Amazing experience. Great hospitality. Staff is very attentive and striving continuously to make the experience a memorable one. Cricket has gone from here now which is a little disappointing though. However there was no queue for bowling and got the number immediately without waiting which was quite nice that too on weekend. The food and beverages are also nice and reasonable. VR games experience is also good. Overall nice place to visit and have some good time with friends/family.

This place is very good but the reason I am giving it 2star is because of the staff members. They are not polite, they are not helpful, they are just doing their job and they dont care anything about providing customer service.Overall I had a good time minus the staff behaviour. Food and drinks here are expensive so its better to grab yourself a deal from nearby app.They do not have any deals on drinks and food.Paid parking available in ambience mall 50/- for 3 hours.Did bowling here which was fun.

I like there gaming area too!We had honey chilli potato and chicken Tikka in appetizer which was really good. I wont order pizza over here as there are better options available in the mall like the Paul and Jamie pizzeria!

Smaaash(now Pitstop) is my go to place whenever I want to go for bowling or play some games with my friends or just have a good time in general.I visited Smaaash, Ambience Mall, Gurugram recently & this wasn’t my first ever visit to the place. The reason why I keep visiting this place is because it has the BEST Bowling Alley in Delhi - NCR combined with a great ambiance & good food.I went with my mom & we did bowling, played some arcade games & then ordered some food & drinks, some of which are :- Chilly Paneer- Dahi ke Kebabs- Veg Platter- Cold Coffee- & a few mocktails▪️Everything was really tasty & presented quite nicely.Even the Cold Coffee & the mocktails we ordered were just brilliant.🔸Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Its a good Game Arena not only for childrem but adults can play well too it includss pool, video games, cad racing games, bowling arena and much it also holds a liquor bar however the food is not as great as restaurant but other attraction will make your day.

Their bowling lanes are probably the best in Delhi/NCR and their food is inexpensive and quite good, in my opinion.Ordered the Smaaash Pulled Chicken Pizza, Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with beer. The pizza was quite nice - the pulled chicken was very good. The pasta was fine, but a little low on flavors.A great place to have a gala time with friends and family. This place is just wOw, so many things to have fun with friends, lots of games as snooker, blowing, cricket in the net.Beer bar, food section all is just like you see in movies mainly beer bar. But price of all games are too high and its obvious you are in one of the best mall in Ncr. First you have to take a card, recharge with money then only you can play the games. Good collection of hard drinks. Really you are gonna love the place if you enjoy loud music games etc etc.

As soon as I entered the smaaash area, the atmosphere was so amazing.One place had all those machine games, the other end had the UV bowling area. In the middle there restaurant.The bowling area was so brilliant, had sitting next to it and it was so much vibrant.Tried their VR games, I must say one of them was so so adventurous, enjoyed a hell.It had a small area dedicated to mini golf, there were 9 holes to complete the whole game each one more challenging. Loved the whole concept.One thing I must commend this place serves the best shakes in town. I tried cafe frappe, devil cafe frappe, Nutella shake. All were epic. I also tried there iced tea, amazing. Coming to chicken bruschetta, overloaded with chicken tasted amazing. Dahi ke kebab were a little sweet. Pizza was also good.Overall had a mind-blowing day. Thanks smaaash for making the day count

I had a really great time at this place! This place is just the best stop to come and enjoy and relax with your friends and family. It is the most amazing arena where you can forget all your Monday blues and have a really great time with some cool games and lipsmacking food too. Their are over 50+ games in this place and all of them are so cool, it just makes your day. Id love to come here again and again. They also offer great food, the SMAAASH Basket and Dal Makhni being one of my favorite ones. I love this place, it is a must visit place.

On other side we ordered some food including veg & non-veg plus some drinks. We enjoyed a lot. We had a great time at this place. Even crowd was quite gentry & good. Known for its gaming zone and amazing part is they have live bar counter and food servicetoo.Isnt amazing to have booze while bowling 😂 😜 . They have some cool gaming ambience with blue lightning.This is one of the best bowling area atleast in gurgaon. Their bowling alley have quite big lanes. Ambient music and lightboth are good, spreading good vibes. They have also other arcade games from which i too liked their vr games.Now coming to food order, we ordered there :-We ordered Chilly chicken, Smaaash Basket non veg(Chicken nuggets, chicken garlic finger and Chicken popcorn),Bhatti ki Tangriand Smaaash Fries. Chilly chicken👌👌 is simple perfect nothing to say. and bhatti ki tangri💓 which is nearly perfect marinated. These two itemsmust try if you love to eat spicy type food.And in dessert, we ordered Hot gulab jamun😍 and strawberry flavoured ice cream👐 . :speechless:And also, ordered drinks :- Classic lemonade and Aam panna . We played almost every game but we liked VERTIGO nad the JORASSIC ride the most... These are vertual reality 3D games which played the beat role on that day...😍😍It is 5/5 for this place for gaming and when we talk about the taste... It was just wow, we ordered lots of things but i liked mains the most... Mocktails and shakes were very Flavourful. It was just a wow experience...🤫I personally recommend you to visit this place‼️

Not too many activities especially for the little ones. Those that they have are well maintained but highly priced. The card they make is for 1200 Rs with value of 930 only. Silly games start at Rs 80 while. Bowling is for 250 each player for 24 bowls. Ambience is great. But at the end, what matters is that you have a great time playing, enjoying and having fun with friends and family.

