Love the place, delicious and nice ambience. I went with family for celebrating my birthday, place was not crowed due to covid as they have stopped buffet dinner for outsider as well in house guest. It was a advantage for us as we went with out 1.4 yrs Toddler. Ambience was very good and peaceful. When I talk about taste of the food, it was awesome, quantity being sufficient for 3 people. Representation of food was lacking. I order long Ice cocktail and thought to be attractive but they represented it in a very way (may be due to covid they are least bothered about representation). Apart from this staff were very co-operative, from cleaning our sitting place to providing us separate table to cut the cake with proper lights and all. We were provide high chair for our baby which was very good. This place has roof top swimming pool as well, if you are in house guest here you can enjoy swimming pool as well but I am not sure if they have closed it as per covid guidelines.I would highly recommend this place.

Lets start one at a time.1. Not the best of locations.2. No parking space, they will provide you with valet parking, but if you check where your car is parked, its next to the building materials and steel rodes(dont worry, they are not responsible if any damage happens).3. No toiletries.4. Had to wait for more then 30 min.because the staff was slow.5. They dont have cakes in their menu and you are not allowed to get one from the outside(if you want to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, you will have to sneak one, if you can).All in all. Its spoiling the name of the brand.

I would review the hotel on the following parameters:1) Stay: Rooms are absolutely comfortable. Good interiors. Spacious enough and also with a bath tub which is amazing. Just need to do something about the bathroom flooring as i slipped twice when it was wet.2) Food: Food is well made, tasty & most importantly reasonably priced.3) Cleanliness: Upto the Mark. No Complaints.4) Support staff: Very accommodating and service is satisfactory be it room service, house keeping or the front office.5) Location: This is the only reason why i have not given it a 5 star rating. Location is in old Gurgaon and the roads are bumpy and sometimes jammed packed. Also its is a little uncomfortable at nights specially if you have a family or a female partner with you. However, its manageable if you are willing to take a chance for a great stay at an economical price.Overall, Happy with the hotel.Thank You.

Worst rooms .. not even a quality of three star.. i dont know how to post pics but above were the problens1) the person i called dint know wether i had a day use room or overnight stay for which he told me i was having a over night room.. once i reached i came to know i had taken a day use room2) room was sooo dirty and with full of dust .. and during such time in covid its always better to be safe..not visting again

I visited Country inn and suites recently, This property is the chain of the Radisson but its a decent hotel according to 4 star , I booked a room with Double bed and they provided me a room having two single beds combined as a double bed, I raised the issue at the reception but they clearly denied that its mentioned no where that you will get a double bed,I complained on the booking website after only they changed the room next day at evening, almost when my trip was about to end. Property is Decent but they really need to improve their services.

Staff was welcoming but wifi does not work properly. Food was good too. Overall the experience was fine.

To begin with since its a by product of Radisson obviously you will get some soothing experiencePros:1.Waiting area is spacious and beautifulStaff is nice and very polite2.Breakfast has lot of varieties also you can order some specific items like masala dosa poached eggs etc.3. Rooms are big and includes study table tv with mostly all channels good lighting washrooms are equivalent to 5 star ones and wardrobes and safe are also available4. Assistance is great very helpfulCons:1. Cannot access the swimming pool2. Freebies are very less and sometimes you have to ask for it from the staff3. Extra bed provided is not at all comfortable, will struggle for the rest of the day4. No split AC but centralised AC which sounds better on paper but takes a lot of time to cool the room

Good service. Nothing exceptional. Breakfast buffet is not very appealing and not worth the extra 700inr per day, so deducting one star.

The hotel is so good that you cant go back. The ambience, the aroma is so refreshing and the rooms are also spacious. Value for money, only one thing I dont like is the room service. And you have to ask for the amenities.

It couldnt have been more pathetic stay and the reason is:-1- hotel staff non-cooperative no one will listen to you if you are standing there for an hour highly Ill mannered.2- no parking space available escort takes generation to get your car back.3-no one is serious for their job everyone is just busy in their own world.4- ROOMS ARE PATHETIC dont go on images shown by hotel trust me you will regret staying here. seems like 10th-century villas with small rooms outdated rooms worst interior. best if you stay at home.5-room dining and housekeeping is pathetic too no one will attend on time you ask for something else they will give something else 6- valet even broke my car side mirror and didnt compensate as well.7-dont fall for breakfast they have worst food I stayed for 3 days everyday same breakfast poori sabji, poha, eggs, idli and thats it as if you are eating at a hospital same breakfast every single day please 🙠dont go here you will waste your money and time.

