They have a great variety of cakes and other bakery items which you can choose from.They have fresh breads of different variety which are really fresh and soft..I will recommend this place as 3.5*/5..Thanks.

Had a chocolate truffle cheese cake had fungus all over the cake beneath the coating and tasted so sour. Worst experience from a bakery of such status and their response was the best we can do is a refund. Never going back again. Wanted to give minus rating

A bakery shop thats pretty big and houses a lot of options but the food quality is okay kinds , tried this Veg roll and it was a bread puff that was deep fried.

Took three veg patties and found all three of them were rotten. I even asked the attendant if their fridge was working and if the patties were fresh. Disgusted

Wish I could give a minus star instead of one. Worst ever tiramisu and ny cheesecake. Tiramisu was full of coffee and it was bitter and liquid-y. Tasted like medicine and cheesecake dint seem fresh at all as the cheese-cake part was all hardened like the base. Dessert-mood ruined !

Great place to be !Based in galleria market, it touches the category of fine cafes.I asked for a coffee, Americano, which after every sip was smooth and fine. Upon asking, host told me Gourmet Roasted beans is the killer ingredient. To people who have unheard of, it is one of finest quality and takes 100 levels of preparation.Later, I did go for three meat pizza, which was lip smacking and awesome.Cheers to the team !Thanks.

I reached to pick up food from the store during lunch time, the system was down and could not get rectified for a long time. I asked the manager and the staff to make a manual bill as is done at such times but they said they are not allowed by management for the same. I am surprised at the way sugar and spice functions, if the store manager does not have even this bit authority. The staff was very helpful and courteous but I couldn’t understand the functioning of the management.

My brother got me a red velvet birthday cake from here since we hadnt yet tried them out and though the taste was fine, the icing and perhaps the cake itself had a LOT of persistent food color, which would be visible on teeth and tongue once youd had a small piece. Looking at other reviews as well, I think they need to genuinely up their quality of ingredients.

Even a local bakery can make 100 times better cheese patty and chicken roll!! Dont go by the looks of it.Pathetic experience!!

I think it is the best cake shop in Gurgaon. They have class. Eggless pastry is an art considering you cant even use egg in it. But they make lovely dishes that too without egg. It is a must try bakery shop.

Ive tried a lot of their pies and they are to die for ! My all time favorite is their banana and salted caramel pie ! Must visit !!

I used to love Sugar and Spice when they had first started and had a collaboration with The Oberoi. The pastries were soft and phenomenal (they had their location by Modern Bazaar in Vasant Vihar). Since then, I have moved out of India and settled in the USA. This year, I came across a Sugar and Spice outlet in DLF Phase II and remembering the good old days, decided to pay them a visit. Right off the bat, I was very disappointed as the manager of that location lied and told me that they still have a collaboration with The Oberoi (I found out later that they broke that collaboration, two years after opening the first branch). I ordered a Chocolate Mousse Cake for my parents anniversary - it cost over Rs. 1000 and it was the most disgusting mousse cake I have had (even Applebees in the US would serve a better one - and they are pretty bad). The mousse was so dry and stale - it was a disaster. A week later, I was passing by the same location and decided to try some pastries instead. The SAME manager was there and when I told him that the prior cake was dry, he totally lied to me on my face and said that he had just joined a couple of days ago and that the old manager used to give stale stuff (hilarious as he was the same guy that had boxed my prior cake). Anyway, I chose some pastries for around Rs. 1200 and unsurprisingly, the pastries were all terrible. Hard, dry and lacking any flavor. The icing on the cake (pun unintentional) was that the Black Forest pastry was also really hard - which is so hard to do. Even a third rate bakery in India will make a soft black forest pastry.Maybe the founder and MD of Sugar and Spice, Mini Yadav, needs to stop fooling customers and try and improve the ghastly quality of this once great pastry chain - especially, since nowadays, there are so many excellent pastry shoppes around.Stay away from this chain unless you want to be disappointed and to also avoid food poisoning. Terrible experiences.

Marvelous pastries

Entered the shop ordered a snack. Was standing there and eating it while browsing through the pastries display when I saw a strawberry shortcake pastry. I love strawberry short cake but haven’t seen it in many bakeries in delhi NCR including sugar n spice before. So I asked a young guy on the cash desk if they did these pastries in cakes too so that next time I have an occasion to celebrate I would know where to go. And this guy instead of giving me a yes or no answer asked me to walk towards the cake display area. I was under the impression he was going to point at the cake but instead he pulls it out and shows me the cake and asks me if I wanted it so I said no no I don’t want it now I just wanted to know if you also made cakes and not just the pastry version. Then Once my friend was done eating he didn’t want to leave his paper plate on the table like a few others had done so searched for a bin and when he couldn’t find one he asked for a bin and they conveniently ask him to take it out with him and throw it outside. While the cash guy decides to mock me by saying you don’t want the cake and they start giggling.To the owner of the shop. If your running a business in the food Industry what you serve alone isn’t going to make it. For your employees makin such comments isn’t going to affect them as much it will affect you. I think your staff needs more training to understand what hospitality really means and hopefully doesn’t lose you another regular customer.

Delicious cakes & pastries; delectable puffs & biscuits

I had tiramisu it was stale the cookie was filled with raspberry syrup which is not tiramisu. Stop cheating people with these cheap tactics. Serve worst tiramisu and charged so much for that. Please learn how to make tiramisu. I would never come and recommend anybody. Please warn please dont have anything form there. Worst food items.
