Nice ambience and services. They offer good deals too. I took hair spa and a hair cut, under a offer. The staff is courteous and the front desk people are also cooperative with appointments.

Worst experience ever.. Very bad service, untrained staff and they treat you and your skin very insensitively. After visiting this salon I need to go to skin doctor for treatment. For the sake of membership they manipulate customers.. Never recommended to anyone specially to those who love their skin. I wish there would be option of negative ratings also because this salon deserves negative ratings in infinity..

I will not suggest to go in there during the peak hours I.e. 6-8 pm, you will catch them in a hurry and they wont be able to give their 100%. Staff is good. Services are fine.

Went for simple threading and the over enthusiastic person overdid it, deshaping my eyebrows to an extent that I will have to wait for them to grow back before i could go out. There are moments when you really have to practice self-control, when sorry means nothing trigged by the audacity of the parlour still asking me for half the price of ths service not realising that they screwed up my plan of an offcial party I had to attend and where K vould not go looking stupid. I guess begore teaching to Market your products, packages whatever train your staff in EMPATHY!