Great bowling alleys. Had a great time playing the game and the staff was helpful as well. Easily accessible snacks and drinks made the game even more fun. Had come in a group of four people, spent about 40 minutes in the game. Good fun overall. I recommend that one goes in groups of three or more to make it more interesting and also to make it last longer.

This place is really nice. Went for bowling yesterday. They registered my name and asked me to wait for an hour. They called me up for my turn and I really enjoyed atmosphere.

Great Experience!! I played almost every game here... it was fun. The bowling alley was nice and VR games especially “walk the plank” vertigo game was awesome as it was my first time ever. The only thing which didn’t went well with me was the membership card which was compulsory because they were charging 300 aprox for that card which was non refundable. For rs. 3000/- we were getting the full recharge amount, which was alot for a couple. Else it was good and the staff was also helpful and smiling.

One of the oldest gaming place in delhi ncr. Great place for bowling & indoor games. Also, must go place if you are up for watching big game on screens with drinks & food. Usually a crowded place. Loud music.Food is good; have tried their chinese & north indian food which is decent.Ambience is good with all kind of seating; high chairs, normal, swinging chairs etc.Also got the option of tattoos if you want to get it.

A good evening out place for fun lovers.This used to be BluO prior to have overtaken by Smash.It offers 10 bowling pins, which I assume is good enough, but still you might get to wait during rush hours.Along with bowling, it does offer arcade games like air hockey, mini basket ball etc.Then comes the VR section, where one can play multiple VR games, though I believe it costs on a higher side & VR quality could have been better. It has a mini golf too & of course the famous Smaash net cricket, which highly attracts kids.Food is also good for the price.Look for deals before visiting.

Located on the mall. Snow bowling price per person with shoe is almost 500 plus. Food is available at additional cost and served inside. Pizza base is not thick. Taste was ok. But little bit expensive for gaming and food. Even alcohol and smoking room also available inside. Over all good experience.

Had a nice experience. The location is very convenient. We booked using some offers online and got a good deal.The place has been running for some time now. It in visible from the quality dents in the bowling balls. However it not a deal breaker because we had a good time anyways.There are also many other games which one can try.

First time at SMAAASH and experience was very nice. Specially the unlimited package which including buffet lunch and snacks. This is a most happening place in Ambience mall. The staffs are professional and very friendly. There are a lot of games also available other than bowling which can be enjoyed. The overall experience was good, recommended for Birthday events, small game based parties.

Apart from the bowling game, they have ice hockey, snooker and arcade games. The concept of getting a prepaid card and using it in the play zones is quite efficient. Regarding the food, the buffet they set up could get better as there are limited options.

The ambience of this facility is much better than the one at Cyber Hub though the amount of space and gaming areas are more at Cyber Hub. However the food is much better in this Ambience mall unit. The staff is very courteous and helpful as well. Though lookout for the waiting during weekends. Better to have a prior booking. Overall a awesome place to visit in ambience mall.

Best for bowling

Good place, nice ambience, nice staff. Had a real good time there. Its good to go and try. However, the part which I liked the most was the helpful staff. One of our group mate had lost her purse, but the staff helped us in recovering it. We are really thankful for their duty beyond the line.

Its nice. The prices are reasonable Ill say given its kinda luxury game for a guy like me. I went on my birthday actually and I had good time with my brother and a friend. The lighting is bit tacky Ill say, but one can have a good time here given you do get a chance (its way way too crowded usually all the time).

Loved the experience of bowling at pitstop. The bar counter attached to it makes it more amazing. Overall a good place to hangout and chill with friends.

We played mini golf in a new avatar (neon lights), tried the virtual reality games which were so exciting, my brother even got to play cricket and how.The rush is low on weekdays especially in the mornings, they have bowling and a pool table as well so its perfect for adults also.The food is great and easily accessible so while playing you can grab a bite here.The prices as compared are moderate, the staff is really helpful, they dont let you get lost and explain everything to your satisfaction .Its always fun to spend quality time with your friends or family here.

This was originally bluo and felt more premium with focus on bowling. Now it is a generic fun place and has something for everyone. They have Buffet as well. I did not have Buffet but snacks were decent. It has bar and serves at the bowling alley. It has pool table as well. It is a good place to spend some time.
