One of the best gym. The ambience & cleanliness of the gym is very good. The personal trainers are so professional that their guidance actually makes you feel alive from within.

Pathetic customer service, when a member enquires for a membership to be taken the sales person dont even bother to answer your queries.

I was using the facilities for an entire year. I was guaranteed in the beginning that upon renewal I will be given 2 months additional on a yearly subscription.After lockdown, the staff changed and one of the guys there is super arrogant. The attitude of the reception staff is absolutely condescending. There is 0 loyalty towards customers.Precautions taken are basic. They have sanitisers installed which is good. But the staff which is supposed to clean the benches and all the commonly used equipments remains on the ground floor of the gym whiling around and passing time.The bathrooms stink perennially. There is 0 maintenance there. So if youre looking to take a quick shower before heading out of the gym, you might want to rethink it.The previous staff was very comfortable to interact with. Honestly, if this gym is to work better they need a much more professional staff and not just anyone who thinks they can do account management and sales.

Very good staff at reception ( Menka, Gaurav, Sunil), well behaved with members, gym ambience is very good .trainers are very good helping in nature,

Never excepted such irresponsible behaviour from anytime fitness. Totally unprofessional and unethical people.

Extremely ill equipped staff. During my time there was a lady sitting at the reception desk who wasnt trained with the company plans & policies. Although we managed to convince her about the specifics of our membership, it was an ordeal. The level of understanding was poor and we couldnt get a prompt and direct response for anything.The resource was confrontational and defensive too.

I like this gym best gym in the society. I recommend this gym. Everybody must join this gym. You will like the gym environment.

I think this is fake anytime fitness , these are bunch of scamsters , I have been cheated already .I would request you all not to fall for their trap at all go to eros city square rather , you will find 2 good gyms there .
