They fail to understand the concept of after sales services. All sweet talk untill you buy the product. Then they wash your hands off. Carpenters of the company will not be provided to do the dismantling of products later if you need to, although they would insist on using company carpenters for installing the product when you buy it. Of course one cannot expect much from this company especially the This Studio in terms of quality services as that requires training of staff and understanding the value of customers rather than treating them as mere numbers. This specific Studio must learn to establish a relationship with their customers, until that happens I would advice everyone to avoid visiting this particular studio.

Extra distressing experience with Pepperfry. We got a bunk bed for our kids in Gurgaon. Two months later when we are relocating to another place in Gurgaon the company has REFUSED to send a carpenter for assistance. The local carpenter does not have the experience with these products. So now we have to leave the product and move to the new place. Never felt so cheated. I would urge all future customers to exercise caution.

I recently bought a bunch of furniture with Pepperfry and had an amazing experience, with respect to the quality, range and pricing of the products as well as customer service. I was a little apprehensive at first buying big furniture online but Himanshu was super helpful with every little thing, making the buying experience pretty smooth. He even helped with better discount vouchers! Pepperfry technicians and delivery guys were also well skilled, polite and cooperative.

I kept the clueless customer care, they did not communicate anything properly and kept postponing the delivery. The packed dinning table has been lying in my drawing room since a month. After 20 days they say that they can not replace it. They will initiate a refund.I suggest not to buy anything from this website

Fake MRP. Dont go by the discount on the products as the MRPs are inflated. I ordered a product whose mrp was listed 1100 and after discount it was 359 but actual mrp listed on product was 504. The product itself is not worth even the discounted price. Disappointing

Worst experience I have had in recent times with any e commerce website is with pepperfry. Their customer support people are just not trained well. They mention on their site claiming “easy return”, but do not help at all with any return request. Very disappointed with pepperfry and will not be using it in future and will surely not recommend it to anyone.

While going through the website I realized that it is selling items at a very high price. Even same items have different prices on the website. I saw a promotion tab of some aroma buddha lamp..... it is so highly priced. I bought it from Fab furnish at a much cheaper price ...even cheaper from their discounted price.
