Our food journey began with Amaranth Lavoush with Green Peas Hummus, Smoked Baigan Bharta and Achaari Dahi. All the dips here were very tasty specially the achari dahi which we completed to the bottom. Moong Dal Chokha Tacos was something which we’ll not find anywhere else, very well stuffed with Moong daal and chokha(from litti chokha). Green Chholia aur Roasted Chana Chaat is something which is extremely nutritious and tasty as well.Soon after this we were served with Pesto Grilled Chicken with Basil Mayo dip, Kuti Mirch Ka Fish Tikka, Harissa Fish Satay, Jalapeno and Olive Sigri Murg, Chutney wale Paneer Tikka with Imli Pudina Chutney, Galauti Kebab, Cheese and Bellpepper Cigar Roll with Sweet Chilli Sauce, Millet and pepper salad and Soup – Kali Chana ka Cappuccino with Homemade Chana Jor Garam. It may seem to be a long list but trust us we ate everything as everything was so yummylicious. Specially to mention Galauti kebab were so authentically cooked they took us to nawabi Lucknow. For our main Course we tried again different but delicious Sem Phali aur Aloo Bhaja, Bathuwa Murg, Home Style Mutton Curry, Dal Mosaic (Makhni), Flavoured Rice /Plain Rice with breads. Everything was made to perfection and was finger licking. Specially Dal Makhani which is based on slow cooking was very much similar to Dal Bukhara.A must have experience.
Mosaic is a buffet restaurant which is tastefully designed and as name suggests its more of a piece of art clubbed together artistically.Chef briefed us about the concept of infusing local produce into global cuisine. The mocktails were innovative and Indian spices gave them a unique twist.Started with cheesy cigar rolls which were amazingly thin and crispy, melted cheese poured in every bite.Ber salsa was quite interesting. The lavansh had amaranth and we had it with tzatziki and Ber salsa.Tacos had green moong daal stuffing and bite size portions of millet salad, black carrot and cholia salad were very appealing and interesting.Paneer tikka was stuffed with mint dip to make it flavorful in every bite. The buffet had global menu but we tried mutton Rogan Josh and daal makhni. The mutton was tender and superbly cooked with spicesThe daal was slow cooked, had aroma of clarified butter and had no spices. There were no butter or cream to make it heavy which is best part. The sweet dish counter had mini apple pies, banana pudding, chocolate sticks but mirchi Ka halwa caught our attention. The flavour of mirchi was prominent but there was no spice.I took another helping as it was very good. This place has a very courteous staff who make sure that you enjoy every bit of your time there. The place is apt for families, couples and friends. The menu is designed keeping all age preferences in mind. The ongoing concept of keeping health quotient as prioritiy makes it a wannabe place to visit for all.

Located in the prime area of ggn near sector 29 country inn has pretty decent ambience and great facilities for events
If you are looking for an elegant place for dining with your family or with your partner, then this is the worth place going for.Yesterday I went with my partner for dinner there and I was amazed to see the presentation of their snacks. We ordered Chessy sigar rolls, chutney paneer and sweet corns and they were so authentic and have great indian taste. Their mango basil drink was again one of the highlight of their restaurant. Paneer lababdar is worth to try if you are looking for authentic indian dish. At last we tried some sweet dishes and were thrilled to taste - Banana pinacolada and jalebi with rabri, must try sweet dishes. This is really one of the best place I have visited where staff is so cooperative and heart welcoming.
