Very cooperative staff. Clean and spacious rooms and washrooms. For under 600 they offered a room with a mini fridge, AC, TV and huge balcony.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. This Homestay is suitable for corporate and leisure clients staying for a couple of nights.The Owner & Managing staff will take care through a smooth check in and services provided.It was a delight, not thinking that I shall have such kind of wonderful experience.Will come back again.

I had very worst experience with this hotel. Hotel staff is very unprofessional including receptionist he was demanding for good rating before check in. TV and AC not working. Ac was control by receptionist mobile. Remote was not working. Washroom was not clean which was used by someone.After that when I call to reception so nobody has picked my call. After that I had done check out from this hotel due to all inconvenience.

I am taking this opportunity to share my WORST experience during the New Year eve 2019 at the home stay facility provided by Pablo Farm. ( OYO home stay facility at Manat Residemcy,sect-52, opposite Kisan Mandi , Gurugram). I have reserved 02 tickets (Couple) for the New Year Celebration 2019 at Pablo Farms, Sect-52,Gurugram. During my booking, one Mr.Tushar Bhatt ( I think he is the owner of the so called farm house) offered me 2 tkts & one night stay at the OYO home stay just opposite the farm @Rs.4900/- ( Rs.2400/- for New Year event & Rs.2500/- for one night stay). I paid the amount through google pay and subsequently he sent me the details of the package including the photos of the hotel room through whatsApp. The photos were really nice & the room/hotel appeared to be a neat and clean /standard hotel for a family stay. But in reality, it is just opposite. Even though the rooms are of average quality, the pillow,pillow covers, bed sheet/quilt, razai provided to our room (Room No.404) was VERY VERY & VERY DIRTY with foul smell. Even after repeated request, the 3 staff members present there at night didnt give proper response.Other than such a pity condition of the hotel room, when we came back from the new year event ( just opposite the hotel ...at Pablo Farms) at around 12.30 AM, the main gate of the hotel was locked. We rang the calling Bell repeatedly from outside the main gate so many times. But there was no response from inside & it took more than 15-20 minutes for the three staff members of the hotel to give response & open the gate. During this time myself & my wife were practically shivering in the freezing winter on the New Year night. We noticed that, while we were trying to enter inside the hotel, all the 03 staff present in the hotels were sitting/ watching TV/sleeping in a room near to the main sit out.Most frustrating part is that, even after contacting the so called Manager of the Home Stay... Sh. Sudhir Pandit during the fateful night & the next day morning, the guy never responded properly. At one moment, he told me that will call back after 5mts...but never did it. Surprisingly the person through whom we booked the hotel...Mr.Tushar Bhat of Pablo Farms also didnt respond to my phone call at that night & even after giving all these details to him through WhatsApp, he never responded. I have noticed that, he received/read the contents but didnt respond yet. In effect he is simply getting away from his responsibility. Undoubtedly it can be observed that by paying an amount of Rs.2500/-for a day for such a dirty hotel, he really cheated us and not ready to respond to us.My simple submission to all citizens who are looking for an accommodation at this Home Stay is that Please dont get trapped by seeing the images of this home stay....room & utilities .It will be a HELL for you. Since we are from delhi, seeing the worst condition of the hotel, we vacated the hotel at the night itself & avoided the stay in a HELL on a NEW YEAR DAY. One thing more...if someone is giving a clean chit with STARS... I am sure that the person will from the family of the home stay or their WELL WISHERS. Since there is no option to rate below Single Star, I am giving it. I have uploaded the pictures of the blanket & Razai which were very dirty. Also requesting the public not to become a victim of such offers from Pablo farms.

Very nice place in low budget

Pathetic service. The staff doesnt know how to talk in decent Hindi or English language. The room was ok for the price but AC isnt efficient enough to beat the Delhi heat. You may wanna look for better options for just a lil bit more money.
