I live outside country and tried to gift cake to my brother on his birthday. Cake was completely melted down and out of shape. It is not a chocolate devil cake. It is complete devil’s cake. Even they cant follow simple instructions mentioned to write on cake. Completely useless.

Spilled cake via Swiggy and post seeing the posted photos this is a prominent issue with the bakery.What I really don’t understand is that if you guys don’t know what’s customer service is or how to make cakes then why to go into bakery business in the first place.

Worst birthday cake. They spoiled the moment.I paid 1900 for 2kg car cake with asking the flavour they get it done with black Forest. Cake had no taste and was spread all over with blue food colour in lot more than required. It turned everyone mouth blue color in the party and became a nightmare for us with no explanation. Dangerous for kids.