Everything is fine, but two concerns- first I forgot my straightner in a hotel room which was quite expensive, i was expecting to get it back but the management said they didnt found anything, though Im 100% sure that i forgot it in the room. I understand sometimes the management is not the culprit but the cleaners and housekeeping people, they keep things with them and deny the fact that the visitor left there thing. But again its the management responsibility only to keep an eye on house keeping or cleaners.. Im sorry to say but i stayed at Marriott hotel, forgot once something, they called me to take it back.. this is what kind of hospitality a customer expect... Thank God i didnt forgot something like iPhone or ipad in country inn..Second when i checked in, there was no chocolate in the mini bar but they charged and assumed that we have consumed it, better please check what all is there while check in.Still Im rating with 3 star just because of good space in rooms and front desks staffs politeness.

Had an amazing stay at country inn & suites by radission as usual it was very comfortable. And Service was excellent as expected all the staffs are very helpful especially from the Service department and also i was looking for one girl from the restaurant whos name is Nikita Thakuri I clearly remember her because she was very good at service communicating very cheerful not only with me with each and everyone So I really missed her presence in the restaurant I guess was on a leave. But so ever I had a good time in country inn & suites will visit again and also hoping to see Ms Nikita again. Thanks to all the team.

The Bad:1. King size bed should not have two single mattresses, its pretty uncomfortable2. Even after cleaning twice by housekeeping the commode was pretty dirty3. mini bar had 1 used beer can smelling bad4. DTH was not connected to TV even after trying everything 5. washroom should have ventilation even if room is centrally airconditioned, there was none6 Was given a dirty room which was not even attended to, after the last occupant left, the room was changed after a bit of a time. 7. The concierge should have more staff, it was evidently clear they were too busy doing too many things at once.The Good1. The staff was polite and courteous 2. the in room dining experience was very good and extremely hygienic 3. At the time of checking out, casually told the above bads to the manager and he was kind enough to offer sincere apologies and complimentary breakfastOverall a decent experience but much was expected from a Radisson property

Due to corona virus pandemic, they have less staff, and thats why they are not able to give services quickly. We understand that. Else all is good. Washroom is small but usable. Food is good. Staff is humble and friendly at the same time.

Terrible place. I really dont know where ty start. Worst over Radisson ettiquettes at the reception. One called Mr Akshay doesnt seem to know even H of hospitality. Arrogance at its best it is. Breakfast is nothing like Radisson. Terrible options, terrible taste. Even the basic things like hand towel had to called for in the room. Dirty window panes. I dont really think its Radisson.

One of the worst experiences I have and trust me it is radisson worst property ever. Have stayed over 10-15 different hotels across india and USA.Mr. Jitender Singh at front desk is not only rude but threatening when asked about queries as to why certain rule is implemented, he insisted on canceling the stay. Seems like they dont care whether guests are staying or notPlease do not think of even staying here. Its a shady hotel in sector 12

Worst radisson experience ever, charges for staying in country inn by radisson.Guest if they need to visit- INR 1000Ice bucket- INR 55Crockery- Depends on their mood but it is chargeable.Cold water- chargeable as per their wishes.On top of snooping on everything you do. Hospitality at its worst.Book at your own risk.

I went there for attending my friends reception. Food was very tasty and service too. Only issue with the parking but their wallet service was very nice and they managed it quiet nicely. I liked it.

The experience was extremely sub optimal. The rooms were not ready even when the check in time was 2 PM. I had to wait till 3 PM as the rooms were getting sanitised. AVOID THIS PLACEThere was a 70 minute delay in checkin the staff isnt that helpful and while entry only they asked me to park outside and bellhop was called after 30 minutes to pick my stuff up this type of service isnt known of radison brand I feel humiliated while I was trying to frequent this place while booking due to regular visits to gurugram it feels like a wrong choice because time matters more than anything and they dont care , Maybe in future they will have better staff and better management but i am very sad to say that AVOID THIS PLACE

Is it a 4 star hotel ????I don’t think it is as if you will request them for something in the morning they will keep you waiting for the entire day worst experience in one the radisson operated hotel. In the name of 4 star hotel they have 0.5 star services.

Hotel denying the confirmed booking. I made the booking from happy easy go and it was booked in 151 rupees. The hotel didnt update the price of the booking from backend. It was their fault and the booking was confirmed. Still the hotel denied my booking. Being a readisson brand they are doing such a thing. As a good service they should have accepted their mistake and should have continued with my booking. Neither happyeasygo is taking the responsibility nor the hotel. Moreover, their representative Mayank Kumar talked rudely about it and informed that my booking is cancelled. Although, it was not cancelled in real. He misleaded me so that i dont come for check in. A customer would look for the best price on internet and i informed them about the same. But they dont take responsibility. This should be taken forward and be sued.

I liked the hotelThe food was actually very nice, the restaurant is called mosaic, the quality , quantity and taste of the food all together was amazing.What I was not really happy about was the bed linen, they were not changed in a while,I have the habit of removing the sheets and checking and this time the linen was quiet dirty.....Otherwise the overall experience was all right.....

Our stay at Country inn Hotel was really very memorable as the Staff was very courteous, soft spoken, ambience was also nice, Food was also very yummy n tasty. The food was being prepared by the Chief Chef Vijay........who makes out really delicious dishes.....what ever we demand.
