Pathetic staff behaviour, i was threaten by Staff to pay at hotel not to oyo while check-in, worst rooms, disgusting linen, no taps in the washrooms, TV was not working, no privacy inside the Room, people/staff keep trying open the door throughout the stay that too no locking system from inside the room. While check out, staff forcefully ask to ‘give 5star rating otherwise we will blacklist you from OYO’ no hospitality at all, no up to the mark standards and staff argued and tried to threaten me for review and rating.Although the staff threaten me “bahar mil tujhe btata hu”. I was in my senses otherwise i would have filed a complain against that staff and hotel. Please mark this review on highlight.Dear OYO,Please get this hotel boycott from your membership, they are not at all for giving hospitality. I will never visit that property again and would recommend others to never visit this property.

Staff Behaviour, Location is nice near to Huda City Centre Metro Station, Artemis Hospital, and Huda Market sector 31 is also near to Hotel.

Worst experience room was not ready at 12pm they force for a good reviews when the guest come for checkout they want guest gives the rating when they are standing they continue force for a good reviews telephone is also not working tv remote is not working uneducated staff they are mannerless

As per the price... the best hotel in d range... the behaviour of the manager was soothing... helpful also... dat smiling face ready fr your help always gives a positive vibe.😊 n yeah... amenities vise also the hotel was good .. rooms were quiet spacious. as per the classic oyo rooms... overall a good experience... if you are going to area nearby... you can book this hotel.. without any second thought... n d market is also very close...to the hotel..

Hostel staff is pretty much rude. The staff is unprofessional and bunch of males handles the facility. The location is little bit hard to find. Not suitable for family and girls. Rooms are tolerable. AC cooling is not upto the mark. Outside food is strictly not allowed so one need to order from in-house kitchen. Please refrain from ordering here instead visit the nearby community market at a 5 min walking distance.

I stayed at this property 4 times loved it everything except refusing the online food we deliver ,no where it is mentioned that outside food not allowed while booking ,but they refuse to outside food you order online.I again n again want to book this property but due to food as i order with swiggy/zomato i have to look another options to stay.If they can assure me that they will allow online order delivery i want to make a booking

Location is difficult. Service is ok. Rooms are clean. But this place is not good for family and couples. Only men or groups should consider this place. The staff is not trained nor professional. Awesome stay for the price! The staff is very corteous and super friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, and smelling refreshingly of blossomy fragrance. We even ordered something very late in the night, and the staff was really kind to make it in no time. If youre looking for some cheap and nice place for a night stay, book a room here!

So, i booked Hotel MS in Sector-31 #GurgaonI had a meeting next day. So, i booked this .i chose for breakfast. In night, i ordered some tasty food from here in my room. I must say, the prices of food are in hand to the quality i was given. The staff is super friendly in nature. Impressive stay. I had amazing experience in this OYO Hotel MS at sector-31 . It was near to OM Sweets. Staff is so helpful. Food was tasty too.

I had very bad experience with this OYO service. Even after booking rooms 2 months in advance for a group of 52 college students there was no proper communication with the OYO team and this hotel. On reaching the venue one day prior to the booking to check the service I was in a shock to know that they do not have enough bedding to provide in the rooms. As I had made bookings for 2+1 in a room. The staff was not so helpful and asked me to speak to OYO direct and sort this out, they said I may have to pay for the extra bedding as they may have to hire from some other place.Got connected to the local OYO captain and got affirmation that things will be sorted by next day, which it did but this last minute mismanagement was for no reason at all. I think OYO should communicate clearly to their hotel partners about what bookings they have undertaken.The Hotel itself is okay for a budget hotel and decent food.

Staff is not good especially reception guy, they have their own conditions for the room and payment. does not feel like its good for girls or family, does not recommend to anyone...

I dont know how these kinds of hotels can get 4.6 rating out of 5, this hotel even does not deserve even half of 1. The behaviour of staff is very rude and the receptionist of this hotel take much more time than it is expected also when you check out from this hotel as they think whether the guest was thief. They dont allow food of outside and the prices of food in this hotel is very high which is the main reason Im rating it 1. It was my first experience with Oyo and sure it will be last.
